Abstract

Immensity and depth insights will give the color and meaning of its own, in doing the steps the construction of "capacity building" education and positioning it to be urgent. For example, like in the context of raising the teachers’ competency of. Poverty of the insight looked at a change of education paradigm; strengthen the notion that it was one of the causing factors that was resulting in reduced the quality of education in Indonesia because education agents were not able to bring it to the proper education that was in accordance with the development and the demands of the times. The Insights of education paradigm was to be something that was urgent to be understood by educators because it can give a thought to affect in running the duties and functions. Be Innovative of understanding about changes of education paradigms and to be able to determine the other education paradigm in line with the progress of science, because the paradigm that appeared because of the progress of knowledge, either because of pure or applications. Education paradigm of Indonesia first in the homeland was a public school paradigm, shift to the paradigm of the state schools, shift to the paradigm of community schools. The paradigm of community schools as a new paradigm was what will be discussed in this paper.

Abstract

Factually, the school is the place to gain knowledge, in schools that also students or students can develop their talents, interests and all potentials. But frequent frictions so that ideally the school should be a place to develop the potential of students, turning into a container of violence against children. The next issue is whether all elements in the school environment or do not realize that in the school there is violence in schools. From there need to be no understanding kekeraan revitalization of the students in the school environment, so that any form of violence against the students can not be allowed in the school environment. There are several reasons the appearance of school violence, such as Fator educational process, as it is known that the learning process in the school environment is not entirely stable, due to the curriculum, educators condition, input protégé. While the advances in information technology and its use of massive school environment has dragged the psychological condition of students become alienated from the conditions of learning the truth, Similarly, the mental state and behavior of teachers that would hetrogen and sometimes-kaadang unstable, these conditions when in direct contact with students certainly have an impact on friction, friction least psychologically, on the other hand the values ​​of care that teachers do, indeed felt by parents, especially parents who are educators began to dim in the educational process. What is mentioned above, is not to be something permanent to live in the school of environmental, efforts to minimize it always becomes a necessity, because the condition was raw, but must be done consciously by all parties, educators, students and parents. Therefore, give a space of freedom for students to learn authoritatively be one alaternatif, which is accompanied by the planting of self-efficacy of teachers permanently in implementing education, so that all will have an impact on teachers' pedagogical abilities.

Abstract

The existence of Islamic School in the context of national education had not shown to the quality expected in every province there were Islamic schools (State) were built and managed specifically to be a superior Islamic schools. But other Islamic schools that were not built and managed specifically still cannot compete optimally. A form of competition was the quality, integrity, credibility and accountability in the eyes of the community and parents. Islamic schools were still viewed as "an alternative educational institution" which prepared their vacant locals for students who failed to compete at another schools. In connection with it (in order to improve the competitiveness of Islamic schools) might be tried to use marketing models of the industry by market logic approach.

Abstract

Islamic higher of Education are born in colonialism era at 1944, set by community of islamic teacher at West Sumatera. The first after colonialism of Dutch and Japan and proclamation of Indonesia by Soekarno-Hatta its are established by Hatta and Natsir the Islamic higher of education at Jakarta in wich named ADIA, and also the following yearsin Yogyakarta established PTAIN. And 1960 ADIA and PTAIN are both merger and benamed IAIN as centres of institution in Jakarta and Yogyakarta. The Instituions until now still exist and in globalization era and MEA are face crusial challenges ahead. Its era are development of science and technology (IPTEK), such as in fields of medicine and others and to has great benefits for humanity, for their needs. But, also there are the side negativeit makes people becoming trapped in the "doomsday", like ozone problem, water contaminated by industrial wastectr. This globalization era are signs the freedom of trades amongst nation that are GATT, NAFTA and the Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Its was marked by characterized that competation among the resoucres of humansof nations.Thats condition are face for Islamic higher of education as need a respon.With the effect those problems alumni of Islamic higher of education must to readiness with deep-knowledge, profesional and have skill and have soul entrepreneurship. For that Islamic higher of education need review visions and curriculum are face for that the fenomenon.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the performance of PAI teachers in doing a planning, especially for making a lesson plan. That performance was evaluated from the document quality of lesson plan of Islamic education subject in state primary schools throughout the District of Muntok, West Bangka districts. Having known the quality of the lesson plan, then analyzed what the crucial thing that became the shortage of the lesson plan was. The type of research that was used was a descriptive research (analysis of documents) by qualitative approach. The research used population. Population of the research was all subject teachers of Islamic Education (PAI) which was registered as a teacher with the status of government employees in 18 state primary schools in the District of Muntok. Data analysis technique used was as a descriptive analysis. There were 10 aspects in this assessment: aspect of the completeness of lesson plan documents, aspect of suitability component of lesson plan, aspect of the formulation of indicators of achievement of competencies, aspect of formulation of learning objectives, feasibility aspects of learning objectives, aspects of the selection and organization of teaching materials, aspects of the selection of learning method, the feasibility aspects of learning objectives, aspects the selection of learning resources and feasibility aspects of assessment of learning outcomes. From the results of the research and discussion which was obtained in this research were expected that teacher of Islamic education in state primary schools of Muntok District, should make its own lesson plan and effort of making lesson plan should be enhanced.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to analyze the use of Reward and punishment in motivating behavior changes of students in the subjects of PAI in SMA Negeri 1 pangkalan Lampam OKI. Results found: The process of implementation of reward and punishment in the learning process of PAI in SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Lampam was already effective, the rewards given in the form of a score up to scholarships and the punishments given most effective were by rote of juz amma. This could contribute to give the abundant effect on violation of the students. Rewards and punishments were applied to all students without exception and rewards were given to students also was suitable with the norms of Islamic education. The school also applied the reward and punishment to teachers and staff. Behavior changes of students after application of reward and punishment had experienced the change; it was seen from the reduction in violations, discipline and achievement increased. The functions of reward and punishment in motivating behavior change of students were very effective. Students became more vying in achievement because there were rewards and students were abundant to do mistakes because the existence of punishment, especially on the subjects of PAI

Abstract

The purpose of the research Implementation of academic supervision, and follow-up of the academic supervision of the principal of Islamic Education teachers (PAI) in SMA Negeri 1 Peudawa of East Aceh district. This research was a qualitative descriptive study. This study used a purposive sample. The data collection used the methods: First, interviews by using a structured interview instrument to the principal and three teachers of PAI who were become informants in this study. Second, the observation by the way of observing directly implementation of the academic supervision of the principal toward teachers of Islamic Education (PAI) in SMA Negeri 1 Peudawa East Aceh district in the implementation of the learning process. Third, documentation by data collection through written relics, archives, letters, photographs, online data, and books about the academic supervision. The results showed that: First, principal in SMAN 1 Peudawa East Aceh district had implemented the planning of the academic supervision as making programs, schedules and making instrument of academic supervision. Second, principal in SMAN 1 Peudawa East Aceh district had implemented the academic supervision by observation techniques to three teachers of PAI. Third, principal in SMAN 1 Peudawa East Aceh district had implemented a follow-up to the academic supervision of three teachers of PAI in the form of a meeting feedback (feedback) and had implemented the coaching to three teachers of PAI.

Abstract

The research was an experimental research with the method of Quasi Experimental Design. The problem in the research was; looking for the difference between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students who used Quantum Teaching method with conventional method and a positive relationship between the two by using Quantum Teaching method in PAI subject in class XI SMA Syihabuddin, Lubuk Tanjung. T-test two samples unpaired that there was difference in the average of motivation of experiment and control classes because the significance test was statistically where obtained scores ​​P = 0.000 <0.005 and the score of learning motivation of experiment class was the count t 6.085 and for the scores of learning motivation of control class were - 4.846. Therefore (Ha) was received and (Ho) was rejected. There were differences between student learning outcomes in PAI subject that was taught using the method of Quantum Teaching with that not using the method of Quantum Teaching because the significance test statistically which was obtained scores ​​P = 0.000 <0.005 and the scores of learning outcomes of experiment class were the count t 6.089 and for the cores of learning outcomes of control class were 4,040 score of the count t was 4> table t = 2. Therefore (Ha) was received and (Ho) was rejected. There was a positive relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students in the PAI subject that was taught using the method of Quantum Teaching, then the count r =, 887. Then compared with rt that existed N = 38 by seeing the significance level of 1%= 0.429 with a significance level of 5% = 0.333 meant that ro was larger than rt, then the consequence was (Ha) received and (Ho) rejected. So the conclusion was that there was a significant positive correlation between the application of Quantum Teaching method between learning (XI) and learning motivation (X1) with the learning outcomes (X2).

Abstract

The use of ICT as a medium of learning and teaching needed to realize the effectiveness and optimization of learning. But be aware that regardless of the medium used learning principles are upheld. It must be recognized that there are still many teachers who "technology illiterate" and must be improved further educational qualifications and professionalism. And that is also the problem is the low level of use of ICT in schools (digital divide) whereas ICT can support the optimization of the school, because of the potential of ICT is quite large. Application of ICT in learning PAI, if carried out by PAI teacher, it will have a positive impact on the interest of students towards subjects PAI in school. So that students in the following subjects PAI is not forced, but self-consciousness. In addition, if the PAI learning in the classroom, teachers use ICT, this will spread the "virus positive" on the teachers of other subjects, so they do the same thing

Abstract

Creativity is the ability to create new ones and can be applied in problem solving. Strategies in developing children's creativity need to review four aspects of creativity, namely "personal, push, process and product." Learning that can lead to motivation and can improve student learning achievement that makes a learning process more meaningful, so students will be able to understand the material taught and be able to convert playing energy into a light of intelligence called quantum games learning. To express this side this research formulates the problem as follows: First, How is the implementation of the Quantum Games model in Early Childhood Learning at Raudhatul Athfal Ibn Sina; Second, how the creativity of Early Childhood in Raudhatul Athfal Ibn Sina; Third, how to increase the creativity of students after the implementation of Quantum Games Learning at Raudhatul Athfal Ibn Sina. This study uses a qualitative field approach that is descriptive qualitative, its analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research results in the field have been found: First, the development of the implementation of the Quantum Games model in early childhood learning at Ibn Sina Palembang's Raudhatul Athfal still refers to the National curriculum, the language of instruction is Indonesian and the point is children are taught to play with the aim of changing children's energy smarter in thinking. Second, Early Childhood Creativity in Raudhatul Athfal Ibnu Sina Palembang, with this learning can be seen that children are more active in learning, and with this learning the child looks very excited in playing and learning among his friends trying to invite students to participate more in the teaching and learning process, is not limited to being a passive listener, but also seeing, discussing it, practicing it, and teaching it to other children. Third, the effect of the implementation of the Quantum Games Learning model on the creativity of early childhood at Raudhatul Athfal Ibnu Sina Palembang, that children appear to experience gradual changes which is certainly more than before because before applying qauntum games to children the learning spirit is lacking, qauntum learning is implemented children's games change in learning as they look very enthusiastic and ask questions and are fun for children.
