The development of information technology and science refer to the need of teching-learning concept and mechanism wich are based on information technology, undoubtedly. Regarding the development, it needs qualified human resources and flexible material changing and it should be appropriate with technology and science development. Additionaly, this combines between education based on religious and techology (IMTAK and IPTEK). Internet techology can be used as teaching tool which is known as Computer Assisted Intruction (CAI). CAI software might be one of media or tool in learnig tajwid and it can help people to learn Tajwid easier.

Preaching is the work being done to realize the teachings in every dimension of human life. Democracy as a form of government that is run by the seat of the people as sovereign, will require people who understand his role. There are three roles in this respect that the people choose their leaders, to exercise control over government policies and determine the government's goals to be realized. Therefore, the propagation in this case need to contribute in an effort to educate people to be able to play those roles. Contribution in this mission is to provide information about the proper criteria for elected leaders, provide information about policies such as what needs to be done by government and the purpose or direction to be taken in bringing prosperity for his people. Thus the people in this mission as well as the practitioner can provide control of any government policy or perform the function of doing good and avoiding evil amr.

The development of students can not be separated from environmental influences, whether physical, psychological, and social. Inherent nature of the environment is changing. Changes in the environment can affect lifestyle (life style) students. If the changes were difficult to predict, or out of range capabilities, then it will give birth to a discontinuity development of individual behavior, such as the occurrence of stagnation (stagnation) development, personal problems or irregularities of behavior. Reality on the ground, not all colleges have a program of guidance and counseling services to help students progress and solve problems for a while this thesis adviser or academic adviser (PA) used as one alternativ in helping students. Clergy involvement in politics is a political reality in Indonesia. It can not be removed from the dynamics of history and journey of this nation. One scholar who has a major influence is the KH Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur). His figure is important because the political dynamics of Indonesia also can not be released from his position. In the new order, Gus Dur was heavily involved in the position of NU activists in Islamic organizations. Through these organizations, Gus Dur can enter the territory of Indonesia's political and participate in relationships with various other parties, especially the political figures who was still active.In the era of reform, Gus Dur precisely into the active region of practical politics by founding the National Awakening Party. Until eventually became president of Indonesia. Abdurrahman, the more shows that the activity of the clergy, as a religious leader, can not be separated from the role in the political realm. Mission at its core meaning is invited to persuasive. Prophet Muhammad as a treatise da'wah carrier has no authority to compel. Reality in the community with a call attempt is often not negligible. When you arrive at the implementation level, should the missionary do with violence in the name of jihad? Or what exactly is the meaning of jihad in the context of propaganda. Islamic counseling as a science is still at the stage of formulation and research, and therefore still needed various scientific studies to formulate various Islamic view of man and all its problems. The most important thing in the formulation of the theory is a reconstruction of the theory of rearranging various viewpoints according to the beliefs held This paper aims to describe the social psychological dimensions contained in halaqah, function and mechanism halaqah in counseling. In these theme are intended to reconstruct the theory of halaqah as a model / approach in Islamic counseling. Psychologically halaqah has many psychological elements that form the basis for placing halaqah as one approaches the Islamic counseling. That dimension is the dimension of catharsis, the ability to deal with anxiety, problem solving, insight, self-control, togetherness, distraction and therapeutic environment. Halaqah as counseling approach has a preventive function (prevention), curative (healing), reservatef (maintenance) and developmental (development). While the process of counseling halaqah through internalization mechanism consisting of three stages of the study groups / tranformation, of calendar / transaction and tanfidz / transinternalisasi.

Feminism movement generally understood as an effort to self-liberation of women from a variety of inequality of treatment in all aspects of community life. Along with the presence of feminism in the West, in the Islamic world there are also women's movement, known as Tahrirul mar'ah. Between feminism and tahrirul mar'ah have the same elements, namely the struggle to free women from a subordinate position, refresif and marginal heading on a balanced position. Mar'ah tahrirul presence is indispensable to the feminist movement in the Western world. In fact it can be assumed that women's movements that developed in Islamic countries is the influence of feminism in the West, although this is not to circumvent the internal dynamics of Muslim women themselves. In understanding the concept of gender equality, the second movement has a different frame. Some verses in the Qur'an and hadith that explains about gender equality.

Expert systems are one branch of artificial intelligence that uses knowledge-specific knowledge possessed by an expert to solve a specific problem by using an intelligent computer program. One example of the use of expert systems is to choose a course of study in universities in IAIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Expected with this expert system can help prospective students to choose courses that fit with the capabilities they have. Prospective students can conduct a question and answer with a system (software) that eventually software will give the course a decision that suits them. This system not only receives the answer "yes" and "no", but with the provision of the trust, which is expected to provide a better level of confidence.

Discourse whether or not propaganda (struggle) Muslims are embodied in a form of Islamic state into a debate that never ends and always seemed to find momentum. History proves that the progress achieved and also Muslims in it the spirit of Islam as a missionary spirit, reached after the Muslims succeeded in building a nation (daulah) is characterized by the establishment of the first Islamic government in Medina as his first capital. Instead setback rule (caliphate) Islam is also correlated with the decline of Islam. However, in the present context to impose the Caliphate as the only solution may be counter-productive to the mission itself. Propagation of Islam must start with individuals forming a whole.
