Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel sales growth dan profitabilitas terhadap dividen payout ratio pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 15 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sesuai dengan kriteri yang ditetapkan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi berganda dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sales growth memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel dividen payout ratio pada perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sedangkan variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel dividen payout ratio pada perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kemudian Variabel sales growth dan profitabilitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel dividen payout ratio pada perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Diharapkan penelitian yang akan datang menggunakan variabel-variabel bebas diluar sales growth dan profitabilitas seperti inflasi atau variabel lainnya. Kemudian disebabkan karena terbatasnya waktu penelitian. Disarankan pada penelitian selanjutnya ruang lingkup penelitian dapat diperluas sampel penelitian pada jenis-jenis industri lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian terkait perbankan syariah di Indonesia lebih menekankan penelitian yang melihat dari kinerja keuangan (financial performance). Masih agak sedikit penelitian yang mengkaji secara dalam isu-isu terkait peran perbankan syariah dalam pengembangan sosial-ekonomi (social performance). Padahal pengukuran kinerja perbankan syariah akan lebih baik jika diarahkan untuk pengembangan sosial-ekonomi yang sesuai dengan aspek teoritiknya. Penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi kinerja perbankan syariah dari perspektif kinerja sosial (Islamic Social Reporting) yang dikaitkan dengan variabel-variabel ekonomi dari tahun 2012-2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan prosedur kuantitatif atau penelitian yang bersifat kausalitas yakni pengukuran sebab akibat antara variabel Mudharabah Musyarakah Rasio (MMR) dan Ekonomi Sektor Rasio (ESR) dengan Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan-temuan sebagai berikut, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara Mudharabah Musyarakah Rasio terhadap Islamic Social Reporting. Hal itu dilihat secara parsial dari nilai thitung = 6,359 yang artinya thitung 6,359 > ttabel 1,688. Secara parsial juga variabel Ekonomi Sektor Rasio juga berpengaruh terhadap Islamic Social Reporting. Hal itua secara parsial nilai thitung = 3,025 yang artinya thitung 3,025 > ttabel 1,688. Dan secara simultan, dilihat dari Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) diketahui pengaruh dari kedua variabel independen yakni Mudharabah Musyarakah Rasio dan Ekonomi Sektor Rasio terhadap Islamic Social Reporting sebesar 0.790 atau 79%. Hal itu berarti 79% variabel Islamic Social Reporting dapat dijelaskan secara bersama-sama (simultan) oleh variabel independen dalam penelitian yakni Mudharabah Musyarakah Rasio dan Ekonomi Sektor Rasio yaitu 79% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 21 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti atau tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model regresi empirik sebagaimana dilakukan dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the relationship service marketing mix has influence to customer loyalty saving in PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palembang branch and to know which service marketing mix variable that dominant influence to customer loyalty saving in PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palembang branch. The population in this research is the customers who have saving account in PT. Bank BNI Syariah. Based on the population that are 31.794 customers with customers characteristic who have saving account in PT. Bank BNI Syariah more than one year. Sampling technique using incidental sampling that are 100 samples with multiple linear regression analysis. Finally the result of this research showed that service marketing mix (product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), promotion (X4), people (X5), physical evidence (X6), and process (X7)). ) Simultaneously have positive significant influence to customer loyalty saving in PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palembang branch. Product variable is the dominant variable which influence customer loyalty saving in PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palembang branch.Key word: service marketing mix, product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process, and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research using three independent variables that are customer satisfaction, product quality and experiential marketing while variable dependent is word of mouth. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction, product quality, and experiential marketing to word of mouth in Sabilul HAQ printing. Research sampling is all the customer Sabilul HAQ printing. Based on that there are 88 respondents. Sampling technique using boring sampling. Data analysis method using quantitative analysis that are reliability test and validity test, classic assumption test, T test, F test, determination coefficient , and multiple linear regression analysis. The result show that customer satisfaction, product quality, experiential marketing variables has positive influence to word of mouth.Key word: customer satisfaction, product quality, experiential marketing , word of mouth

Abstract

This research using causal assosiative method. The data using time series and cross section period 2011 – 2015 with SPSS application. The population are Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) in Indonesia which is registered in Bank Indonesia directory period 2011- 2015 that is 12 Bank Syariah. The result showed that Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), has no influence to Return On Asset (ROA). While Operational Cost variable to Operational Revenue (BOPO) has negative influence to Return On Asset (ROA). Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has no negative influence significantly between CAR to ROA. Inflation and Exchange rate variable has no influence to ROA. NPF, FDR, BOPO, CAR, Inflation, and Exchange rate variables has no influence significantly to ROA. The contribution of all independent variables (NPF, FDR, BOPO, CAR, Inflation, and Exchange rate) to ROA is 71,9% and the rest of value 28,1% can be describe by other variable outside this research model.Key word: NPF, FDR, BOPO, ROA, BUS (Bank Umum Syariah)

Abstract

Macro economics is a study about activities of economy in a country. The indicator of macro economics are inflation, unemployment, and growth of economics. The aim of this research is to analyze. The factors which influence the growth of economics in Indonesia. The factors are inflation and growth of economics. This research using multiple regression method Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) which the data took from 2011 – 2015 per semester. Finally this research shows only unployment variable influence significantly to growth of economics with probability 0,0191. While the inflation show that the probability 0,1955. It means there is no influence significantly between inflation to growth economics.Key word: inflation, unemployment, growth of economics.

Abstract

Management as a science and technology contributed greatly to the success of a company. As a science and technology, development through the management out of borders of countries in accordance with the local culture. Indonesia is a one country that uses the principles of management in corporate management as well as the largest Muslim country in the world. A muslim is obliged to way apply the teaching of Islam in every joint of his life, including in business activities (management) is executed. Company management includes managing the human resource that can be integrated with the teaching of Islam that originated from the Al Quran and Al Hadist.Islamic based management is a new science. It is therefore a few companies that implement it anyway. The application of Islamic management is only done by companies whose owners are a Muslim and a Muslim requires all employees. One of the companies that implement Islamic based management is Noer Fikri Offset. Noer Fikri Offset is engaged in publisingand printing the Quran requires each worker to follow established rules of the Islamic way. Application of Islamic based management of Noer Fikri Offset include recruitment, selection, employment contracts, performance appraisal, training and development and compensation. Where all aspect related management to tha commands and prohibitions of Allah SWT. A part from the advantages and disadvantages in its application, the Islamic based management brings new colors in the Indonesian economy. Abstract

One goal of development is to reduce poverty. Poverty is one the diseases in the economy, so it must be cured or reduced. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of growth of PDRB, level of education, and level of unemployment to poverty level in province of South Sumatera periode 2004-2013. This research using quantitive descriptive method with multiple regression approach. This method is to determine and analyze how to influence of growth of PDRB, education, and unemployment to level of poverty level in province South Sumatera periode 2004-2013. The result showed that growth of PDRBvariable, education, and unemployment simultaneously influence to level of poverty in province South Sumatera. Partially PDRB and education have negative effect to poverty and unemployment has positive effect to poverty.Key Word: PDRB, Education, Unemployment, Level of Poverty.

Abstract

This research show that independent variable (PE, Inflation, JUB, and BI Rate ) simultaneously has significantly effect to dependent variable (Tabungan Mudharabah. This can be proved by significant value 0.000. Based on the test partially economic growth variable has a negative effect and not significant to Tabungan Mudharabah that showed by T test is 11.262. Inflation variable partially showed that has a negative effect and not significant to Tabungan Mudharabah that showed by T testing is -.391. Jumlah Uang Beredar (JUB) variable partially has positive effect and significant to Tabungan Mudharabah that showed by T test is 81.202. BI rate variable partially has positive effect and not significant to Tabungan Mudharabah that proved by T test is 1.306.Key word: economic growth, JUB , BI rate, Tabungan Mudharabah

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the Islamic Work Ethic against internal auditor profession commitment, organizational commitment, and organizational change attitudes in Islamic banking in the town palembang.Jenis research is research asosiatip. The data used are primary data and the data in this study seconder. Populasi 9 (Nine) Islamic banking in the city of Palembang and the number of respondents were taken on the part of managers and some staff employees as much as 135 respondents. Data collection techniques by using literature, questionnaire and dokumentation. The analysis method used in this research is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the influence of Islamic work ethic commitment of the profession signipikan to internal auditors, and the work ethic signipikan Islamic influence on organizational commitment and work ethic signipican Islamic influence on attitude change organization.keywords: Islamic work ethic, commitment to the profession of internal auditors, organizational commitment, and organizational change attitudes
