Abstract

Boutique "Calista" is one of Muslim clothing company in Palembang city. Where usually a company that has a perception of movement of all components of the company in the context of implementation of the parent strategy and operational strategies, objectives and targets set to achieve. This research aims to find out the Islamic marketing strategy here which consists of several characteristics. To recognize market characteristics and market structure is very advantageous for companies to remain competitive and survive. The weaknesses and advantages of the company should be analyzed to become a strong starting point for the company in making effective and efficient decisions and to strengthen its position from existing competitors. In his financial statements at the Calista boutique is experiencing an increase in sales decline. And analyzed using qualitative data analysis method. By way of interviewing the informants boutique Calista. Field research procedure that produces descriptive data, in the form of written or oral data of people or observed behavior. Therefore in this study any symptoms associated with Islamic marketing at Calista Boutique will be thoroughly and thoroughly examined and attempted to give a deep meaning of the phenomena found. From the research results can be reviewed from the perspective of Islamic marketing strategy, Calista Boutique in addition to applying the theory and concept of conventional marketing strategy, also apply Islamic marketing strategy consisting of three main points first, the application of Islamic marketing characteristics; Second, the application of Islamic business ethics, thirdly, follow the marketing practice of Prophet Muhammad SAW. Based on the nature of Prophet Muhammad SAW namely: Shiddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, and Tabligh.

Abstract

The capital market (capital market) is a market for various long-term financial instruments that can be traded, one stock. The capital market is a means of financing for companies and other institutions (eg government), and as a means for investment activities. Thus, the capital market facilitates various facilities and infrastructure of buying and selling activities and other related activities. There are several macroeconomic and monetary factors that can influence stock movement such as factor of BI Rate, Inflation, Rupiah Exchange Rate and Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate (SBIS). The purpose of this research is to test and know the influence of BI Rate, Inflation, Rupiah Exchange Rate and Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate (SBIS) Against Indonesia Sharia Index Shares Period June 2011 to May 2015. This research is quantitative research using secondary data collection method. This research uses five operational variables, namely BI Rate (X1), Inflation (X2), Rupiah Exchange Rate (X3), Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate (X4) and Indonesia Sharia Shares Index (ISSI) (Y). The statistical test used in this study is a statistical-analysis model using quantitative analytical techniques, ie multiple linear regression. From the results of multiple linear regression shows that simultaneously the four independent variables significantly positively affect the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) (Y) and partially only the Rupiah Exchange (X3) which positively significant effect on the Temporary Sharia (ISSI) BI Rate (X1), Inflation (X2), and Certificates of Bank Indonesia Syariah (SBIS) (X4) did not show any effect on Indonesia Sharia Sharia Index (ISSI) (Y).

Abstract

This paper focus on consumption behavior analysis as individual and social need. One’s identification process to his or her community often to influence their consumption decision. Analysis show that in order to understand the consumption behavior, it’s need a social-psychology-relational than economy transactional. Meaning of ethic which source on religion, have many things. Social status security is more important than individual religious satisfaction. Culture transformation being the most reason in each society. Consumption not only as need but also as a ritual which someone must do it as member in such society

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to explain emphiris evidence of total assets effect, expense ratio and turnover portfolio to stock mutual funds performance in Indonesia. Sample in this research using purposive sampling method with stock mutual funds official in Otoritas Jasa Keuangan  and Bursa Efek which is still active on Januari 2013 until Desember 2015 as a criteria. Amount of this sample is 184 mutual funds.  Data analysis in this research using multiple linier regression analysis with SPSS. Data analysis result showed that as a simultan has an effect significantly between total assets, expense ratio dan turnover portfolio to stock mutual funds performance in Indonesia 2013-2015 period. If so, total assets, expense ratio dan turnover portfolio have increased and stock mutual funds do. But, as a partial has no effect significantly between total assets, expense ratio and turnover portfolio variable to stock mutual funds performance in Indonesia 2013-2015 period

Abstract

The income level can measure the individual's happiness. Indeed, one of the factors in increasing the happiness of individuals is higher income. Furthermore, this research aims to determine factors that have influenced the happiness of waste pickers who live in a giant waste landfill, Piyungan. The method uses to analyze the level of happiness is a logit model. The findings show that the female pickers feel happier than the males, the age of respondents has a negative effect, but the numbers of children and income level have positive impacts on their level of happiness. Another result indicates that the female pickers feel happier than the males

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana efektifitas dana zakat pada mustahik zakat community development sumatera selatan dengan pendekatan CIBEST, motode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed methodology dengan teknis analisa data menggunakan angket tertutup yang dibagaikan kepada responden dengan lima alternative jawaban. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, dari program ZDC yang dibangun oleh BAZNAS memang memiliki kontribusi cukup baik untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan mengurangi angka kemiskinan di Banyuasin tetap belum signifikan, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya pengawasan dan bimbingan teknik dari pihak BAZNAS dalam merealisasikan program tersebut. Sedangkan dengan pendekatan CIBEST pun memang ada perubahan tapi belum signifikan, karena masyarakat teluk payo masih banyak yang lebih mementingkan mencari nafkah daripada untuk beribadah tepat waktu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perencanaan strategi yang dilakukan Baznas sebagai pusat institusi filantrofi negara dan membandingkan perencanaan strategi dengan pendekatan Appreciate Inquiry. Metodologi yang digunakan pada kajian ini adalah teknik wawancara yang melibatkan semua stakeholder BAZNAS untuk mendapatkan data Kekuatan, Peluang, Aspirasi dan Hasil yang ingin diraih dalam perencanaan strategi lembaga. Kemudian data yang ada pada penelitian ini di analisis dengan menggunakan Matrik SOAR.Dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan Appreciate Inquiry didapati bahawasanya perencanaan strategi yang dilakukan dengan melihat Kekuatan, asset, peluang dan potensi yang dimiliki BAZNAS sebagai lembaga Filantrofi terpusat dengan mengenyampingkan kelemahan, ketidaksuksessan dimasa lampau. Strategi yang digunakan adalah strategi SA, yaitu strategi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kekuatan seoptimal mungkin untuk mencapai Hasil yang terukur.

Abstract

Abstract The growth of sharia financial institutions in Indonesia has experienced excellent growth, and has contributed to the development of the country. The existence of sharia financial institutions is increasingly in demand and many investors to develop sharia financial institutions. Without exception, sharia micro financial institutions consisting of BPRS and BMT. The account of BMT and BPRS continues to grow and experience growth, requiring governance in line with its character. This paper is qualitative, and uses descriptive qualitative analysis method, by describing the growth of sharia micro financial institution that is BPRS and BMT. Then describes the existing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) with BPRS and BMT. The results of this paper indicate that BPRS experienced good growth. Third Party Funds grew by 19.144% and financing grew by 14.862%, while the number of offices decreased by 0.222%. The BMT experienced 72.418 percent of receivables growth, 52.885 percent financing, and assets and placements grew below 40 percent. The concept of GCG with the five principles of Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Professional, and Fairness, fits perfectly with BPRS and BMT. It's just that it has different characters so it needs to be added the principle of partnership / friendship. Keywords: Sharia of Financing Banking (BPRS), Baitul Maal Wattamwil (BMT), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Abstrak Pertumbuhan lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat baik, serta telah memberikan kontribusi untuk pembangunan negara. Keberadaan lembaga keuangan syariah semakin banyak diminati dan banyak investor untuk mengembangkan lembaga keuangan syariah. Tana terkecuali lembaga keuangan mikro syariah yang terdiri dari BPRS dan BMT. Jumlah BMT dan BPRS terus bertambah serta mengalami pertumbuhan sehingga membutuhkan tata kelola yang sejalan dengan karakternya. Tulisan ini bersifat kualitatif, dan menggunakan metode analisis deskriftif kualitatif, dengan menguraikan pertumbuhan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah yaitu BPRS dan BMT. Kemudian menguraikan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang sudah ada dengan BPRS dan BMT. Hasil dalam tulisan ini menujukkan bahwa BPRS mengalami pertumbuhan yang baik Dana Pihak ketiga tumbuh sebesar 19,144 persen dan pembiayaan tumbuh sebesar 14,862 persen, sedangkan jumlah kantor mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,222 persen. Adapun BMT mengalami pertumbuhan piutang sebesar 72,418 persen, pembiayaan 52,885 persen, dan aset serta penempatan tumbuh dibawah 40 persen. Konsep GCG dengan lima prinsip Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Tanggungjawab, Profesional, dan Kewajaran, sangat cocok dengan BPRS dan BMT. Hanya saja memiliki karakter yang berbeda sehingga perlu ditambah prinsip kemitraan/silaturahim dalam kegiatannya. Abstract

Abstract The Islamic finance industry in the frame of Islamic financial institutions in the economy of a country plays a very important role, one of which is to assist businesses in carrying out, expanding, and developing their business activities through financing, among which are cooperatives that provide financing to cooperative members. Maqashid Koperasi sharia is a community-based business or business activity. His own philosophy is self-reliance, starting from the self and then to the independence of the group (people). Or vice versa, group independence that encourages individual independence in it. The resources gathered from members are a way to achieve economic sovereignty, so cooperating is actually a long-term business strategy that secures the business interests of each member from unfair competition. Cooperating is building a fortress from efforts to destroy and colonize large investors and more established business owners. Maqashid Sharia cooperatives at the level of religion are concentrations of power in driving out forbidden forms of muamalah and misleading ideologies. Riba is the prima donna of the business world, its existence is a direct derivative of the capitalist notion that puts money above everything else. Only solidarity is able to withstand the onslaught of expansion of capitalist business ventures, the institutionalized solidarity called cooperatives. Maqashid syirkah Islamic cooperatives contain six maqashid, as follows: 1). A large amount of capital is collected, so that it can be used to carry out large jobs too; 2) Can expedite the macroeconomic rate; 3). The creation of broader and more adequate employment opportunities; 4). The feeling of brotherhood between fellow capital holders and other partners; 5). Thought to advance the company becomes more because it comes from many people too; 6). Union transactions can generally be terminated or canceled. Keywords: Maqashid, Koperasi, Sharia. Abstrak Industri keuangan syariah dalam bingkai lembaga keuangan syariah dalam perekonomian suatu negara memegang peranan yang sangat penting, salah satunya membantu para pelaku usaha dalam menjalankan, memperluas, dan mengembangkan kegiatan usahanya melalui pemberian pembiayaan, diantranya adalah koperasi yang memberikan pembiayaan kepada para anggota koperasi. Maqashid Koperasi syariah adalah berjamaah dalam usaha atau kegiatan usaha yg berbasis komunitas. Filosofinya sendiri adalah kemandirian, mulai dari diri kemudian menjadi kemandirian kelompok (umat). Ataupun sebaliknya, kemandirian kelompok yang mendorong kemandirian individu didalamnya. Sumber daya yang terhimpun dari anggota adalah jalan bagi pencapaian kedaulatan ekonomi, sehingga berkoperasi sebetulnya adalah strategi usaha jangka panjang yang mengamankan kepentingan bisnis setiap anggota dari persaingan yang tidak sehat. Berkoperasi adalah membangun benteng dari upaya-upaya menghancurkan dan menjajah para pemodal besar dan pemilik usaha yang lebih mapan. Maqashid Koperasi syariah dalam tataran religi adalah pemusatan kekuatan dalam menghalau bentuk-bentuk muamalah yang terlarang dan ideologi yang menyesatkan. Riba itu primadona dunia usaha, keberadaannya adalah turunan langsung dari paham kapitalis yg mendudukkan uang diatas segalanya. Hanya solidaritas yg mampu menahan gempuran ekspansi usaha bisnis kapitalis, solidaritas yg melembaga itu namanya koperasi. Maqashid syirkah koperasi syariah mengandung enam maqashid, sebagai berikut : 1). Terkumpulnya modal dengan jumlah yang besar, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mengadakan pekerjaan-pekerjaan besar pula; 2). Dapat memperlancar laju ekonomi makro; 3). Terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan yang lebih luas dan memadai; 4). Terjalinya rasa persaudaraan diantara sesama pemegang modal dan mitra kerja yang lain; 5). Pemikiran untuk memajukan perusahaan menjadi lebih banyak karena berasal dari banyak orang pula; 6). Transaksi perserikatan secara umum bisa berahir atau batal. Abstract

Abstract Factors that influence the consumption pattern of the poor in Islamic perspective have been analyzed in depth in this study. Inventory variables refer to the concept; Al-Ghazali which consists of aql, qalb and nafs. These three variables & nbsp; asymmetrically affect the tendency of consumption patterns. & nbsp; This study uses an explanatory survey method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The population of 68 people who are recipients of zakat distributed by the Zakat Agency Bandung City. The data that has been collected is then analyzed by multiple regression. The results of the study show that consumption patterns & nbsp; poor people in Indonesia (Bandung City, West Java) are influenced by Aql, Qalb and Nafs. These three factors significantly and positively affect consumption patterns of the poor in the city of Bandung. This finding implies that the consumption of society should be Simple behavior. In accordance with Islamic principles, always instill within that the treasure given by God is merely a deposit, and is not easily influenced by fashion Abstrak Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pola konsumsi masyarakat miskin dalam perpektif islam telah dianalisis secara mendalam dalam kajian ini. Variabel yang diinventarisir mengacu pada konsep Al-Ghazali yang terdiri dari aql, qalb dan nafs. Ketiga Variabel tersebut secara asimetris mempengaruhi kecenderungan pola konsumsi. Kajian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanatory dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Populasi sebanyak 68 orang yang merupakan para penerima zakat yang disalurkan oleh Badan Amil Zakat Kota Bandung. Data yang telah dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan regeresi berganda. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pola konsumsi masyarakat miskin di Indonesia (Kota Bandung Jawa Barat) dipengaruhi oleh Aql, Qalb dan Nafs. Ketiga faktor tersebut secara signifikan dan berpengaruh positif terhadap pola konsumsi masyarakat miskin d Kota Bandung.Temuan ini mmberikan implikasi bahwa dalam berkonsumsi masyarakat hendaknya Berperilaku sederhana yang sesuai dengan prinsip islam, selalu menanamkan dalam diri bahwa sesungguhnya harta yang diberikan oleh Allah hanyalah titipan semata, dan tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh mode
