Abstract

Transformasi digital di sektor publik menuntut peningkatan kinerja pegawai, khususnya pada instansi yang berperan dalam layanan informasi dan tata kelola teknologi seperti Dinas Kominfo Provinsi Lampung. Dalam konteks tersebut, motivasi intrinsik, work life balance, dan pemanfaatan artificial intelligence (AI) dipandang sebagai faktor yang berpotensi memengaruhi kualitas dan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, work life balance, dan AI terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam yang menekankan amanah, ihsan, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab dalam bekerja. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory melalui survei kuesioner skala Likert. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 65 pegawai dan sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda disertai uji kualitas instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi intrinsik, work life balance, dan AI belum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada taraf signifikansi 5 persen, meskipun model cenderung mendekati signifikan. Secara parsial, motivasi intrinsik dan AI berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan work life balance berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam, temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja tidak cukup hanya mengandalkan dorongan individu dan penggunaan teknologi, tetapi memerlukan penguatan budaya amanah dan tata kelola kerja yang adil agar pemanfaatan AI dan keseimbangan kerja benar benar mendukung kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of inflation, money supply, and the exchange rate on economic growth in Indonesia in the short and long term, covering the period 1982–2024. The analysis methods used are Vector Autoregression (VAR) and Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to capture the dynamic relationship and long-term balance between macroeconomic variables. The results show that in the short term, inflation, money supply, and exchange rates do not have a significant effect on economic growth, which indicates a delay (time lag) in the transmission mechanism of economic policy. However, in the long term, the variables are cointegrated, indicating that macroeconomic variables tend to move towards equilibrium. Partially, exchange rates and inflation have proven to have a significant effect on long-term economic growth, with exchange rate depreciation driving export competitiveness, while controlled inflation increases aggregate demand. On the other hand, the money supply had a relatively limited influence, indicating that the transmission of monetary policy to the real sector was suboptimal. These findings affirm the importance of inflation and exchange rate stability as the main determinants of economic growth in Indonesia. Therefore, a coordinated monetary and fiscal policy framework is needed to maintain macroeconomic stability and promote sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing and spiritual leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population used in this research was all employees KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera Semarang, with 165 employees. The sample size is 116 employees selected with Slovin’s formula by proportional random sampling. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) has been chosen as a data analysis technique. The results show that knowledge sharing and spiritual leadership have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction also has a significant effect on employee performance. The result of the research also shows that job satisfaction has a mediating role in knowledge sharing and spiritual leadership toward employee performance. This study's theoretical implication is to validate the important role of knowledge sharing factors in developing job satisfaction and driving employee performance in an organization.
