Abstract

The parking area is one of the main means of shopping centers, offices ami recreation areas. The accurate information about a parking area will be very important for users. This paper will explain about a prototype of parking area that give the user information of the capacity, the amount of the used space, and lamp indicator in each location of parking spaces. Users can find an empty space for parking in easy way because they just looking for IIzmp imJicator which on in each floor. This information system of parking area use the Arduino for processing the informaTtion from sensors that installed on each parking space. Besides to the LCD display, Arduino sends the information of empty space to the server in serial data form via USB connection. Using JQUERY application, the server will provide this information to the client in the website. So that the client will get information in real time.

Abstract

XOR-gate is a logic gate that is basically built from OR, NAND, and AND gate. As the result, XORgate has its own truth table: its output will be true if its two input has not the same value: true and false or vice versa. This XOR-gate will be the core of binary adder-machine in computer. This research is an experiment analysis of OR, NAND, and AND gate to build the XOR-gate and then implementing this concept in building XOR-gatefrom transistors and resistors. This XOR-gate will be used as a binary-half-adder with two LEDs as the output (binary numbers). At the end of this research, we make a four-bits fuU-adder-machine that is built using IC 74LS83A which has four full-adders inside. Keyword: xor, logic, half-adder,full-adder, IC

Abstract

One goal of clustering data mining is to find a cluster of a particular data modeling. By modeling the data, it can provide more description of the data being analyzed and can be visualized in graphical form. One of the methods used in data mining to search for data modeling is to use K-means algorithm analysis. K-Means algorithm is used to find groupings of data with specific points, called the centroid. By grouping the data, then large amounts of data, grouped in a simpler visualization. The final results can be used as Decision Support System

Persoalan yang mendasari pada intinya terletak pada usaha menjadwalkan kegiatan perkuliahan pada ruang fisik yang tersedia. Terdapat banyak pilihan alat bantu dalam mewujudkan program penjadwalan. Mulai dari pemilihan jenis data yang dipakai dalam pengolahan dan penyimpanan data sampai program aplikasi yang dipakai untuk menghubungkan antara basis dengan pemakai. Peneliti mencoba meneliti pemakaian alat bantu open source dalam mewujudkan program penjadwalan seperti mysql dan PHP

Abstract

This research is tIllking about grouping senior high school students into 2 or 3 different groups. This research is located in SMA YSKI Semarang. The process of grouping students in this school is quite complicated. It is because of the diversity of the elements which is used to determine the student into groups. K-Means Algorithm is used to clustering students based on characteristics of each groups. As a system which able to recommend student into a group, then K-Means done in nested loops. This nested process done for catch any possibility if a student falls into 2 or 3 different groups. Every loops will grouping student into cluster in accordance with the characteristics of every groups.

Abstract

This paper discusses the automatic plant watering system, a simple but useful by using Arduino. Watering systems based on sensor readings at a planting medium (soil), which is read by the Arduino. The sensor detects the level of humidity and dryness of the planting medium. Arduino connected to a relay system that will disconnect or connect the electrical cu"ent of the solenoid valve. Thus, at a certain level of dryness or humidity, the solenoid valve opens, and the watering process takes place.
