<![CDATA[The aim of this study was for knowing the impact of employee engagement toward organizational change preparation. The sampling method used in this study was total sampling with 93 people. Hyothesis in this study were confirmedly accepted with statistically regression score 0.877 while the distribution of the data were normal categorization. The result of this study showed that facing the organization change, organization (on this term company) need an engaged employee toward the company.]]>

<![CDATA[The number of divorce cases in Aceh increases every year. With most divorce cases filed by the wife. In light of divorce, divorcées still needs a sense of gratitude to go on with life. Gratitude can manifest positive feelings such as happiness. This study aims to determine the correlation between gratitude and happiness on divorcées in Aceh. This study was done by quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study are 247 divorcées. Data analysis using the Spearman test showed correlation coefficient of 0,650 with p < 0,10. The hypothesis was confirmed so it can be concluded that there's a significant positive correlation between gratitude and happiness on divorcées in Aceh. This shows that on divorcées in Aceh, the more grateful therefore the happier. The result of this study also shows that divorcées in Aceh falls under the high category for gratitude and happiness.]]>

<![CDATA[This research’s goal to know the effectiveness of giving free time playing to improve positive mood of student. The subject in this research is student in third grade elementary school which amount 30 students. The design which is used is one group pretest posttest design experiment, with pretest and posttest which is done in three days continuously. Treatment that is given 30-minute playing time divided into two sessions, students are free to play by choosing the games provided and video playback on learning. The result of data analysis is obtained by using Paired Sample T-Test is t1 -0,722 with sign 0,476; T2 -0.403 with sign 0.690; T3 -0.626 with sign 0.536 (p> 0.05), it can be concluded that in this study there is no difference in positive mood before and after students given free play time treatment. This happens because the subjects involved in the research have been accustomed to being given free time playing. Therefore, free time playing is not effective to improve students' positive mood in this school. This is evidenced by the absence of significant positive mood score between before (pretest 1, 2 and 3) after posttest 1,2 and 3 giving free time treatment.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research to prove empirically whether there is (1) the relationship of social support and marital satisfaction with post partum blues, (2) social support with post partum blues, (3) marital satisfaction with post partum blues. The subjects of this study were women aged 18-35 years and newly gave birth to the first child in healthy condition in the district of Madiun with the age of 3-14 days old baby which amounted to 35 primiparous moms. Data collection for postpartum blues tendencies, social support, and marital satisfaction in primiparous moms using the EPDS (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale) scale, the scale of social support and the third marriage satisfaction scale of this scale have been tested for its validity and reliability. Sampling technique in this research with saturated sampling technique. <![CDATA[Abstract High school students in the adolescence development are influenced by several factors including the environment in physical and psychological development. Attachment to family and friends has an important role in the establishment of trust, including the Interpersonal Trust. Based on that, this study aims to determine the influence of parent and child attachment to interpersonal trust that is moderated by individual attachment to peers. The subjects in this study were high school students on grade 12th as many as 99 students. The study utilized the scale of Parent-Child Relationship, Interpersonal Trust and IPPA, and applied statistics with multiple linear regression techniques. This study shows that Parent and Child Relationship was negatively correlated with Interpersonal Trust, with correlation coefficient of -0.111 and significance value of 0.275 (p> 0,05), indicating that the greater the parent relationship with the child, the less Interpersonal Trust, and vice versa. Nevertheless, the analysis results show that the Moderation Variable (Peer Attachment) was influential, and able to strengthen the relationship between parent and child to Interpersonal Trust.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find a positive relationship between social support and resilience of bidikmisi students, to know the positive relationship between locus of control and resilience, and to know the positive relationship between social support and resilience with Locus of Control as moderator variable.This research uses quantitative method with multiple regression analysis technique, Connor & Davidson's scale of adaptation resiliency (CD-RISC), Levinson's scale of Locus of Control adaptation (MLCS), and Social Support scale adapted from Diana Kamilin's thesis. This research examines the relationship between variables X and Y with LOC as mediator. The subjects of this research are students of bidikmisi in UIN Malang as many as 80 subjects. <![CDATA[This research aims to test the correlation between job demand and early retirement intention. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relation between the job demand and early retirement intention. Respondents in this research are 50 employees of a ministry, consist of male and female employee aged 40 to 54 years old. Job demand scale used in this research is the modification of JD-R scale developed by Jackson and Rothman (2005). The modification based on three aspects of the job demand by Schaufeli and Bakker (2004). The scale of early retirement intention was developed by the researchers based on the aspect of intention by Ajzen (2005). The result indicated that there is no correlation between job demand and early retirement intention (r = -0.038, p = 0.397).]]>

<![CDATA[Adolescence is a transitional period in physical and psychological development that is influenced by several factors including the environment. Self-control and self-adjustment have an important role in the development so that adolescents do not have a tendency to behave delinquently when they are in the new community and environment. On this basis, this study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and self-adjustment with delinquency behavior in adolescents. The population in this study was students of grade 10th, and sampling was taken by using saturation sampling technique for 98 students and using self-control questionnaire, adjustment, and delinquency behavior. Statistics applied Spearman correlation technique and data were processed by using computer program SPSS series 22 for IBM for Windows. The result of the analysis shows the significance value was 0.721, and the correlation coefficient was -0.037 between Self-control with Delinquency, as well as the significance value of 0.345 and the correlation coefficient of -0.096 in Self-Adjustment with Delinquency (p> 0.05). This indicates that there was no significant relationship between Self-Control and Adjustment to Delinquency behavior.]]>

The hypothesis that used in this research is that there is a relation between the work family conflicts with works satisfaction on the woman in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero). The subject used for this research is 150 woman in .Bank Mandiri (Persero). with using the simple regression technique. <![CDATA[Depression generally occurs due to certain life events. Depressed teens tend to experience loneliness, sadness and disappointment in their life. This study aims to determine the relationship between loneliness and depression with the religiosity as the moderator variable. The subjects of this study are 10-13 year old teenagers in “As-Salman” Orphanage in Malang City as many as 32 people. This study uses quantitative methods using UCLA Loneliness scale version 3 to measure loneliness, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) to measure depression, and Religious Orientatiosn Scale-Revised (ROS-R) to measure religiosity in children. The method of analysis uses Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is a direct influence between loneliness and depression in teenagers.
