Employees perceive the fairness of organization’s systems and procedure is called perceived justice. Some studies indicated that perceived justice affects many organizational attitudes and behaviors, such as job satisfaction, absenteeism, counterproductive behavior, and turnover. Therefore, organization needs to give attention on employees’ perceived justice. This study was taken in PT. EFG, where its employees have been complaining about many changes happened. This study was conducted with mixed method approach. Quantiative data was collected through 114 online questionnaires. The questionnaire measures three dimensions which are distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Qualitative data was collected through interview to five participants with high and low intensity of perceived justice. The findings show that supervisor play an important role in determining other employees’ procedural and interactional justice. Other factors such as characteristics, previous experiences, perception about change and coworkers also affect employees’ perceived justice.

This research was initiated from the phenomena that psychology students have low motivation in learning and 60% of lectures have no educational background of psychology. Causal design was used to know the effect of one variable toward others. Sample are 100 students. Hypothesis analysed using regresion statistical analysis. Result shows that regresion model based on research data is significant. Lecturer competence give a linear effect toward student learning motivation

Parents are seen as role model and important figures in family whom responsible to teach and facilitate a suitable education model for their children. Children need many information and knowledge that would help them to solve all problems the face in their life. Pre adolescence children, especially young teenage girl in this case would need an appropriate sex education to help help them pass through their problems and social interaction life. This information was best given to them by mothers since children would felt safer with same sex beside this also could give other diversion about sexuality values adopted in society. Aside from it, there also a condition that many mothers felt that sex education was taboo and it was also caused by little information and knowledge those mothers had. At this point, mother’s perception and parent’s personal feeling have constructed a negative set of mind towards sex educationFrom this phenomenon, this research was conducted to analyze the correlation between mother’s attitude towards sex education with information given and taught by them for young teenage girl between the age 10-12 years old. The datas gathered for this research were taken from sample of young teenage girls’ mothers living at community housing complex in Tasikmalaya. The methods used in this research is correlational model which was used to analyze variables that caused the phenomenon and also try to find out the relationship between one variabel with another.In this case study, we have made a specific assumptions to formulize a hypothese which then were tested to acquire a valid and reliable data from raw data using Spearman Rank’s statistical analysis since both variables were ordinal and have a significancy level of 5 percent. Statistic analysis conducted in this research then resulted in correlation coefficient of 0,424 with an error margin of 0,003—which means that the hypothese is accepted. A brief conclusion that can be taken from this research is that parent’s (mothers) educational background have great influence on their attitude toward sex education—which is—the higher the education those mothers had, the more positive they felt toward sex education.

This research is done on the students at twelfth grade at MAN Cililin Bandung. The researcher feels interesting to investigate the comparison of study achievement between the students who have single parent and the students who have complete parent. According to the teacher of guidance and counseling, there is a problem in academic achievement for the students who have a single parent. This research uses the study comparison to know the achievement comparison of the students who have single or complete parents. The research uses the quantitative method and uses comparison analysis. The sample uses non random purposive sampling and simple random sampling. The tool of measurement uses the report score. The result of data analysis shows that pvalue is lower than α. It means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. There is the differences between the students who have single parent and the students who have complete parent.

The glowing up bullying actor today certainly should be faced seriously by all side. School as one component in building students behavior is expected to set a sufficient medium that able to cut the bullying chain. Counseling program with the religious commitment development model is expected to deal with bullying behavior done by students in the school. This based on a number of studies suggest that the success of religious commitment development in dealing the difficulty behavior.

This research aims to understand correlation between religiousity and juvenile delinquency. Proporsonal sampling used taking 74 students of grade XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Surade academic year 2011/2012. Research design is non-experimental using correlational method. Instruments used are religiousity scale (60 itms) and juvenile delinquency scale (59 items). Result shows that 61% students have high religiousity level and 53% students have low juvenile delinquency level. Correlation analysis result cooficient correlation -0,579 meaning that religiousity negatively correlated with juvenile delinquency.

Theoretically, the constructive theory uses the cognitive theory as supposition. The constructive theory explains that knowledge is set and developed because of interaction between individual and its environment. Therefore, knowledge is not a unit in constructive frame. Knowledge is interaction between individual and its environment that has objective and subjective component. The constructive learning in developing talented child can be based to increase new knowledge. The talented child in constructive frame enable to adapt the information or knowledge learned by the teacher.

Having graduated not at the right time is a common phenomena among college students and procrastinantion which is delaying the final assignment become the reason. One of factors that affect procrastination is self-efficacy. Self-efficacy that is predicting academic achievement is academic self-efficacy. This research uses quantitative methods to examine the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic procrastination among 210 students who are completing the last assignment. Instrument used are academic procrastination scale and academic self-efficacy scale. Result shows that there is no significant correlation between academic self-efficacy and academic procrastination among students who were completing the last assignment (r = -0.059, p = 0.398). Besides, academic procrastination had significant differences by age, gender, year of admission, residence, and activities. In the same time, the academic self-efficacy had differences by age, year in, obstacles and activities.

The adolescents usually spent time as a student. However, there were adolescents who married early which may cause them to lose one of the most important duties in their adolescences period, such as preparing for marriage and household. Adolescents who married in early age have a new role in their life as an adult. Marriage life came with its own problems that may cause stressors. Stressors can be solved by individual’s coping strategies. Coping is the way individual deal with stressful situation. The purpose of this study was to explore the coping used by married adolescents at the age of 15-16 years old in Bandung. This study used qualitative method and phenomenology research with three key informants. The results of this study show that three subjects used emotion-focused coping more dominant than problem-focused coping. The reason was the subjects mostly use feeling and show emotional signs when they have problems.

Good romantic relationship occurs when a couple can solve their conflict in an effective way. Unfortunately, not all couples can do it, on the top of that the conflict become a violence. Eventhough the victim has been hurted many times, they still cannot leave violent relationship because of emotional bond between the victim and the perpretator, which is called as stockholm syndrome. One factor which can affect this condition is attachment style, especially insecure attachment style, such as preoccupied attachment style. Insecure attachment style can make the victim stuck with relationship which full of violence. The aim of this research was to analyze the role of preoccupied attachment style towards the tendency to experience stockholm syndrome in young adulthood women. This research used quantitative approach. 323 participants were selected using accidental sampling technique. The measurements were the preoccupied dimension from the Attachment Styles Questionnaire and the Stockholm Syndrome Scale. Regression testing showed that preoccupied attachment style had a significant role towards the tendency to experience stockholm syndrome (1.9%).
