Abstract

Every organization has a culture that aims to make every member can have a handle in the pursuit of goals. Organizational climate will become less favorable, the relationship between the employee will only be limited to normal relations without guided by the spirit of togetherness that is bound by the same values. Therefore every individual of a very important part of the organization upholding cultural values developed from year to year, which is rooted in strong values that will give birth to the employees believed a strong commitment. If this is ignored it will produce less karayawan commitment, motivation and performance levels of employees who are not satisfactory, which in turn will damage the company itself.

Abstract

State issues vis a vis Religion has long been that since the age-old debate in Europe so that the effect on religious activity and religious behavior in a region or country. Accumulation of discourse is then crystallized in the discourse of civil society and European schools of Islamic schools. Islamic civilization can open a new bridge that articulate civil societies in the new format the results of elaboration of ideas of human and religious doctrines. In the broader scope of the universality of Islam can touch every civilization of the peoples of the world, including Indonesia. At the same time, issues of poverty and ignorance the people have not been exhausted discussed. Apparently will always come to the surface without any solution. Therefore, this phenomenon into the background the need for renewal of participatory planning among the community itself. Doctrinally Muslims understand that God does not change the fate of a people, so the people that change their own destiny.

Abstract

Salafisme has long been developing into differentiation and divergence based on different interpretation and understanding on the practices of Salaf generation. Every stream of dakwah movement claims to follow salafi way of it’s own interpretation. This study aims at portraying one of salafi understanding and it’s salafi dakwah as a result. The resource of this study is Syaikh Muhammad al-Gazālī who is supposed to bear objective, original views and understanding on Salafism and salafi dakwah. The study shows that, since prophetic era, the first core character of of Salafism has been criticism so that salafi dakwah is not other than critical dakwah against wrong ways of dakwah and worse condition of the target umma. The second core has been constructivism, so that salafi dakwah has not been other than constructive dakwah that persue constructive efforts in building the umma consciousness. The last core has been moderation, so that salafi dakwah has not been other than moderate dakwah that promotes social equilibrium and justice.

Abstract

Methodologically, the development of Islamic social sciences including Islamic counseling is not adhered to the closed system. The development of social sciences of Islam despite its underlying principles have proliferated since the heyday of Islam, but after it stagnated until a long time, and then science appeared and evolved spectacularly in the Western world. The position of Islamic science must show his position on the development of Western science, selecting and sorting, adapting back and perform filtering on a region where science is consistent or inconsistent with the principles of Islam. Some scientific theories developed in the West recognized store a number of shortcomings, but as a product of science the theory is not entirely rejected, and even quite useful in explaining the phenomenon of human behavior. Islamic counseling with integrative approach is allowing for the development of new methods of Islamic counseling.
