Abstract

State issues vis a vis Religion has long been that since the age-old debate in Europe so that the effect on religious activity and religious behavior in a region or country. Accumulation of discourse is then crystallized in the discourse of civil society and European schools of Islamic schools. Islamic civilization can open a new bridge that articulate civil societies in the new format the results of elaboration of ideas of human and religious doctrines. In the broader scope of the universality of Islam can touch every civilization of the peoples of the world, including Indonesia. At the same time, issues of poverty and ignorance the people have not been exhausted discussed. Apparently will always come to the surface without any solution. Therefore, this phenomenon into the background the need for renewal of participatory planning among the community itself. Doctrinally Muslims understand that God does not change the fate of a people, so the people that change their own destiny.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Manajemen krisis sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan yang sedang mengalami krisis khususnya di PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Manajemen krisis ini jika perusahaan mengalami krisis maka pihak manajemen harus mengembalikan kondisi perusahaan dengan menggunakan proses manajemen krisis ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa proses manajemen krisis yang telah dilakukan oleh Humas yaitu proses mengidentifikasi, mengisolasi dan mengendalikan krisis di PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Proses ini merupakan rangkaian dari strategi 3P yaitu strategi pencegahan, strategi persiapan dan strategi penanggulangan. Peneliti menggunakan konsep dari tahap strategi penanggulangan krisis dalam kondisi akut yaitu proses mengidentifikasi, mengisolasi, dan mengendalikan krisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dan metode kualitatif. Peneliti juga menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus yaitu mengenai suatu lembaga atau organisasi dengan berupa fenomena yang ada dan terjadi nyata di suatu lembaga atau organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa proses mengidentifikasi yaitu mencari akar permasalahan, proses mengisolasi ini bagaimana cara memberi pemahaman kepada internal dan eksternal, dan proses mengendalikan untuk memulihkan perusahaan yang mengalami krisi dan agar tidak terulang kembali krisis kepada perusahaan Crisis management is needed by companies that are experiencing a crisis, especially in Indonesian Aerospace (IAe).The management of this crisis if the company's crisis management it must restore the company to use the crisis management process. The purpose of this research is to know some crisis management process that has been done by Public Relations is the process of identifying, isolating and controlling the crisis in Indonesian Aerospace (IAe). This process is a series of strategies 3P such as prevention strategies, preparation strategies and coping strategies. Researchers use the concept of crisis coping strategies in acute conditions that is the process of identifying, isolating, and controlling the crises. This research uses constructivism paradigm and qualitative method. Researchers also use a case study approach that is about an institution or organization with a phenomenon that exists and occurs manifestly in an institution or organization. The results of this research explain that the process of identifying is to find the root of the problems, the process of isolating this how to give understanding to the internal and external, and the process of controlling to restore the company that suffered the crisis and so as not to repeat the crisis.

Abstract

Citra sebuah lembaga menjadi salah satu harta yang bernilai tinggi bagi suatu lembaga manapun, lembaga yang baik tentu memiliki citra yang baik terutama lembaga pemerintahan di mata masyarakatnya. Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam mempertahankan citra mereka melalui kebijakan yang dipersiapkan dengan baik yang didasari data kuat agar kebijakan tersebut tidak keliru, pengumpulan data dibantu menggunakan Intelligence Media Management. Berdasarkan konteks di atas, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab pertanyaan peneliti. Adapun pertanyaan tersebut adalah bagaimana penggunaan Intelligence Media Management dalam membantu proses pengumpulan data, bagaimana proses penentuan perencanaan pengambilan keputusan, bagaimana strategi Pemprov Jabar dalam menghadapi berita hoax dan pemberitaan negatif pada media, bagaimana hasil evaluasi saat ini mengenai penggunaan Intelligence Media Management dalam mempertahankan citra Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setiap hari subbagian pelayanan media membuat laporan berupa pemberitaan negatif dan positif, hot news, top news serta media share, yang nantinya laporan akan diberikan kepada Gubernur untuk membantu dalam menentukan suatu kebijakan, Pemprov Jabar menciptakan sistem kerja cepat tanggap dalam menghadapi berita hoax dan menimalisir pemberitaan negatif. The image of an institution is one of the highest value assets for any institution, a good institution certainly has a good image, especially government institutions in the eyes of its people. Researcher chose this title because interested in seeing the seriousness of the West Java Province Government in maintaining their image through well prepared policies based on strong data so that the policy was not wrong, data collection was assisted using Media Intelligence Management. Based on the context above, the purpose of this study was to answer the researcher questions. The question is how to use Intelligence Media Management in helping the data collection process, how the process of determining decision making planning, how the West Java Province Government strategy in handling hoax news and negative reporting on the media, how is the evaluation of the use of Media Intelligence Management in maintaining the image of the West Java Provincial Government. The results showed that Subbagian Pelayanan Media made reports in the form of negative and positive news, hot news, top news, and media shares every day, which later the report would be given to the Governor to assist in determining policies. , The West Java Province Government created a work system responsive to hoax news and minimized negative reporting.

Abstract

PIM Pelatihan Laporan Keuangan Berdasarkan SAK EMKM dengan teknologi terkini aplikasi Android pada kelompok usaha rumah makan Airmadidi Kabupaten Minahasa Utara provinsi Sulawesi Utara memilih mitra rumah makan 777 Airmadidi. Permasalahan- permasalahan yang ditemukan antara lain: Usaha yang dirintis atau dimulai dengan pengelolaan keuangan yang manual dan tidak Kurangnya informasi akuntansi karena pelaku usaha merasa tidak perlu menyimpan bukti transaksi. Sulit mengembangkan usaha Kurangnya pemahaman betapa pentingnya laporan keuangan Tidak ada informasi laba rugi yang jelas. Susah membuat laporan keuangan. Pengabdian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan peralatan yang rata-rata dimiliki oleh mitra yaitu android. Sehingga tidak membutuhkan pengeluaran dana yang besar untuk memiliki alat tersebut dalam pengelolaan informasi keuangan lebih khusus laporan keuangan. Pengabdian ini berjudul Pelatihan laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK EMKM dengan terknologi terkini Aplikasi UKM Android pada kelompok usaha rumah makan Airmadidi. Dan dilakukan mulai dari survey awal, sosialisasi dan pelatihan serta evaluasi. Dengan diadakan pelatihan ini diharapkan mitra dapat membuat laporan keuangan dengan teknologi terkini yaitu aplikasi UKM di android

Abstract

Kios Aneka's business has only been running for 2 years now. Kios Aneka has 2 types of business, namely the gas trading business and the advertising agency business. According to an interview with the kiosk owner, currently the business is running well but not too significantly, he added that currently additional business capital is needed by borrowing capital from banks or other sources. However, the current obstacle is regarding information in submitting financial report documents for administration to the bank or other partners in lending capital. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Based on the results of processed financial reports based on SAK EMKM using Microsoft Excel, this report summarizes all income and expenses for one period, including the cumulative impact of income, profits, expenses and losses on Kios Aneka MSMEs. The balance sheet is an accounting report that summarize Kios Aneka's assets (current, long-term and intangible assets). On the liabilities side, there are liabilities (debts, bills and bank loans) and equity (share capital and profits). Notes to financial statements (CALK) are notes or additional information added to the end of a financial report. Based on the results of research conducted at Kios Aneka, it can be concluded that the owner of Kios Aneka does not prepare financial reports based on accounting standards for micro, small and medium enterprises (SAK EMKM), because entrepreneurs do not have knowledge of accounting and accounting standards for micro, small and medium enterprises (SAK EMKM).

Abstract

This research is intended to find out the concept of pesangren in producing quality graduates, conducted at the Thawalib pesantren in West Sumatra. From January 2022 to July 2023, with the teachers. The results showed that Thawalib pesantren in producing quality graduates through the concept of pesantren; determining the value of pesantren, modernizing pesantren, collaborating with the community, financial transparency and open pesantren for the understanding of various streams.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an innovative and effective approach to learning Islamic Religion (PAI) at the elementary level through the use of a Pinterest-based e-book entitled "PENA Muhammad (The Adventure of the Prophet Muhammad)". This research was conducted at SDN Cisempak, Wargaluyu Village, Tanjungmedar District, Sumedang Regency. This research uses a type of Design and Development (D&D) research with descriptive methods. Data were collected through direct observation and instrument validation. Researchers utilized Canva, Pinterest, Wordwall, Heyzine Flipbook, YouTube, and QR code generator applications and sites. The evaluation results showed a positive response from students to the "PENA Muhammad" e-book. Most students felt happy and successfully understood the material delivered through the e-book and demonstrated its effectiveness in improving their understanding of Islamic religious and political values, as well as its relevance in the context of modern life. The development of this e-book can be an effective innovation in learning PAI at the elementary level. By using an innovative approach through the Pinterest-based "PENA Muhammad" e-book, PAI learning for grade 3 elementary school students becomes more interesting and interactive. the development of this e-book can help students understand the Prophet's political material in building the City of Medina better. The use of multimedia and digital technology in learning provides an enjoyable and in-depth learning experience for students, so that they are able to understand the material better.

Abstract

AbstractIn this research, we delve into the realm of pension plan programs, essential for securing a robust livelihood post-retirement through the provision of pension benefits to retired employees. Addressing the intricate balance between financial sustainability and risk mitigation, companies are mandated to allocate funds for pension benefits. The hybrid pension plan, a novel amalgamation of defined-benefit (DB) and defined-contribution (DC) features, emerges as a strategic solution to minimize the inherent risks of both models. This study undertakes the task of calculating the costs associated with pension benefits and the replacement ratio (RR) for both the traditional DB plan and the innovative hybrid pension plan. Drawing on data from 90 employees at Company X, we assume an effective interest rate of 4% for the DB plan and explore various scenarios for the hybrid plan, ranging from 3% to 5%. The findings present a compelling narrative: the costs required to fund the hybrid plan are found to be notably lower than those for the DB plan, ushering in a more economically sustainable approach. Concurrently, the RR derived from the hybrid plan surpasses that of the DB plan, showcasing its potential to provide a more substantial post-retirement income. Additionally, as the effective interest rate escalates, costs rise, and RR declines, emphasizing the sensitivity of these parameters to the interest rate. Considering these results, a conclusion emerges: the hybrid pension plan stands out as the optimal choice for employees at Company X, presenting a novel and advantageous approach to pension program design and implementation.Keywords: Cost of pension benefits; Defined-benefit; Hybrid; Pension plan; Replacement ratio. AbstrakDalam penelitian ini, kami mendalami program pensiun, yang penting untuk menjamin penghidupan yang kuat setelah pensiun melalui pemberian manfaat pensiun kepada karyawan yang pensiun. Untuk mengatasi keseimbangan rumit antara keberlanjutan finansial dan mitigasi risiko, perusahaan diwajibkan mengalokasikan dana untuk manfaat pensiun. Program pensiun hybrid, yang merupakan penggabungan fitur manfaat pasti (DB) dan iuran pasti (DC), muncul sebagai solusi strategis untuk meminimalkan risiko yang melekat pada kedua model tersebut. Studi ini menghitung biaya yang terkait dengan manfaat pensiun dan replacement ratio (RR) untuk program DB dan program pensiun hybrid. Berdasarkan data dari 90 karyawan di Perusahaan X, kami mengasumsikan tingkat bunga efektif sebesar 4% untuk program DB dan menggunakan rentang 3% hingga 5% untuk program hybrid. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa biaya yang diperlukan untuk mendanai program hybrid ternyata jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan program DB, sehingga menghasilkan pendekatan yang lebih berkelanjutan secara ekonomi. Pada saat yang sama, RR yang diperoleh dari program hybrid melampaui program DB, sehingga menunjukkan potensinya dalam memberikan pendapatan pasca-pensiun yang lebih besar. Selain itu, ketika tingkat bunga efektif meningkat, biaya meningkat, dan RR menurun. Hal ini menekankan sensitivitas parameter-parameter ini terhadap tingkat bunga efektif. Kesimpulannya program pensiun hybrid merupakan pilihan optimal bagi karyawan di Perusahaan X, karena menghadirkan pendekatan baru dan menguntungkan dalam perancangan dan implementasi program pensiun.Kata Kunci: Biaya manfaat pensiun; Dana pensiun; Defined-benefit; Hybrid; Replacement ratio. 2020MSC: 62P05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas total kerugian dari asuransi kendaraan bermotor jika diterapkan ordinary deductible. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data Motorcycle Insurance dari package insuranceData R. Pemodelan total kerugian dilakukan dengan memodelkan banyak klaim menggunakan sebaran binomial negatif dan besar klaim menggunakan sebaran beta-prime. Sebaran total kerugian merupakan sebaran compound dengan sebaran primernya binomial negatif dan sebaran sekundernya beta-prime. Sebaran compound ini sulit diperoleh bentuk analitiknya sehingga digunakan simulasi Monte Carlo. Dengan simulasi Monte Carlo dapat dihitung nilai harapan kerugian agregat tanpa ordinary deductible maupun dengan ordinary deductible, sehingga diperoleh loss elimination ratio dari penggunaan ordinary deductible. Dari perhitungan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan semakin besar nilai ordinary deductible, semakin meningkat pula loss elimination ratio-nya.

Abstract

Financial Distress can be caused by a problematic economy in a company and cause economic instability in a company that can even lead to bankruptcy. This study aims to (1) determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on financial distress (2) determine how profitability mediates the relationship between liquidity and leverage on financial distress. Research on all mining sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2023 period. A population of 63 companies with a sample of 30 companies. The method used is purposive sampling. And the data analysis used is path analysis with SmartPLS 4.0 software. Based on the final results of this study, liquidity has a positive effect on financial distress, leverage does not affect financial distress, profitability has a positive effect on financial distress, liquidity does not affect profitability, leverage has a negative effect on profitability, then profitability is unable to mediate the effect of liquidity on financial distress, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of leverage on financial distress. The importance of financial distress analysis is to help management in making decisions to improve the company's financial situation faster before it gets worse, and so that external parties can invest in the company.
