Abstract

Sharia economics has two legal basis of sharia economic systems, namely the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, the laws taken from the two basic foundations in concept and principle are fixed (cannot change anytime and anywhere). The Purpose of sharia economic law counseling towards residents of Cibiru Wetan Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency are: a) Providing knowledge and insight to extension participants, the residents of Cibiru Wetan Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency related to sharia economic law material and b) Providing knowledge and insight and the skills of the counseling participants about the advantages of sharia economic law.To solve the problems that have been identified and formulated above, the counseling can run as an alternative problem solving is as follows: counseling is done with individual and classical approaches. The classical approach is carried out when giving a theory about sharia economic law and an individual approach is carried out during training. The results of community service, sharia economic law counseling in the community of Cibiru Wetan Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency; 1) The extension of Islamic economic law in the community of Cibiru Wetan Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency has benefited the community. This is evident from the enthusiasm of the community in question and answer and motivated to develop their business creativity. So that this activity needs to be carried out continuously and 2) The forms of activities carried out are intensive counseling with the following stages: Lecture on introducing the importance of sharia economic law; Lecture on sharia economic law theories; Lecture on the development of sharia economic law; Demonstration of the steps to develop and develop sharia economic law; Simulation training on the application of sharia economic law; and evaluation of results

Abstract

Every organization has a culture that aims to make every member can have a handle in the pursuit of goals. Organizational climate will become less favorable, the relationship between the employee will only be limited to normal relations without guided by the spirit of togetherness that is bound by the same values. Therefore every individual of a very important part of the organization upholding cultural values developed from year to year, which is rooted in strong values that will give birth to the employees believed a strong commitment. If this is ignored it will produce less karayawan commitment, motivation and performance levels of employees who are not satisfactory, which in turn will damage the company itself.

Abstract

Abstract, The study was conducted to analyze the achievement of standards of educators and education personnel. This is important to discuss to ensure the achievement of an institution in eight national education standards. This research method uses descriptive method. The participation of this research was 25 educators and education staff in SMP Muhammadiyah Cipanas Middle School, Cianjur Regency. The instrument used refers to nineteen standard indicators of educators and education personnel in the form of interview guidelines. The conclusions of this study are (1) the achievement profile of the standard indicators of educators and education personnel, showing varied results with an average achievement of 83%; (2) indicators that have not reached the maximum score are certification teachers, BK teacher professionalism, BK Teacher Ratio, and Library Staff. Recommendations on the results of this study need an in-depth study of certification teachers and the ratio of BK teachers in schools.

Abstract

Abstract: Zakat is intended to empowering the mustahik and improving their living standard. For this reason, the Islamic economic system through zakat is believed as one of  solution to overcome social gap and inequalities. Qualitative descriptive research is used to reveal Zakat Law Number 23 of 2011 drafting as Law Number 38 of 1999 replacement; and al-Maqashid al-Shari'ah as analysis approach. The high poverty rate, the great potential of zakat, and the responsibility of the State promote the “productive zakat” in form of scholarships, venture capital, and other forms are inevitably, while distributing the fund to the eight asnaf as stated in Al Qur'an Surah At-Taubah verse 60.Abstrak: Sistem ekonomi Islam melalui zakat merupakan solusi untuk menanggulangi kesen­jangan sosial yang akan berakibat pada kecemburuan sosial, konflik sosial, bahkan sampai revolusi sosial. Pengelolaan zakat yang baik mendistribusikan dana zakat tidak bersifat konsumtif tetapi secara produktif baik dimensi ekonomi, pendidikan, bahkan sarana sosial lainnya sehingga mustahik mampu mengembangkan dana zakat yang diteri­­ma guna meningkatkan taraf kehidupannya. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif diguna­kan untuk mengungkapkan kejadian atau fakta proses pembuatan undang-undang nomor 23 tahun 2011 sebagai perubahan dari undang-undang nomor 38 tahun 1999. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis digunakan pendekatan al-Maqashid al-Syari’ah. Angka kemiskinan yang tinggi dan potensi zakat yang besar serta tanggungjawab Negara dalam hal itu menjadikan pengelolaan zakat secara produktif seperti dalam bentuk beasiswa, permodalan, pemberian alat-alat produksi dan sebagainya adalah hal yang niscaya dengan tetap mendistribusikannya tidak keluar dari delapan asnaf yang tertuang dalam Al-quran surat At-Taubah ayat 60.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper explains the concept of income distribution in an effort to equalize the economy. Justice and community welfare can be seen from how much the community's needs are met equally and fairly in both Primary and secondary needs. The main purpose of Islamic economic development is not only to focus on the income of individuals or groups, but also for the welfare of society in general. There are two mechanisms in the economic distribution of the community. The first mechanism is that relating to economic activities can be carried out in the productive economy sector through community development in creating jobs, providing opportunities for the community in the development of assets in the form of investment, such as syirkah, mudharabah and other investment activities. The second mechanism is Non-Economic, which is where this mechanism aims to educate people who have sufficient material so that the ownership of these assets can be educated on the importance of giving or distributing assets to disadvantaged people in the form of giving (Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqoh and also Grants). Abstrak: Tulisan ini menjelaskan mengenai Konsep Distribusi Pendapatan dalam upaya pemerataan Ekonomi. Keadilan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat dilihat dari seberapa banyak terpenuhinya kebutuhan masyarakat secara merata dan adil baik dalam kebutuhan Primer dan sekunder. Tujuan pembangunan ekonomi dalam Islam tidak hanya fokus terhadap pendapatan perorangan atau suatu kelompok saja, akan tetapi untuk kese­jahteraan masyarakat secara umum. Upaya pemerataan ekonomi masyarakat terdapat dua mekanisme. Mekanisme Pertama adalah yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan ekonomi dapat dilakukan dalam sektor ekonomi produktif  melalui pengem­bangan masyarakat dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja, memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat dalam sektor  pengembangan harta berupa investasi, seperti syirkah, mudharabah dan kegiatan investasi lainnya. Mekanisme kedua adalah Non-Ekonomi yaitu dimana mekanisme ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat yang memiliki kecukupan materi agar dalam kepemilikan harta tersebut dapat teredukasi pentingnya memberikan atau mendistribusikan harta yang dimiliki kepada masyarakat yang kurang beruntung berupa pemeberian (Zakat, Infak, Shadaqoh dan juga Hibah).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the therapeutic communication of Islamic perspectives conducted by nurses in cancer patients in Islamic Hospitals. The research was conducted through a qualitative approach with the study of symbolic interactionism. The results showed that the communication management carried out by RSI nurses in chemotherapy patients was carried out with an interpersonal approach, the use of persuasive sentences, empathic communication of patients' families, and trancedental communication. The meaning of verbal communication is done when providing relevant information to patients and collecting patient data. The meaning of non-verbal communication is done to read the patient's emotions through facial expressions and intonation. The symbolic interaction process can be seen when nurses treating chemotherapy patients have fear or worry when interacting with their patients.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi terapeutik perspektif Islam yang dilakukan oleh perawat pada pasien kanker di Rumah Sakit Islam. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi interaksionisme simbolik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan komunikasi yang dilakukan para perawat RSI pada pasien kemoterapi dilakukan dengan pendekatan interpersonal, penggunaan kalimat persuasif, komunikasi empatik keluarga pasien dan komunikasi transedental. Makna komunikasi verbal dilakukan pada saat memberikan informasi penting kepada pasien dan mengumpulkan data pasien. Makna komunikasi non verbal dilakukan untuk membaca emosi pasien baik melalui ekspresi wajah maupun intonasi. Proses interaksi simbolik dapat dilihat pada saat perawat merawat pasien kemoterapi memiliki rasa takut atau khawatir pada saat berinteraksi dengan pasiennya.

Campus Da’wah Institution (CDI) is a movement who which done by student especially in giving members comprehension about their religious behavior. One of destination, to increase comprehension about their religion throught mentoring that done each Monday, so the members become trained and consistence in achieving their destination, with it’s indicator such as: ritual involving, ideology, intellectual, experience and consequencial.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising da'wah training in the Da'i Nagari program under the guidance of BAZNAS, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. The research uses a qualitative approach through a descriptive study. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. The study results concluded that there was an implementation of the management function in the Da'i Nagari program. This can be reviewed in the planning aspect through the analysis process of the analysis of the training objectives, training participants, the budget allocated for running the program, training facilities and infrastructure, as well as the time and schedule of training activities; the organizing aspect is carried out through a small team as the person in charge consisting of three people; implementation aspects concerning the planning of training programs; and aspects of supervision by involving parties who act as supervisors of training activities. This research has implications for an increase in the competence of preachers both in intellectual, social, and spiritual aspects.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan pelatihan dakwah pada program Da’i Nagari binaan BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanah Datar Sumatera Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat implementasi fungsi manajemen pada program Da’i Nagari. Hal ini dapat ditinjau pada aspek perencanaan melalui proses analisis analisis tujuan pelatihan, peserta pelatihan, anggaran biaya yang diperuntukan untuk menjalankan program, sarana dan prasarana pelatihan, serta waktu dan jadwal kegiatan pelatihan; aspek pengorganisasian yang dilakukan melalui tim kecil sebagai penanggungjawab yang terdiri dari tiga orang; aspek pelaksanaan dengan merujuk pada perencanaan program pelatihan; dan aspek pengawasan dengan melibatkan pihak yang berperan sebagai pengawas kegiatan pelatihan. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada adanya peningkatan kompetensi da’i baik pada aspek intelektual, sosial, dan spiritual.

Abstract

Dompet Peduli Umat (DPU) Daarut Tauhid exists around people through Desa Ternak Mandiri (DTM) program as a concern in poverty. DTM program conducted by the DPU has a unique character which using this approach in doing poverty alleviation mission. This phenomena indicates that the DPU has contributed to the community to improve the welfare of people who are categorized as a poor. With typical propaganda materials that can motivate and help people who are economically weak to grow and be empowered so they can live independent economically and spiritually as well. This program succeed to increase such as family income, a better understanding of the religious, and scientific livestock management. These sciences and experiences are very useful to them to support life after the program is completed. This program is run by zakat funds raised by the charity as well as active participation DPU’s companion activities that comprise the religious field assistance, animal healthcare assistance deployed at the Desa Ternak Mandiri at Cimenyan - Bandung.

Abstract

This study is to know the form of traditional ceremony Ngeuyeuk Seureuh, and the messages of da'wah contained in the ceremony in the village of Palintang Village Cipanjalu Village District Cilengkrang Bandung. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the form or way of traditional ceremony Ngeuyeuk Seureuh and the message of dakwah at traditional ceremony Ngeuyeuk Seureuh. The method used is descriptive method, which presents a complete picture of social life and phenomenon of traditional ceremony Ngeuyeuk Seureuh in Kampung Palintang. Based on the results of research, has obtained the result that the traditional ceremony Ngeuyeuk Seureuh is a series of traditions at the wedding ceremony in tatar Sunda which has been implemented for generations. This tradition is usually held one day before the wedding day at home of the bride in the morning or evening. In the traditional ceremony Ngeuyeuk Seureuh there are messages of Islamic propaganda. The message of Da'wah in Ngeuyeuk Seureuh traditional ceremony is divided into two namely verbal and non verbal message of da'wah. The message of verbal da'wah contained in traditional ceremony Ngeuyeuk Seureuh is taken based on al-qur'an and hadith, while non verbal message of dakwah is found in all parts of traditional ceremony media Ngeuyeuk Seureuh. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk upacara adat Ngeuyeuk Seureuh, dan pesan-pesan dakwah yang terdapat dalam upacara adat tersebut di Kampung Palintang Desa Cipanjalu Kecamatan Cilengkrang Kabupaten Bandung. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana bentuk atau cara upacara adat Ngeuyeuk Seureuh dan pesan dakwah pada upacara adat Ngeuyeuk Seureuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, yaitu menyajikan gambaran lengkap mengenai kehidupan sosial dan fenomena terhadap upacara adat Ngeuyeuk Seureuh di Kampung Palintang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian upacara adat Ngeuyeuk Seureuh merupakan suatu rangkaian tradisi pada upacara pernikahan di tatar Sunda yang telah dilaksanakan secara turun-temurun. Tradisi ini biasanya dilaksanakan satu hari sebelum hari pernikahan di rumah calon mempelai wanita pada pagi hari atau malam hari. Dalam upacara adat Ngeuyeuk Seureuh ini terdapat pesan-pesan dakwah Islam yang terbagi menjadi dua yaitu pesan dakwah verbal dan non verbal. Pesan dakwah verbal yang terkandung dalam upacara adat Ngeuyeuk Seureuh diambil berdasarkan Alquran dan hadis, sedangkan pesan dakwah non verbal terdapat pada semua bagian media upacara adat Ngeuyeuk Seureuh.
