Abstract

Introduction: Coronavirus is a collection of viruses that can infect the respiratory system. In many cases, this virus only causes mild respiratory infections, such as flu. However, this virus can also cause severe respiratory infections, such as lung infections (pneumonia). The method is a literature review research in the form of case reports through the search of accredited journal sites such as Scientdirect and Elsevier with the keyword COVID-19 pneumonia in the period of 2015-2020. Research Results: in handling COVID-19 cases each country has its own way which consists of a physical examination, blood laboratory examination, chest CT scan, swab test, urine test, oxygen installation, mechanical ventilation, Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygention (ECMO) ), as well as the administration of drugs Ceftriaxone, Azithromycin, Piramivir, iopinavir-Ritonavir, Nafamostat and Intravenous Immune Globulin (IVIG), each patient differs based on history of illness. Conclusion: every region and every country has its own way of handling COVID-19 cases because until now there has been no definitive treatment or vaccine that can treat cases of COVID-19 that have struck all over the world.

Abstract

Introduction: Hospitalized still be an unpleseasant experience and cause traumatic for children. So that children express with a feeling of angst, angry, fear, sad therefore need exerts his therapy playing for minimize anxiety on a child. Objective: The purpose of this literature study to find out therapy playing lego as the lower anxiety at the age of a preschool due to the hospitalized. Method: Research using data such as a base Google Scholar, PubMed, Elseveir, Science Direct and Pro-Ques with the key word in period 2015-2020. Results: Once in the 20 journal in accordance with the title and the results of a matrix by the synthesis in the group into three part of of the input, the process and output. Discussion: After done analysis of 20 journal provision therapy playing on the give positive influence of thw anxiety children are heavy became lighter was. Conclusion: Therapy playing lego effective used us a method of anxiety at the age of a preschool, besides being able to improve the remember and feeling and emotions, lego can also reduce anxiety in children due to the hospitalization.

Abstract

Pressure ulcers are local tissue necrosis of the skin tissue and between bone protrusions, patients with stroke have a weakness in one or all limbs that causes patients to undergo treatment with bed rest so that a high risk of pressure ulcers. Treatment and recovery of pressure ulcers with bundle care are given as nursing actions to protect skin integrity. The aims of this study to identify and analyze scientific evidence for the use of bundle care with five key elements. The research method used in the review literature in international articles published in 2015-2019, obtained the results of 5 articles that fit the inclusion criteria. A series of five key bundle care elements should be given from the beginning of the patient being treated.

Abstract

Introduction: Hemodialysis (HD) therapy is the most common therapy for patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Insomnia prevalent among dialysis patients which affects their quality of life and death. Although hemodialysis therapy has been proven to prolong survival, the action of hemodialysis therapy has complications that cause symptoms, one of which is sleep disturbance. Complaints of sleep disorders that are often encountered in dialysis units are experienced by 50-80% of dialysis patients. Of the various sleep disorders, insomnia is one of the symptoms that is often experienced by ESRD patients. Methods: A literature review comparing several literatures through the search of accredited journal sites such as PubMed, Elsevier, ResearchGate, and Neliti with the keywords management insomnia in hemodialysis patients in the 2015-2020 period. Research Results: Management of insomnia is reviewed with the aim of providing guidance to encourage treatment. In the six journals reviewed, education on sleep hygiene, CBT-I, relaxation therapy, massage therapy, and drug administration (with caution) improving the quality of sleep for hemodialysis patients. Conclusions: Pharmacological and non-pharmacological management to overcome insomnia in hemodialysis patients can be given by considering the factors that influence it. Management is advised to use a nonpharmacological approach first. The administration of pharmacological therapy is recommended only for short-term use, used with caution in hemodialysis patients.

Abstract

Background: Coverage of breastfeeding in Indonesia in 2015 was only 55.7% and when referring to the 2015 strategic plan target of 39%, nationally the scope of exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged less than 0 to 6 months has met the target. The percentage of exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 months in Banten Province in 2016 was 61.6%, a slight increase compared to the percentage of exclusive breastfeeding in 2015 which was only 60.7%. The regency / city with the lowest percentage of exclusive breastfeeding was Pandeglang, which was 19.88%, followed by Serang City at 39.77% (Indonesian Health Profile, 2018). As a result of not providing exclusive breast milk will have an impact on infant health including the incidence of diarrhea, infection and malnutrition. Method: the analytical method used is the method of analysis of journal contents. Readable journals must be read and examined to be clear in analyzing these journals. And an analysis is made of the contents obtained from the research objectives and the results of the research. Searching this literature review through an accredited journal site namely google schoolar, PubMed and using literature from 2016-2020. Results: 67 journals were obtained using keywords and filtered again based on inclusion criteria and obtained literature results that met the requirements of 20 journals. Thus it can be concluded that there is an effect of counseling on pregnant women regarding the administration of colostrum breast milk.

Abstract

Transfusi darah dilakukan pada pasien yang mengalami perdahan dengan berbagai penyebab patologis yang mendasari atau terjadinya trauma yang mengakibatkan jumlah sel darah menurun. Transfusi disini termasuk semua jenis produk darah, sel darah merah (PRBC), Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP), platelet (PLT). Transfusion Related Acute Lung Injury (TRALI) merupakan sindrom fatal yang menyebabkan gangguan pernafasan akut, ini adalah salah satu efek samping transfusi darah yang dapat menyebabkan morbiditas dan mortalitas di ICU. TRALI dapat muncul 6 jam pertama setelah transfusi atau hingga 72 jam selanjutnya. Disini kami membahas tentang 5 laporan kasus TRALI yang terjadi di ICU dengan penanganan suportif yang berfokus pada dukungan pernafasan dengan bantuan oksigen maupun ventilasi mekanik.

Abstract

Heart failure occurs with symptoms associated with an impaired myocardial ventricular function other than that heart failure manifests as vascular congestion in the pulmonary and systemic circulation resulting in symptoms of insufficient circulation. The main treatment in patients with heart failure with sufficient oxygenation needs. Objective: to find out how to optimize the oxygen needs of heart failure patients. Method: This study uses a literature review method that focuses on fulfilling the oxygen needs of heart failure patients by searching Google Scholar, Elsevier, and Pubmed by using keywords heart failure, oxygenation, respiratory, and heart rate in the period 2015 - 2020. Results: the search found more than 500 case reports according to keywords and then filtered, obtained 5 case report articles. The journal describes the case of heart failure patients and how to cope with oxygen demand in heart failure patients who often experience shortness of breath or hypoxemia. Conclusion: oxygenation therapy for heart failure patients can be done by using ventilation aids and adjusting the patient's position according to the patient's condition and complications
