On the other hand the lack of knowledge of a woman neighbor and how to prevent cervical cancer and early detection is also one of the factors that affect a woman who had cervical cancer entered into the phase of the advanced stage to lead to death. In this study, the authors will take a single location within a community member in it all of a woman aged 30-60 years as many as 86 people are in association branches located in the district Aisyiyah Kartasura, Pucangan village. Researchers will divide the group into two groups with the different treatment given, namely the control group were 43 persons with health education is given through lectures from researchers and experiment groups given 43 models of a peer group with a sampling multistage random sampling technique . The results of this study showed there is significant health education with behavioral models of the Peer Group on Mother did Cervical Cancer Early Detection between the experimental group with the control group. The behavior of a mother with stats early detection of cervical cancer both in the experimental group on the post-test either Behaviour there were 27 ( 62.8 %), the behavior is quite 5 people ( 11.6 % ) and poor as many as 11 people ( 25.6 % ). whereas the behavior of the control group at post-test behavioral changes of 34 ( 79.1 % ) respondents was less supportive reduced to 5 respondents (11.6 % ) who behave fairly but found the existence of respondents who support either as many as 4 people ( 9, 3 % ).

Abstract

There are many aspects of reproductive health that must be assessed, one of which is the use of contraceptive methods. The most widely used contraceptive method in Indonesia is injection contraception. Injectable contraception has many advantages but also detrimental effects which are affect to women’s health. Weight gain is the most reported side effect by acceptors. This study aims to analyze the differences in maternal weight changes in users of injection contraception for one month and three months. This type of research is quantitative by using descriptive comparative methods with time series research designs. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Respondents were 60 mothers who were divided into two groups, 30 mothers using one-month injection contraception and 30 mothers using three months of injection contraception. Respondents in the two groups were measured every month for six months. Instruments for recording body weight are observational sheets and CAMRY digital scales. The statistical analysis used was paired t-test and independent t-test.The results of paired t-test, at bodyweight before and after six months, showed that acceptors of one-month injection contraception were -4.038 with a p-value of 0,000 (p

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels of pregnant women with the incidence of neonatorum asphyxia at Dr. Moewardi Hospital Surakarta. This type of research is descriptive correlative with retrospective data collection methods. The number of samples is 100 patients. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling, taken from medical records. The instrument used is a checklist that is based on secondary data from the RM 1 (Medical Records 1) on the summary in and out of hospital. Testing research hypotheses using a statistical test spearman rank correlation test. The results showed pregnant women sample who have hemoglobin levels >11 g/dl as many as 96 samples (46%), hemoglobin levels ≥11 g/dl as much as 4 samples (4%). As many as 28 infants (28%) who were born with severe heavy asphyxia incidence in the first minute and 72 infants (72%) small asphyxia. There is a relationship between hemoglobin levels on pregnant women with neonatorum asphyxia incidence at Dr. Moewardi Hospital Surakarta, with r = -0.127 and p = 0.034. The conclusion of the research is hemoglobin levels of pregnant with neonatorum asphyxsia have relationship negative which higher the degrees of hemoglobin levels, so more softly the neonatorum asphyxia case

Abstract

Background of Study. The surgery action are healing of disease by cutting of slicing organ. One of the effect from surgery is patient dread after experiencing operation. The factors are influence dread of TUR operation post patient consist of internal factors (food needed, elimination, family factor) and external factors (medical equipments, drug, health energy attitude, compliance of patient at regulation). The research aims. This research aims to know the factors are medical equipments, drug, health energy attitude, compliance of patient at regulation related to level dread of post patient operate for TUR with anesthesia spinal in RSUD DR. Moewardi Surakarta. Research Method. This Research represent quantitative research, non experiment, designed by used are descriptive of correlation that are research meaning to look for correlation among two free variable factors and variable tied. While used by research device is sectional cross because free variable data collecting and variable tied to be conducted during at the same time at one time. Population at this research are all post patient operate for TUR in Space Take Care Of To lodge Rose II and Rose III RSUD DR. Moewardi Surakarta with amount of research sample 35 patient. Conclusions. Data analysis at this research is bivariate. To be able to test and analyze data used is technique of Chi-Square. Result of research show (1) there are correlation which are significant use of medical equipments to storey; level dread [of] patient (χ2= 9,087; p = 0,002), (2) there are relation which significant medicines to storey; level dread of patient (χ2 = 8,077; p = 0,004), (3) there are relation between health energy attitude significant to storey ;level dread [of] patient ((χ2 = 9,087; p = 0,002), and (4) there are relation compliance of patient at regulation to storey; level dread of patient (χ2 = 9,087; p = 0,002).

Abstract

The incidence of breast cancer has been increasing among women in developed and developing countries. Oral contraceptive is the commonest type of contraceptive among women of reproductive age This study employed case control design. The target population was women of reproductive age. The source population was women of reproductive age who were hospitalized for breast cancer at the surgical ward at the Dr. Moewardi Hospital. A sample of 40 breast cancer case and another of 40 controls were selected at random from the source population. The dependent variable under study was the incidence of breast cancer. The independent variable under study was oral contraceptive use. The confounding factors to be controlled for included age, age at menarche and family history. Data was analyzed by multiple logistic regression model, run under SPPS v 16 program. The results showed an increased risk of breast cancer twice as many among oral contraceptive users as those non users, but this relationship was statiscallu non significant (OR=2.20; CI95% 0.78 to 6.21, p=0,138). This estimate has accounted for the effects of age, age at menarche and family history.
