Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) perbankan syariah periode 2018-2020 dengan menggunakan indeks Social Performance Indicators (SPI). Indeks SPI memiliki kerangka kerja yang lebih luas dengan menambahkan aspek religiositas sebagai indikator penilaian. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis isi yang dikombinasikan dengan sistem pembobotan dan pemeringkatan menggunakan skala RDAP. Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan setiap perbankan syariah. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari Bank Aceh Syariah, Bank NTB Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, BTPN Syariah, BCA Syariah, BNI Syariah, dan Bank Syariah Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan enam indikator yang terdiri dari Religiositas, Lingkungan, Masyarakat, Tata Kelola, Karyawan, dan Klien. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tata Kelola adalah dimensi yang paling banyak diungkapkan oleh perbankan syariah dengan skor 95,8%, sedangkan dimensi Klien memperoleh skor paling rendah yakni sebesar 53,4%. Pengungkapan CSR dengan indeks SPI perbankan syariah selama periode 2018-2020 secara keseluruhan memperoleh predikat proaktif dari skala RDAP dengan skor sebesar 85,6%. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa indikator yang digunakan indeks SPI telah mencakup hal-hal yang dibutuhkan perbankan syariah untuk menilai kinerja tanggung jawab sosialnya. Perbankan syariah diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi lebih pada dimensi klien di samping menjaga konsistensi tanggung jawab sosial pada dimensi lainnya. Kata Kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Performance Indicators, Pengungkapan, Pemeringkatan.   ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Islamic banking for the 2018-2020 period using the Social Performance Indicators (SPI) index. The SPI index has a broader framework by adding aspects of religiosity as an assessment indicator. This was a descriptive qualitative-quantitative research.  It used the content analysis method combined with a weighting and ranking system which used the RDAP scale. The data in this study used secondary data obtained from the annual report of each Islamic banking. The sample of this research consisted of Bank Aceh Syariah, Bank NTB Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, BTPN Syariah, BCA Syariah, BNI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Mandiri. This study used six indicators consisting of Religiosity, Environment, Society, Governance, Employees, and Clients. The results of this study indicate that Governance is the dimension most widely disclosed by Islamic banking with a score of 95.8%, while the Client dimension obtained the lowest score of 53.4%. CSR disclosure with the Islamic banking SPI index during the 2018-2020 period as a whole received a proactive predicate from the RDAP scale with a score of 85.6%. This research proves that the indicators used by the SPI index have covered the things that Islamic banks need to assess their social responsibility performance. Islamic banking is expected to contribute more to the client dimension while maintaining consistency in social responsibility in other dimensions. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu ingin menganalisis apakah terdapat indikasi window dressing dalam laporan keuangan dilihat dari nilai cash holding, financial leverage dan nilai perusahaan pada sektor energi yang terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017-2020. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan yakni uji Beda t-test menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Sampel yang dipakai ada 22 perusahaan sektor energi di ISSI BEI untuk rentang waktu 2017 triwulan pertama sampai 2020 triwulan keempat. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dalam riset ini membuktikan kalau tidak ada perbedaan nilai cash holding, financial leverage serta nilai perusahaan pada triwulan IV terhadap nilai dalam triwulan I, triwuulan II serta triwulan III. Hal ini mengidentifikasi bahwa perusahaan tidak mengindikasikan gejala window dressing. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa beberapa perusahaan di sektor energi yang tertera di ISSI BEI pada tahun 2017 hingga 2020 tidak terindikasi melaksanakan praktik window dressing. Hal ini dapat digunakan sebagai dokumen evaluasi bagi perusahaan di sektor energi untuk lebih meningkatkan operasional mereka. Untuk menghindari adanya indikasi window dressing, perusahaan energi yang terdaftar di ISSI BEI harus memprioritaskan upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sehingga cash holding, financial leverage, dan nilai perusahaan dapat mencerminkan situasi perusahaan. Kata kunci: window dressing, cash holding, financial leverage, nilai perusahaan.   ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze whether there are indications of window dressing in financial statements seen from the value of cash holding, financial leverage and company value in the energy sector listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2020 period. The research method applied was the Different t-test using the Mann Whitney test. The sample used is 22 energy sector companies on the ISSI IDX for the period of 2017 first quarter to 2020 fourth quarter. Based on the results of the analysis, it proves that there is no difference in the value of cash holding, financial leverage and the value of the company in the 4th quarter of the value in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters. This indicates that the company has no indication of window dressing symptoms. So it can be concluded that several companies in the energy sector listed on the ISSI IDX in 2017 to 2020 are not indicated to carry out window dressing practices. It can be used as an evaluation document for companies in the energy sector to further improve their operations. To avoid any indication of window dressing, energy companies listed on the ISSI IDX must prioritize strategic efforts in improving the company's financial performance so that cash holding, financial leverage, and company value can reflect the company's situation. Abstract

ABSTRAK Wakaf tunai merupakan salah satu instrumen keuangan syariah berbasis sosial yang penting untuk dikembangkan karena mudah digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat yang ada, seperti untuk modal usaha mikro bagi petani. Mayoritas petani adalah masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah yang menggantungkan mata pencahariannya dari hasil panen. Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia dan dunia membuat banyak keluarga mengalami kekurangan finansial, termasuk keluarga petani. Wakaf dapat membantu pembiayaan produksi para petani melalui program Wakaf Modal Usaha Mikro. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala program ini sehingga  program tersebut tidak berjalan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prioritas masalah dan solusi untuk mengoptimalkan peran wakaf modal usaha mikro bagi petani di Lamongan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode campuran dengan menggunakan pendekatan Analytic Network Process (ANP). Data diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dengan tujuh pakar wakaf dan pertanian. Prioritas masalah adalah pada di nazhir terkait minimnya anggaran untuk pelayanan administrasi, sedangkan prioritas solusinya adalah menambah anggaran untuk pelayanan administrasi. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan oleh Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) bersama dengan Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Hortikultura,  dan Perkebunan untuk mengembangkan wakaf di bidang pertanian. Kata Kunci: Wakaf Uang, Wakaf Produktif, Pemberdayaan Petani, Modal Usaha Mikro.   ABSTRACT Cash waqf is one of the essential social-based Islamic financial instruments to be developed since it is easily used according to the existing community's needs, such as for micro-business capital for farmers. Most working as farmers are middle- to lower-class people who depend on their livelihoods from harvests. The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia and the world has left many families experiencing financial shortages, including farming families. The Micro Business Capital Waqf program has been implemented in Lamongan. However, this program still encountered several problems that made the program not optimally conducted and could not be implemented in the broader community. This study aims to analyze the priority problems and solutions to optimize the role of micro-business capital waqf for farmers in Lamongan. This type of research was a mixed method using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach. Data were obtained from in-depth interviews with seven waqf and agriculture experts. The priority problem in Nazhir was related to the lack of budget for administrative services, while the priority solution was increasing the funding for administrative services. The research results can be used by the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) and the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture, and Plantations to develop waqf in agriculture. Abstract

ABSTRAK Sumber informasi utama bagi manajemen dan investor adalah kinerja keuangan. Penghasilan yang diperoleh mengungkapkan kesehatan keuangan bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain menganalisis Pembiayaan pengeruh Mudharabah dan Pembiayaan Ijarah terhadap non performing financing dan kinerja keuangan, menganalisis pengaruh non performing financing terhadap kinerja keuangan. Non Performing Financing sebagai pemediasi Pembiayaan Mudharabah dan Pembiayaan Ijarah terhadap kinerja keuangan Koperasi Syariah di Jawa Timur.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37 koperasi, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 koperasi dengan periode pengamnatan periode pengamatan 4 tahun dari 2018 hingga 2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa Pembiayaan Mudharabah tidak berdampak pada non performing financing, Pembiayaan Ijarah berdampak pada Non Performing Financing. Pembiayaan Mudharabah dan Pembiayaan Ijarah berdampak pada kinerja keuangan. Non performing financing berdampak pada kinerja keuangan. Pembiayaan Mudharabah tidak berdampak pada Kinerja Keuangan melalui Non Performing Financing. Pembiayaan Ijarah mempengaruhi Kinerja Keuangan melalui Non Performing Financing. Semakin besar pembiayaan mudharabah dan pembiyaan ijarah yang disalurkan Koperasi pada anggota dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan Koperasi Syariah di Jawa Timur, jika anggota melakukan pembayaran dengan lancar atau tidak terjadi kredit macet. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, Pembiayaan Ijarah, Pembiayaan Mudharabah, Non-Performing Financing.   ABSTRACT The main source of information for management and investors is financial performance. The income earned reveals the financial health of the business. The objectives of this study include analyzing the influence of Mudharabah financing and Ijarah financing on non-performing financing and financial performance, and analyzing the effect of non-performing financing on financial performance. Non Performing Financing as a mediator of Mudharabah Financing and Ijarah Financing on the financial performance of Sharia Cooperatives in East Java. The population in this study was 37 cooperatives, the sampling technique used purposive sampling so that a total sample of 30 cooperatives was obtained with a 4-year observation period from 2018 to 2021. The data analysis technique used was SEM-PLS. The analysis findings show that Mudharabah Financing has no impact on non-performing financing, and Ijarah Financing has an impact on Non-Performing Financing. Mudharabah Financing and Ijarah Financing have an impact on financial performance. Non-performing financing has an impact on financial performance. Mudharabah Financing has no impact on Financial Performance through Non-Performing Financing. Ijarah Financing affects Financial Performance through Non-Performing Financing. The greater the mudharabah financing and ijarah financing distributed by cooperatives to members can improve the financial performance of Sharia cooperatives in East Java, if members make payments smoothly or there are no bad loans. Abstract

ABSTRACT: The existence of donation-based crowdfunding as an alternative fundraising system in Indonesia has a great opportunity to keep growing. The millennials as a digitally-native generation should actively contribute to the development of donation-based crowdfunding. This study tries to identify the effect of the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, sense of trust, and experience expectation on the intention to donate donation-based crowdfunding by the Muslim millennials in Indonesia. Respondents who were analyzed were 156 people who were selected using purposive sampling and tested using SmartPLS. The results showed that Social Influence, Sense of Trust, and Experience Expectation had a positive influence on Intention to donate to donation-based crowdfunding. However, a test of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Facilitating Conditions shows that there are different findings. The data presented in this study is expected to add new perspectives for relevant stakeholders to develop donation-based crowdfunding in Indonesia. Keywords: Donation-based Crowdfunding, Moslem Millennials, Partial Least Square, Donation.   ABSTRAK: Kehadiran donation-based crowdfunding sebagai alternatif sistem penggalangan dana di Indonesia memiliki peluang yang besar untuk terus berkembang. Generasi milenial sebagai generasi yang terbiasa dengan teknologi seyogyanya berperan aktif dalam perkembangan platform donation-based crowdfunding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variabel performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, sense of trust serta experience expectation terhadap intention to donate to donation-based crowdfunding dari para generasi milenial muslim di Indonesia. Responden yang dianalisis sejumlah 156 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling serta diuji menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Social Influence, Sense of Trust, dan Experience Expectation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Intention to donate to donation-based crowdfunding. Namun, pengujian pada Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, dan Facilitating Conditions menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda. Data yang ditampilkan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan menambah sudut pandang baru bagi stakeholder terkait agar dapat mengembangkan donation-based crowdfunding di Indonesia. Abstract

ABSTRACT:  This study aims to examine the effect of health, education, and labor force moderated by urban population on the Human Development Index. This study uses a quantitative approach and a Moderated Regression Analysis technique with a sample of 25 OIC countries from 2010-2019 taken by purposive sampling method. The results showed that health, education, and the labor force affected the Human Development Index. While the urban population moderates the effect of health and the workforce on the Human Development Index, the urban population does not moderate the effect of education on the Human Development Index. This study has a novelty in the results of the study, namely the basic education variable which has a significant but negative effect on the Human Development Index. This research is limited to a sample of OIC member countries because more than 30% of poor countries with low income according to World Bank data are in OIC member countries, so it is hoped that this research will be able to provide references related to increasing the human development index to save them from poverty. Keywords: Education, Health, Human Development Index, Labor Force, Urban Population     ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kesehatan, pendidikan, dan angkatan kerja yang dimoderasi oleh kepadatan populasi terhadap Human Development Index. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik Moderated Regression Analysis dengan sampel 25 negara OKI dari tahun 2010-2019 yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesehatan dan angkatan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Human Development Index, namun pendidikan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Human Development Index. Urban population memoderasi pengaruh antara kesehatan dan angkatan kerja terhadap Human Development Index, namun urban population tidak memoderasi pengaruh pendidikan terhadap Human Development Index. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan dalam hasil penelitian, yaitu variabel pendidikan dasar yang justru berpengaruh namun negatif signifikan terhadap Human Development Index. Penelitian ini terbatas dilakukan pada sampel negara anggota OKI sebab lebih dari 30% negara miskin dengan pendapatan rendah menurut Data Bank Dunia adalah ada pada negara anggota OKI, sehingga diharapkan penelitian ini mampu memberikan referensi terkait peningkatan indeks pembangunan manusia untuk menyelamatkannya dari kemiskinan. Abstract

ABSTRACT:         The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variables on the level of trust, the level of service quality, the level of religiosity, and the level of corporate image on customer loyalty in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), a new bank resulting from the merger of three state-owned banks, namely BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, and Mandiri Syariah. The study uses quantitative approaches with causality description techniques. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with a sample of 405 BSI customers. The results showed that the level of trust and religiosity had a positive effect on post-merger BSI customer loyalty. In addition, the level of service quality has no effect on customer loyalty after the merger. Meanwhile, the level of the corporate image did not moderate the effect of the level of trust, service quality, and religiosity on BSI customer loyalty after the merger. However, as a predictor, the level of the corporate image has a direct effect on post-merger BSI customer loyalty. The findings show that trust, religiosity, and corporate image play a very important role in growing BSI's customer loyalty. Therefore, BSI should consider developing a strategy to increase customer loyalty. Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Trust, Service Quality, Religiosity, Corporate Image ABSTRAK:        Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel tingkat kepercayaan, tingkat kualitas layanan, tingkat religiusitas, dan tingkat citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), bank baru hasil merger dari tiga bank BUMN, yaitu BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, dan Mandiri Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodependekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik deskripsi kausalitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) dengan sampel sebanyak 405 nasabah BSI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan dan tingkat religiusitas berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas nasabah BSI pasca merger. Selain itu, tingkat kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan setelah merger. Sedangkan tingkat citra perusahaan tidak memoderasi pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan, tingkat kualitas layanan, dan tingkat religiusitas terhadap loyalitas nasabah BSI setelah merger. Namun sebagai prediktor, tingkat citra perusahaan berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas nasabah BSI pasca merger. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, religiusitas, dan citra perusahaan memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam menumbuhkan loyalitas pelanggan BSI . Oleh karena itu, BSI dapat mempertimbangkan aspek-aspek tersebut  untuk menyusun strategi meningkatkan loyalitas nasabahnya. Abstract

ABSTRACT:   The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred in the world has harmed economies since 2020, especially Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to study the impact of this pandemic on the stability of Islamic banking in Indonesia and examine potential signs of post-pandemic recovery. This study examines the stability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Stability is measured using ROA and Z-score. The data in this study are panel data for Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) and Islamic Business Units (UUS). The data used is quarterly data for 2016-2020. This study uses the Generalized Method of Moment (GMM). The results of this study are ROA for Assets, CAR, FDR, and Covid-19 do not affect profits. However, NPF and BOPO have a negative effect. Whereas on the Z-score for Assets, CAR FDR has a positive effect. NPF and BOPO harm the stability of Islamic banking, except for Covid-19. Lower efficiency and problematic financing reduce the stability of Islamic banking. In addition, the results of our analysis, based on profitability and financial stability during the quarterly period, Islamic banking was able to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research implies that even though some variables do not significantly affect profits, Islamic banks must still pay attention to other variables, such as ROA, owned assets, CAR, FDR, and Covid-19 which are likely to have a large negative impact on the long term. Apart from that, Islamic banks must also maintain profits and stability to survive and compete with conventional banking amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Generalized Method of Moment, Islamic Bank, Banking Stability, Return on   Assets, Z Score ABSTRAK:   Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi di dunia memberikan dampak negatif bagi perekonomian sejak tahun 2020, khususnya Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk mengkaji dampak pandemi terhadap stabilitas perbankan syariah di Indonesia dan mengkaji potensi pemulihan pasca pandemi. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang stabilitas perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Stabilitas diukur menggunakan ROA dan Z-score. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel untuk Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) dan Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS). Data yang digunakan adalah data triwulanan tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan Generalized Method of Moment (GMM). Hasil penelitian ini adalah ROA untuk Aset, CAR, FDR, dan Covid-19 tidak berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan perbankan syariah. Namun NPF dan BOPO berpengaruh negatif. Sedangkan pada Z-score untuk Aset, CAR FDR berpengaruh positif. NPF dan BOPO berpengaruh negatif terhadap stabilitas perbankan syariah, kecuali Covid-19. Efisiensi yang lebih rendah dan pembiayaan bermasalah mengurangi stabilitas perbankan syariah. Selain itu, hasil analisis, berdasarkan profitabilitas dan stabilitas keuangan selama periode triwulanan, perbankan syariah mampu bertahan selama pandemi. Hasilnya  menunjukkan implikasi bahwa meskipun beberapa variabel tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keuntungan, namun Bank Syariah harus tetap memperhatikan variabel lain, seperti ROA, Aset yang dimiliki, CAR, FDR, dan  Covid-19 yang kemungkinan akan terjadi dampak negatif yang besar dalam jangka panjang. Selain itu, Bank Syariah juga harus mampu menjaga keuntungan dan stabilitas agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing dengan perbankan konvensional di tengah pandemi.
