Abstract

The porpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of Mosque-basedMicrobusiness Community Program to empowering mustahiq’s economy at Miftahul Jannah Mosque Surabaya.The research method of this research is a qualitative approach, case studies strategy, and descriptive analysis techniques which collecting data through interview, and observation. The informants are members of Mosque-based Microbusiness Community Program at Miftahul Jannah Mosque Surabaya, consist of seven people who had attanded the program and has recieved assistance zakat productive in the form venture capital from Baitul Maal Muamalat through Mosque-based Microbusiness Community Program (KUM3).Based on the results of the research is Mosque-based Microbusiness Community Program effective to empower mustahiq’s economy use productive zakat consist of venture capital, the mosque has a maximum role to facilitate the distribution of productive zakat from Baitul Maal Muamalat to mustahiq evidenced by increasing three indicators, namely ruhiyah, partisipation, and business. REFERENCES Al Qur’an Al Karim.Antonio, M. Abstract

This descriptive study aims for describe the blessing in earning got by the laundry entrepreneur. There are four guidance that can be use to describe it. In addition, this study also describe the justified muamalah in Islam and the meaning of blessing in earning. The method used for collecting data was In-depth interview with the main informant and other informant that related with this study. Main informant in this research was the owner of Lavende Laundry. The result from this research showed that the blessing in earning can be earned by appy the religious theaching. Laundry entrepreneur got their blessed earning by applying the muamalah accordance to Islam. In the end, that blessed earning and muamalah brings in sincerity.

Abstract

Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is used later to improve the image of the company and its business existence. Instead of CSR to empower people its delude people with a profit motive. Islamic CSR is that CSR refers to business practices that have an ethical responsibility Islamically, companies incorporate Islamic norms characterized by sincerity commitment in maintaining the social contract in its business practices in halal lawful. This study aimed to reveal the implementation of Islamic CSR PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using descriptive method.The results of this study indicate that PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi has implemented Islamic CSR based on unity, caliphate, justice and broterhood by creating and running a cooperation agreement in accordance with sharia corridor, provide good service to customers, act fairly and avoid discrimination, provide assistance to the poor in the villages around, helping the development of education and worship, as well as participate protecting the environment by way of planting trees together. REFERENCESAlgifari. 1997. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of motivation to organizational commitment of teacher. This research uses questionaire as the primary data and the samples are 67 teachers and candidates of MI Islamiyah Madiun.this research uses quantitative approach with multiple linear regression as the analysis method.Based on the findings, it obtained multiple linear regression equation : Y = -0,460 + 0,666X1 + 0,473X2. The result reveals that motivation affect positively and significantly to the organizational commitment of teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamiyah Madiun. It is known from the calculated F vakue of 105,532 with a significance level (probability) of 0,000. Value of the variable t test Motivator and Hygiene partial effect on organizational commitment of teacher in MI Islamiyah Madiun significance level <0,05.MI Islamiyah should maintenance motivation of teachers, especially to endure the motivator factors and improve the hygiene factors to achieve organizational commitment of teachers in MI Islamiyah Madiun. REFERENCESAl Qur’an Dan Terjemahannya. 2010. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the principles of the Islamic leadership in product innovation process in the Sentra Batik Jetis Sidoarjo.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. Data was collected through interviews with business leaders in Sentra Batik Jetis Sidoarjo. Triangulation technique was also carried out in this study to test the credibility of the data. Triangulation technique used in this research is triangulation sources by conducting interviews to workers of batik business leaders, and also triangulation techniques to make observations, anddocumentary evidence in the field.The results obtained from this study indicate that the principle of Islamic leadership has been well implemented by the batik industry leader in Sentra Batik Jetis Sidoarjo. The process of product innovation in the Sentra Batik Jetis Sidoarjo can be done well because it is supported by leaders who have applied the principles of the Islamic leadership is the principle of tawhid, the principle consultation, the principle of freedom of thought and principle of fair.

Abstract

Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in Islamic banking refers to a business that has a social responsibility in Islamic. Islamic values contained in CSR activity that is the values of justice, Rohmatan lil'alamin value, and the value maslahah. That understanding will have implications for the implementation of syariah in the CSR value BNI Syariah Jakarta. The research method which is used for this case is qualitative descriptive approach. This Research is using semi-structured interviews and documentation. This Research was concern on the syariah value of CSR activities BNI Syariah Jakarta and find out for the solutiaon on how the implementation of sharia value on CSR activities BNI Syariah Jakarta. The results of this research was indicated that the PT. BNI Syariah Jakarta has implemented three grades sharia Islamic banking in performing activities of corporate social responsibility, which has implemented sharia values of justice, Rohmatan li'alamin value, and the value maslahah with full responsibility and in accordance to sharia compliance or regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness promotion through radio to obedience of muzakki channelling zakat at the zakat institute in Surabaya. This research is qualitative. The approach in this study using case study strategy. Characteristics of the informants in this study is muzakki distribute their zakat to zakat institutions in Surabaya and ever listen promotion of zakat institutions through radio. Informants in this study amounted to 9 muzakki. Technical data collection is done by using the interview method. After the data collected do data reduction, data presentation and conclusion (verification). The results showed that the promotion through radio by zakat institution in Surabaya improving obedience muzakki said to be effective. Effectiveness is measured by three indicators, there are muzakki understanding of zakat, zakat practice frequency, and amount of donation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know whether the business behavior of a Muslim family of IWAPI members in Surabaya in accordance with the teachings of Islam. This study used a qualitative approach explanatory case studies. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, interviews, participant observation and documentation.In this study, the behavior of the Muslim business in terms of aspects of motivation, commitment to family, barriers experienced, responsibilities and activities as well as adopting a business strategy which includes four properties of the Prophet namely: Siddiq, Trustworthy, Fatonah, Sermons. Results of this study are doing business is not forbidden in Islam as long as it does not ignore the views of the main task of a Muslim as a housewife. Business motivation ofhousewives is gain a flexible time management so as to enable a balance between the obligations of housewives and business. Thus a Muslim is able to prove that a Muslim could succeed as a wife, IWAPI members and businesswomen.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence Students of Islamic Economics FEB UNAIR not motivated being a Zakat Organization’s employee.This research used quantitative methods through exploratory factor analysis. Characteristic of the population in this research are Students of Islamic Economics FEB UNAIR class 2010-2011 who following the active class. The number of samples at the time of pre eliminary test by conducting an interview written as many as 10 informants, and main test required 90 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. Sampling was done using simple random sampling.Based on the results of study indicate that there are four factors that influence Students of Islamic Economics FEB UNAIR. The four factors as a result of reduction of processing factor analysis. These four factors named by factor of the recognition, support by circles, Zakat Organization’s image, and informations about Zakat Organization.Advice for the are improves giving more informations about Zakat Organization’s needed employees. For academic side, can more improves more study about zakat management. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence consumers on choosing Al-Hikmah Sport Center Muslimah Swimming Pool in Surabaya. It related to increasing of people’s awareness to do physical activities, especially swimming.This study used quantitative research methods with exploratory factor analysis.Characteristics of the respondents in this study is Muslim consumers of Al-Hikmah Sport Center Muslimah Swimming Pool that have come at least twice in a last month. Sample amount on preliminary test by doing written interview are 20 respondents and the main test need 125 respondents. Sampling technique that used is non-probability sampling. Sampling was done using accidental sampling and purposive sampling.The results of the study showed that there are six factors that influence consumers on choosing Al-Hikmah Sport Center Muslimah Swimming Pool in Surabaya. The sixth factors are named by the factor of similarity motives, securities, location, facilities, water qualities, and the experiences.
