Abstract

ABSTACT                Work performance is the result of one's efforts determined by the ability of his personal characteristics and achievements on his role in the job. Factors that influence work performance are competence and commitment. Competence Competence is a basic characteristic, part of the personality inherent in a person, and its behavior can be predicted in various circumstances of work tasks. Commitment explains the differences in relations between members of the organiasu and other ethnicities (one of them is the organization itself). PT. United Rope Medan is a company engaged in rope production. The research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The population is all employees totaling 478 people. Determination of samples in the study using the Slovin formula, so that a sample of 218 respondents was obtained. The results showed that competency and commitment simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a determinant coefficient of 0.857 or 85.7%, while the remaining 14.3% was influenced by other factors. The conclusion of the study is that simultaneously and partially competence and commitment have a significant effect on the achievement at PT. United Rope Medan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variable likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan penjualan dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia sesuai publikasi Indonesia, yang berjumlah 37 Perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampling merupakan tekinik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Ada 2 macam data dokumentasi yaitu data primer dan data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda, uji klasik, uji kelayakan model, uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian kelayakan model menunjukan bahwa model dinyatakan layak sehingga pengujian hipotesis dapat dilakukan .  Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan negative terhadap struktur modal, Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal, pertumbuhan Penjualan berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan negative terhadap struktur modal dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan negatif terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the optimization of cyber PR at private universities in Yogyakarta. High internet penetration in the community forces public relations to utilize communication technology. Thus, this research was conducted at five universities in Yogyakarta based on webometrics rank of 2016/2017 i.e., UII, UMY, UAD, UAJY, and Amikom through observation, interview, and physical and online document search. It is revealed that the public relations in universities not only connect institutions and students or government but also form the universities’ positive image to attract the public's attention. There are eight components played by private universities in their activities: credibility, context, content, clarity, channel, continuity and consistency, capability of the audience, and connectivity. Communication is the most influential key element in cyber-PR activity. Consequently, this should be managed maximally by universities to create a positive image.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis harga saham melalui tingkat kesehatan bank yang diukur dengan menggunakan variabel  Risk Profile (NPL), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earning (ROA), dan Capital (CAR) pada PT Bank Bukopin Tbk periode 2010-1017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT Bank Bukopin yang terdapat di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Risk Profile (NPL) dan Earning (ROA) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham PT Bank Bukopin. Sedangkan variabel Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan Capital (CAR) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham PT Bank Bukopin. ABSTRACT              This study aims to analyze stock prices through the level of bank health measured by using the Risk Profile (NPL), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earning (ROA), and Capital (CAR) variables in PT Bank Bukopin Tbk for the 2010-1017 period. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT Bank Bukopin found in the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data source used in this study is secondary data from the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test. The results of this study indicate that the Risk Profile (NPL) and Earning (ROA) variables significantly influence the price of PT Bank Bukopin's shares. While the variables of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Capital (CAR) do not significantly influence the price of PT Bank Bukopin's shares.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the CSR activities conducted by Marimas Putera Kencana related to the development of social entrepreneurship, to describe the value chain model for corporate entrepreneurship, and the impact of social entrepreneurship development through CSR activity. An explorative study approach was undertaken in this study by conducting semi-structured interviews at the Marketing Division of Marimas Putera Kencana, the target group, and the shop owners involved in the CSR program. The results of this study show the stages of CSR activities of Marimas Putera Kencana which include planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting and value chain model for social entrepreneurship to realize business goals without overriding social values. In addition, the impact of social entrepreneurship development through CSR activities is the enhancement of environmental capacity and capability, creating leadership in the development of corporate social entrepreneurship, creating environmental protection, organizational transformation for social improvement, refreshing and promoting CSR development, awakening a positive reputation, and organizational commitment to continuously behave ethically.

Abstract

ABSTRACT             Employee performance is a level of employee success in carrying out their duties. There are some factors affecting employee performance; some of which are selection and training. Selection is an action to select employees who have the potential to fill positions needed by the company in the hope of making a positive contribution. Training is an activity compiled by the management that aims to improve the skills and abilities of employees to produce high performance so that the goals of the company are achieved. Employee performance can decrease due to a weak selection process and inappropriate training programs. PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) is an international supermarket group that provides daily basic needs. The research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The population used is all employees totaling 127 people. Determination of the sample in the study using the Slovin formula is 96 people, while for testing the validity taken 30 respondents outside the study sample. The results showed that simultaneous and partial selection and training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a determinant coefficient of 0.742 or 74.2%, while the remaining 25.8% was influenced by other independent variables not examined. The conclusion of the study is that simultaneous and partial selection and training have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, jagung hanya dimanfaatkan bagian bijinya saja sebagai bahan makanan pokok. Bagian lain dari tanaman jagung, seperti tongkol dan kulitnya, hanya dimanfaatkan untuk pakan ternak, atau malah dibuang begitu saja. Produk bros dari kulit jagung ini, selain bertujuan untuk mengurangi limbah kulit jagung, juga bertujuan untuk membuka lapangan kerja baru bagi masyarakat setempat, terutama untuk ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan mahasiswa. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu tahap pra produksi, tahap produksi, dan tahap pasca produksi. Untuk pemasaran, hingga saat ini promosi produk bros kulit (kelobot) jagung telah dilakukan secara online maupun offline. Promosi secara online dilakukan melalui berbagai media sosial, seperti twitter, facebook, instagram, dan whatsapp. Untuk promosi secara offline, produk bros tersebut telah dipasarkan melalui endorsement teman dan kerabat, dijual di area kampus dan lingkungan sekitar, serta dipasarkan melalui reseller, yaitu dengan menitipkan produk untuk dipromosikan dan dijual kembali oleh penjual lain melalui toko online maupun secara langsung. Kata kunci: kulit jagung, kelobot, produk bros

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan suatu perasaan yang dirasakan oleh karyawan atas usaha atau prestasi yang diperolehnya. Kinerja karyawan adalah bentuk awal untuk memperoleh tujuan dari perusahaan. Untuk memperoleh kinerja ada berbagai langkah atau faktor penentu. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin sampel yang diambil sebanyak 148 dari total karyawan yang berjumlah 234 karyawan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah primer dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa : budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada RS Putri Hijau, komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada RS Putri Hijau dan secara simultan budaya organisasi dan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada RS Putri Hijau.Kata kunci : budaya organisasi, komitmen, kinerja karyawan
