Abstract

Merri Anitasari, Ahmad Soleh; Pengaruh Pengeluaran Pemerintah Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Provinsi Bengkulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi Bengkulu dengan menggunakan data sekunder periode pengamatan tahun 2001-2012 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 16 menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi Bengkulu. Jika pemerintah menaikkan pengeluaran pemerintah sebesar 1 miliar rupiah, maka akan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 1,17 % per tahun. Sedangkan pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah kabupaten/kota menunjukkan bahwa dari jumlah 10 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bengkulu, kabupaten Rejang Lebong dan kota Bengkulu yang memiliki hasil bahwa pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerahnya. Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara memiliki pengaruh yang negatif sedangkan 7 kabupaten lainnya memiliki hasil yang positif namun tidak signifikan. Sebagian besar kabupaten di Provinsi Bengkulu dikategorikan sebagai daerah yang baru membangun yang merupakan hasil pemekaran pasca pemberlakuan otonomi daerah. Sehingga dalam jangka pendek pengeluaran pemerintah dianggap belum mampu menstimulus kegiatan sektor-sektor perekonomian serta memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah tersebut.Merri Anitasari, Ahmad Soleh; Impact of Government Spending on Economic Growth In Bengkulu Province. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of government spending on economic growth in the province of Bengkulu using secondary data observation period 2001 - 2012 year were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. Results of analysis using SPSS 16 shows that government spending and significant positive effect on economic growth in the province ofBengkulu. If the government raised government spending by 1 billion dollars, it will be able to boost economic growth by 1.17% per year. While the effect of government spending on economic growth in the district/city showed that of a total of 10 districts cities in Bengkulu province, Rejang Lebong district and Bengkulu City which has the result that government spending and significant positive effect on economic growth in the region. North Bengkulu has a negative effect, while seven other districts have a positive outcome, but not significantly. Most districts in the province of Bengkulu categorized as new building is the result of the division after the implementation of regional autonomy. So in the short-term government spending is considered not able to stimulate activity sectors of the economy and spur economic growth in the area.Key Word: Government Spending, Economic Growth, Bengkulu Province

Abstract

Hindarto, Slamet Widodo, Sigit Mujiharjo; The objective of the first research is to know: (1) the background of economic factors of transmigrant, (2) the natural resources potency, (3) the human resources of transmigrant potency, (4) the analysis of business environment, (5) the model micro business development, (6) the build of micro business group, (7) the formulation model based on human and natural resource potency with simple and accepted technology, (8) the practice of simple and accepted technology, (9) the practice of marketing, and (10) the training of small/micro business management. The result of the research is identified that: (1) the transmigrant society have a high motivation to stay at location study, (2) the transmigrant society wish to facilitation in economic development to income generating, (3) the transmigrant society zeal for to follow research program conducted by researcher, (4) have been build of small business group, (5) have executed of simple and accepted technology test-drive, (6) have executed of training of small business management, (7) marketing management. Abstract

Anggri Puspita Sari; Sumber daya manusia sebagai salah satu faktor yang memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan atau kegagalan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya. Setiap organisasi tentu saja selalu ingin bergerak maju dengan keterlibatan anggotanya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerjanya, termasuk setiap organisasi harus memiliki etos kerja. Etos kerja adalah pandangan seseorang dan sikap terhadap pekerjaan dipraktekkan. Etos kerja yang dimiliki oleh seseorang atau karyawan akan menjadi sumber motivasi bagi tindakannya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan penerapan etos kerja karyawan di Kelas II KIPM Stasiun Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di SKIPM Kelas II Bengkulu berjumlah 24 orang. Metode sensus metode sampling yang digunakan, sehingga total populasi unit analisis. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Secara umum, hasil analisis deskriptif statistic menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor etos kerja rata-rata karyawan KIPM Stasiun Kelas II Bengkulu telah di kedua kategori. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum etos kerja karyawan KIPM Stasiun Kelas II Bengkulu telah melakukan tugas dan fungsi yang memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku mereka. Each organization is of course always want to move forward with the involvement of its members to improve the quality of its performance, including every organization should have a work ethic. The work ethic is a persons view and attitude towards work is practiced. Work ethic is owned by a person or employee will be a source of motivation for his actions. The goal in this research is to analyze and describe the application of the work ethic of employees in Class II KIPM Station Bengkulu. The population in this study are all Civil Servants (PNS) in SKIPM Class II Bengkulu numbered 24 people. The sampling method used census methods, so that the total population of the unit of analysis. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative. In general, the results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that the factors of employee work ethic KIPM Station Class II Bengkulu average has been in both categories. This shows that in general the work ethic of employees KIPM Station Class II Bengkulu have done their duties and functions that provide services to the public in accordance with applicable regulations.Key Word: Work Ethic, Civil Servants

Ida Ayu Er. Meytha Gayatri; The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) place. the performance of employees in the branch of PT. UOB Indonesia Bengkulu Branch. From the calculation of the Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis of the amount of 0.89 or 0.80 to 1.000 rho in a very strong, which means that the relationship between the variables of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) with the performance of employees of PT. UOB Indonesia Bengkulu Branch relate very strong. Hypothesis testing results, from 14.863 t and t table is 2.0003 or (14.863> 2.0003), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted means there is a significant relationship between occupational safety and health (K3) with the performance of employees at PT. Khaidir, Neri Susanti; The research objective to factors determine the performance of accounting information systems at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office of Bengkulu. This study is a descriptive study, with a sample are employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office Bengkulu wear or use of accounting information systems as much as 42 employees. Methods of data collection done by survey method, while data analysis using rating scale analysis.The results reveal that the most dominant factor affecting the performance of accounting information systems at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office Bengkulu end user satisfaction factor is an average of 176, the second factor is the education and training programs by an average of 173, the next factor is the support of top management an average of 168 and the last factor is the ability of a personal technique average of 165.Key Word: Performance, Accounting Information Systems

Rina Trisna Yanti; The purpose of this study was to determine the role of potential commodities for Employment Expansion in Seluma and To determine the role of potential commodities against Poverty Seluma. This type of research is the study deskriptifkualitatif. This study did not test the hypothesis but only describe the information is in accordance with the study. The results showed that the oil palm which is a potential commodity in Seluma absorb manpower with the data the period 2006-2011 in general has increased it is also supported by an explanation of the Department / Institution related and members of farmer groups in Seluma. With palm oil commodity Seluma poverty decreased among those who work on oil palm, it is known from Department / Institution related to channel social assistance to the poor in Seluma decline in population work as farmers palm oil.Keywords: Potential Commodities, Employment, Poverty Reduction

Marliadi, Ida Anggriani; Kebutuhan akan jasa tour and travel semakin berkembang pesat belakangan ini. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan perjalanan wisata/ tour and travel, merupakan perusahaan yang menawarkan jasa kepada kepada masyarakat baik atas nama individu ataupun badan usaha. Untuk mempertahankan eksistensi usaha ditengah persaingan usaha yang semakin kompetitif karena banyaknya bermunculan perusahaanperusahaan sejenis, baik yang berskala nasional maupun internasional, maka setiap perusahaan harus dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pengguna jasa ataupun calon pengguna jasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pelayanan dengan Keputusan Menggunakan Jasa PT. Anugrah Quba Mandiri Bengkulu. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi rank spearman. Dari hasil perhitungan korelasi diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi spearman rank atau rho hitung (ρ) sebesar 0, 71 artinya hubungan antara variabel pelayanan dengan keputusan menggunakan jasa adalah kuat karena berada diantara interval 0,60 – 0,799. Dari Uji hipotesis diperoleh rho hitung 0, 71 artinya lebih besar dari rho tabel (0, 71 > 0,364), dengan demikian hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Pelayanan dengan Keputusan Menggunakan Jasa PT. Effort to maintain the existence of competition amid an increasingly competitive due to the large emerging peer companies, both national and international, each company must be able to provide good service to service users or potential users of the service .Objectives to be achieved through this research is to determine the relationship with Decision Services Using Services PT. Anugrah Quba Mandiri Bengkulu. The method of analysis in this study are: a qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Obtained from the calculation of correlation Spearman rank correlation coefficient or rho count ( ρ ) of 0.71 means the relationship between the variables of service with the decision to use the services is strong because in between the interval from 0.60 to 0.799 . Testing hypotheses derived from rho count 0, 71 means greater than rho table (0.71 > 0.364), so the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha accepted means there is a significant relationship between the Decision Service Using the Services PT. Abstract

Eka Sri Wahyuni; The purpose of this study was to determine the factors - factors that affect stock prices and the development of Shariah in Indonesia. The method used in this library research. The results in this study is the movement of the stock price is affected by many factors. There are micro factors, there are also macro. In addition, the factors that affect stock price consists of fundamentals and technical factors. The fundamental factors are very important, because the share price is highly correlated with the companys ability to create future profits for shareholders. While technical factors are stock prices affected by movements in the share purchase price, number of shares traded and other data sourced from the market. Both fundamental and technical factors used as a quantitative analysis to determine the previous data on interest rates, economic variables and the value of stocks. Abstract

Nia Indriasari; This study aims to determined the relationship between the development of employees with performance at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch. The method used in this study are: qualitative and quantitative analysis using the average distribution analysis, and the Spearman rank correlation test hypotheses. From the calculation of the correlation coefficient, calculated value = 0.91 means the variable relationship with employee performance development at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch is very strong. Hypothesis tests obtained t value greater than t table is t value = 18.73 whereas t table = 2.003, meaning that if there is a significant relationship between the development of the performance of employees at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk . Bengkulu branch. Employees at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch has an interest  in any development training held by PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Abstract

Tito Irwanto, Tri Febrina Melinda; The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and motivation to employee performance Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Bengkulu Province. This type of research used in this research is quantitative. The collection of data by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Health Bengkulu province amounted to 100 employees using simple random sampling. The analysis method used by Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, T Test, F Test and Test The coefficient of determination (R2). The analysis showed that the discipline and motivation positive influence on employee performance.Key Word: Dicipline, Motivation and Performance
