Abstract

Nia Indriasari; This study aims to determined the relationship between the development of employees with performance at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch. The method used in this study are: qualitative and quantitative analysis using the average distribution analysis, and the Spearman rank correlation test hypotheses. From the calculation of the correlation coefficient, calculated value = 0.91 means the variable relationship with employee performance development at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch is very strong. Hypothesis tests obtained t value greater than t table is t value = 18.73 whereas t table = 2.003, meaning that if there is a significant relationship between the development of the performance of employees at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk . Bengkulu branch. Employees at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch has an interest  in any development training held by PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch, employees at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Branch has a high creativity in carrying out the tasks given by PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch so that the creativity that is owned by the employee, the employee is able to improve the quality of work from time to time which can improve the performance of PT. Abstract

Abstract

Siti Hanila, Nia Indriasari; The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of completeness of products and services have an effect on buying decision in shopping at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. The population in this study is all consumers who happened to visit and buy in Zan Mart. Sampling using random sampling technique that amounted to 100 people. From the calculation results simultaneously obtained Fcount of 48.499 while Ftable 3.09 Ho thus rejected and Ha accepted simultaneous means of completeness of products and services have a significant effect on buying decision at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. Partially obtained by tcount X1 = 13,9481 and tcount X2 = 7,8455 and ttable 1,98 means Ho is rejected, so partially completeness of product and service have significant effect to buying decision. The conclusion of the research results that there is influence of completeness of products and services to the decision to buy at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. Effect simultaneously equal to 51,2% and partially influence of variable X1 = 66,5% and variable X2 = 38,6%. Suggestions that can be given is the Zan Mart should pay attention to the completeness of the product and offered so that consumers will feel satisfied. Regarding the service, should be more attention especially the element of speed, accuracy, security, friendliness, and comfort because service variables have a big enough influence in the decision to buy on Zan MartKey Words: Completeness Of Product, Service And Buying Decision.

Abstract

Study aims to determine the dominant factors affecting the employeesâ?? performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province. The most dominant factor / the highest affects the employeesâ?? performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province is the quality factor of employment the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province with the total value of the respondent's perception 884 with agreed criteria.The average of the respondents' answers to the overall factor is 862.86 in the agreed criteria, meaning that the average respondent agrees that the overall factor proposed can affect the employees performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province. The lowest factor affects the employeesâ?? performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province is an innovation factor of the employees in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province with the number of values from the perception of respondents 829 with the criteria agreed.Key Words: Quality of work, quantity of work, job knowledge, teamwork, creativity, innovation, initiative

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of incentives and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) with employee performance at PT. Petro Antar Nusa Bengkulu City. The sample in this research are 32 driver and conductor at PT. Petro Antar Nusa City Bengkulu. Data collection method using questioner and analysis method used is spearman rank correlation and hypothesis test with t test. Incentives have a very strong relationship with employee performance at PT. Petro Antar Nusa Bengkulu City with correlation value of 0.778. This illustrates that the incentives provided by PT. Petro Antar Nusa Bengkulu City can support in improving the performance, because with the incentives will lead to high morale and employees strive to always excel. This is reinforced by hypothesis test result that is tcount bigger than ttable (6,780> 1,697). Thus the result of hypothesis test is H01 rejected and Ha1 accepted. This means that incentives have a significant relationship with employee performance at PT. Petro Antar Nusa Bengkulu City. Occupational safety and health has a strong relationship with employee performance at PT. Petro Antar Nusa City Bengkulu with correlation value of 0.644. This illustrates that with the company's attention to the health and safety of employees of PT. Petro Antar Nusa Bengkulu City will improve the performance of the employees. This is reinforced by the result of hypothesis testing that is tcount is bigger than ttable (4,611> 1,697). Thus the result of hypothesis test is H02 rejected and Ha2 accepted. This means that Safety and Health (K3) has a significant relationship with the performance of employees at PT. Petro Antar Nusa Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency. The sample in this study were 30 teachers who teach at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis,determination test and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of the study, it shows a simple linear regression equation,namely Y = 16.211 + 0.624X with a positive regression direction meaning that if the principal's leadership style increases, the performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency will also increase. The principal's leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency, because the significant value of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the higher the leadership style of the Principal at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency, the teacher's performance will also increase. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.352. This means that the principal's leadership style has an influence on teacher performance by 35.2% while the rest (100-35.2% = 64.8%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Kedai Seblak Mama Tuti, Bengkulu City, is one of the culinary businesses in the city of Bengkulu and is currently developing and is in great demand by consumers. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality, location and service quality on purchasing decisions at Kedai Seblak Mama Tuti, Bengkulu City. The sample in the research was 70 consumers who purchased seblak at Mama Tuti's Seblak Store, Bengkulu City. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 7.749 + 0.257X1 + 0.370 X2 + 0.205X3. This illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (product quality), X2 (location) and X3 (service quality) on purchasing decisions (Y). This means that if the variables of product quality, location and service quality increase, it will increase purchasing decisions at the Seblak Mama Tuti shop, Bengkulu City. The coefficient of determination is 0.570. This means that X1 (product quality), X2 (location) and X3 (service quality) influence purchasing decisions (Y) by 57%. Meanwhile, the remaining 43% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially (individually) the variables location, product quality and service quality have a significant influence on the purchasing decision variable because the significant value is smaller than 0.05. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the variables location, product quality and service quality have a simultaneous (together) influence on purchasing decisions because the significant value is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

The use of information and communication technology in the world of education today is growing, one of them is the gadget (phone). Gadgets (phone) is one of the forms of information technology and communication that is constantly evolving from time to time. Excessive use of gadgets (mobiles) in children can have a negative impact on the growing children of primary school age, it does not exclude the possibility that will cause children to become personal closure due to the lack of social interaction. However, on the other hand, the use of information and communication technology is very beneficial for learning activities. In this case, it is necessary to have sufficient knowledge of the technology and how it is applied in everyday life. In this case, parental supervision is essential, because elementary school children usually have a high level of curiosity for new things.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and trust on customer satisfaction at Bengkulu Bank Tais Branch both partially and simultaneously. The analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 80 customers of Bank Bengkulu Tais Branch. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is found that product quality partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bengkulu Bank Tais Branch because the significant value is 0.000 0.05. Service quality partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bengkulu Bank Tais Branch because the significant value is 0.028 0.05. Trust partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bengkulu Bank Tais Branch because the significant value is 0.001 0.05. Product quality, service quality and trust simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bengkulu Bank Tais Branch because the significant value is 0.000 0.05. Given that product quality, service quality and trust have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Bank Bengkulu Tais Branch, it is hoped that Bank Bengkulu Tais Branch will continue to improve the quality of its products and services and continue to strive to foster customer trust in Bank Bengkulu Tais Branch, this is so that customer satisfaction can continue to increase so that customers will remain loyal / loyal because they are satisfied with the performance of Bank Bengkulu Tais Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotions, prices, and products on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on Alfamart customer Letnan Jahidin, South Bengkulu. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative method. In this study, the scale making technique used Likert scale technique. The data processing method used by researchers is multiple regression analysis. The sample used in this study was 150 respondents. Sampling method using accidental sampling method. The data obtained is primary data which is the result of respondents' answers to the questionnaires distributed. The results showed that the promotion variable partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the price variable partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the product variable partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and three independent variables namely promotion, price, and product significantly contributed to the customer satisfaction variable. The adjusted R square results found that the effect of promotion, price, and location on customer satisfaction could be explained by 71,2%, while the remaining 28,8% was explained by other variables that were not included in this research model. From the calculation, the Fcalculate value is 120,473, because the Fcalculate value (120,473) > the Ftable value (2.67), it can be concluded that three independent variables, namely promotion, price, and product, significantly contribute greatly to the variable of customer satisfaction.
