Abstract

The title of this research is the Relationship between Supervision and Work Environment with Employee Satisfaction of the Seluma Barat District Office of Seluma Regency. This study aims to determine the relationship of supervision with employee job satisfaction and work environment relations with job satisfaction of employees of the West Seluma District Office. This study uses the analysis method of Rank Spearman correlation with SPSS. The number of research respondents was 17 people. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between supervision and employee job satisfaction with Spearman rank correlation value of 0.750 is a strong relationship because it is in the interval 0.600 - 0.799 and the hypothesis test is known to be significant value 0.001 < 0.05 so H01 is rejected Ha1 is accepted, whereas the results of the study of the relationship of the work environment with employee job satisfaction with Spearman rank correlation value of 0.692 is a strong relationship because it is in the interval 0.600 - 0.799 and the hypothesis test is known significant value 0.002 < 0.05 H02 rejected Ha2 accepted means the work environment has a significant relationship with Job satisfaction of employees of the West Seluma Sub-District Office in Seluma District.

Abstract

CSR Disclosure merupakan suatu bentuk kepeduliaan perusahaan terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan. Stake holder maupun shareholder akan menilai bahwa perusahaan sebagai entitas yang selalu peduli terhadap masalah sosial maupun lingkungan. Pada level ekonomi mikro, intellectual capital mengacu pada sumber daya berupa nilai tambah yang bentuknya tidak berwujud bagi organisasi. Intellectual capital ini bisa berupa: human capital (misalnya: keterampilan, pengalaman, pelatihan, dan lain-lain), relational capital (misalnya: pelanggan, hubungan dengan stakeholder, merek, perjanjian), dan structural capital (misalnya: budaya perusahaan, suasana kerja, sistem, dan hak-hak yang bersifat non material). Return on asset (ROA) merupakan salah satu rasio profitabilitas yang mengukur efektivitas perusahaan dalam menghasilkan keuntungan dengan memanfaatkan aset yang dimiliki perusahaan. Sampel yang dipergunakan perusahaan LQ45 yang Listed di BEJ 2020-2021. Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan Smart PLS 2.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa CSR disclosure memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (ROA). Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi pengungkapan pemberian CSR yang dilakukan perusahaan maka semakin baik pula kinerja keuangan yang terdapat di perusahaan tersebut. Intellectual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap Return on Asset perusahaan. Semakin tinggi CSR Disclosure yang diberikan oleh perusahaan akan memicu meningkatnya Intellectual Capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of cash turnover and on profitability, either partially on Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stick Exchange in 2015-2020. The data used in this study used secondary data. The sample of this study was determined by purposive sampling, so that 42 samples of companies were obtained for 6 years of observation (2015-2020) with 252 observations. The data analysis technique used is data analysis. The first is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and Hypothesis testing. The results of the study partially show that cash turnover has a positive and significance value of 0,043 which is smaller than α = 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The measurement of firm value in this study is Price to book value (PBV). The sample in this study were 36 companies which were determined by purposive sampling. The population in this study was 180 companies manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The type of data used is secondary data from the website https://www.idx.co.id/. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPPS version 25. The results of the partial test found that profitability had a significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor andalan bagi peningkatan kegiatan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat bawah. Bank syariah terlibat langsung dalam pengembangan UMKM melalui pembiayaan, diharapkan memberikan kontribusi bagi pelaku usaha dan masyarakat yang terlibat langsung dengan kegiatan UMKM. Pembiayaan UMKM merupakan program nasional yang berpotensi memberikan kontribusi bagi perekonomian secara makro. UMKM merupakan sektor potensial terkait dengan aktivitas ekonomi riil yang banyak melibatkan banyak pelaku dan peningkatan jumlah produksi yang dihasilkan. Kontribusi aktivitas usaha dan pembiayaan UMKM bisa menjaga keseimbangan permintaan pasar. Kelangsungan usaha dapat terjaga, kewajiban pelaku UMKM pada perbankan syariah dapat dipenuhi, aktivitas perekonomian dan stabilitas moneter (inflasi) dapat terkendali. Jumlah dan kualitas pembiayaan UMKM belum optimal, penelitian ini akan mengkaji peran pembiayaan UMKM terhadap kinerja bank syariah dan stabilitas moneter. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pembiayaan UMKM memberikan peran besar terhadap peningkatan kinerja keuangan bank syariah dan peningkatan laju inflasi di Indonesia. Peningkatan kinerja keuangan bank syariah dan stabilitas moneter sangat penting untuk terciptanya iklim usaha yang kondusif bagi pelaku UMKM. ABSTRACT Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the mainstay sector for increasing economic activity and the welfare of the lower class. Its role is important for business actors, the community and all supporting sectors. MSME financing is a national program that has the potential to contribute to the macro economy. MSME is a potential sector related to real economic activity that involves many actors and increases the amount of production produced. The contribution of business activities and MSME financing can maintain a balance in market demand. Business continuity can be maintained, the obligations of MSME actors in Islamic banking can be fulfilled, economic activity and monetary stability (inflation) can be controlled. The amount and quality of MSME financing is not optimal, this study will examine the role of MSME financing on the performance of Islamic banks and monetary stability. The results of this study reveal that MSME financing plays a major role in improving the financial performance of Islamic banks and increasing the inflation rate in Indonesia. Improving the financial performance of Islamic banks and monetary stability is very important to create a conducive business climate for MSME actors.

Abstract

This research is a study on economic problems that specifically examines the level of proverty and Human Development Index (HDI). This research aims to determine the effect of proverty spending on Human Development Index (HDI) in Bengkulu Utara Regency in 2010-2021. This research is a quatitative study with descriptive and associative research design, and object of research is the level of proverty and HDI. This study used time series data on level of proverty and The Human Development Index (HDI) from BPS Bengkulu Utara Regency in 2010-2021. The Techniques of Data Collection are documentation in the form of books, journals and reports. The analytical method used descriptive, simple correlation test, coefficient of determination test, regression test and partial hypothesis test (test-t) using SPSS software. The result of the coefficient of determination test show that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable by 57,2 %. The result of this variable, indicate by partially the proverty variable have a significant effect on HDI which is indicated by a probability value 0,004 smaller than alpha (0,005). The results of the partial analysis show that the level of proverty has a negative and significant effect on HDI.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that have an important role in the Indonesian economy, both in terms of the jobs created and in terms of the number of businesses. One of them is the SME welding workshop located in Dermolemahbang Village, Sarirejo District, Lamongan Regency, namely UD. Bakri Welding Workshop is a welding workshop that produces rice planting equipment in Dermolemahbang Village, Sarirejo District, Lamongan Regency. UD. Bakri Welding Workshop is a welding workshop business that has been established since 2010. The products produced by UD. Welding Bakri is a rice planting tool, which is a tool for planting rice seeds, this tool is very easy to use, and also more durable compared to rice planting equipment products sold in the market, because this tool is made of iron and tools made in the market are still using plastic. This research method uses quantitative methods using a Likert scale and the population used or taken is all consumers from UD. Las Bakri Lamongan, with a sample of 130 respondents. And by using the SEM research analysis method with the Smart-PLS version 3.2.7. The tests used in this study are the outer model test, mediation test and hypotheses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Population, Education, Minimum Wage, and GRDP on the Open Unemployment Rate in West Java Province with 26 Regencies/Cities in West Java Province in 2018-2020. This study uses the panel data method using software eviews 10. From the results of the study it can be concluded that partially Education, Minimum Wage and Gross Regional Domestic Product have a negative and significant effect on the Open Unemployment Rate, while the Population Number variable has no effect on the Open Unemployment Rate variable. The simultaneous influence of the variables of Education, Minimum Wage and Gross Regional Domestic Product is significant at 92.51% and the remaining 7.49% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the model. Unemployment rate is open in every Regency/City in West Java Province.

Abstract

The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction have an effect on Employee Turnover. 2. Organizational Commitment is influenced by Job Satisfaction. Employees who feel a high level of job satisfaction will remain committed to the company. 3. Job satisfaction has a negative effect on employee turnover. Employees who are not dissatisfied with their work will do employee turnover. 4. Based on the results of the hypothesis test (t test), partially the Job Satisfaction variable and the Organizational Commitment variable have a significant effect on Employee Turnover. In addition, the negative direction of the variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to Employee Turnover indicates that the higher Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment will affect the decrease in employee turnover, which means it has a good impact on the company. Vice versa if job satisfaction and organizational commitment are getting lower, it will have a negative impact on the company, which will affect the increase in employee turnover.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of relational marketing and customer trust on customer satisfaction at 2A Computer Embroidery. This type of research is quantitative research using SPSS version 17.0 analysis. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling, namely subjective sampling by the researcher and the respondents in this study were 2A Computer Embroidery customers. The results of this study indicate that: a). Relationship marketing has an effect on customer satisfaction of 6.1%. b). Customer trust has an effect on customer satisfaction by 23.6%. Relational marketing, and customer trust together have an effect on customer satisfaction by 28.6%.
