Abstract

The title of this research is the Relationship between Supervision and Work Environment with Employee Satisfaction of the Seluma Barat District Office of Seluma Regency. This study aims to determine the relationship of supervision with employee job satisfaction and work environment relations with job satisfaction of employees of the West Seluma District Office. This study uses the analysis method of Rank Spearman correlation with SPSS. The number of research respondents was 17 people. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between supervision and employee job satisfaction with Spearman rank correlation value of 0.750 is a strong relationship because it is in the interval 0.600 - 0.799 and the hypothesis test is known to be significant value 0.001 < 0.05 so H01 is rejected Ha1 is accepted, whereas the results of the study of the relationship of the work environment with employee job satisfaction with Spearman rank correlation value of 0.692 is a strong relationship because it is in the interval 0.600 - 0.799 and the hypothesis test is known significant value 0.002 < 0.05 H02 rejected Ha2 accepted means the work environment has a significant relationship with Job satisfaction of employees of the West Seluma Sub-District Office in Seluma District.

Abstract

Technology is not limited to one particular field, or to a product, but can be in the form of materials and methods or techniques. While the word "media", the plural form of the word medium, comes from Latin which literally means intermediary or introduction. Media is an intermediary or delivery of messages from the sender to the recipient of the message. , the media shows as a means of communication such as television, radio, and newspapers. The term media is also used as an agent for news reports or news. The method used in this community service uses a pattern method or system of action for the Management of Bumdes Teratai Indah, Later Agung Ilir Village, Talo, Seluma Regency. The implementation of this activity went smoothly without significant obstacles. Participants can take part in activities both online and offline.

Abstract

Public services by government officials in various service sectors related to the fulfillment of civil rights and basic needs are considered not in accordance with the demands and expectations of the community. This can be seen, among others, from the number of complaints, complaints submitted by the public through the media or directly to the ministry. For this reason, it is necessary to assess the community as a public service by users of these services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of services provided by the Department of Financial and Asset Management in South Bengkulu Regency. This study was designed as a descriptive study. The population in this study is all people who carry out activities in the field of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Office of South Bengkulu Regency. The sample in this study were 150 respondents. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Value of Society Satisfaction Index (SSI). The results showed that: The overall measurement of the Community Satisfaction Index (ISIS) value showed positive things and was categorized in good and good condition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of employee’s additionalincome (TPP) with their performance and to investigate the relationship between employee’s ability and performance in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bengkulu Province. The analytical method used in this study is Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing.Based on the calculation of the Spearman rank correlation coefficient, it is known that the rank spearman correlation analysis of the relationship between TPP and the performance of employees in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bengkulu Provinceobtained 0.74 strong criteria because the correlation results were in the coefficient interval between 0.600 - 0.799. From the results of the hypothesis test the relationship between the TPP and the performance of employees in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bengkulu Provinceis 7.124 so it can be concluded that TPP has a significant relationship with the performance of employees in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bengkulu Provincebecause the value of t is greater than t table (1.681). Rank spearman correlation analysis of the relationship of work ability with the performance of employees in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bengkulu Province obtained a value of 0.84 very strong criteria because the correlation results lie in the coefficient interval between 0.800 - 1,000. From the results of hypothesis testing the relationship between work ability and the performance of employees in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bengkulu Provinceis 10.038 so it can be concluded that work ability (X2) has a significant relationship with the performance of employees in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bengkulu Province because the value of t is greater than t table (1,681).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions partially. The sampling method is purposive sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. The results showed that partially the service quality variable had a positive and significant effect, the product quality variable had a positive and significant effect. The coefficient of determination shows that 88.8% of service quality variables and product quality affect purchasing decisions, while the remaining 11.2% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Era normal baru merupakan titik balik penataan dan pembangunan sektor pariwisata berkelanjutan yang harus melibatkan mutiaktor dan jaringan, agar potensi pariwisata yang ada tidak hanya mendatangkan keuntungan tapi juga tetap berkelanjutan. Tatakelola pariwisata berkelanjutan di era transformasi digital yang berkaitan pula dengan program desa cerdas. Salah satu pilar desa cerdas adalah cerdas tata kelola dalam hal ini tata kelola pariwisata dengan memanfaatkan website desa. Tim pengabdian pada masyarakat dari Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi Bengkulu bersama multiaktor berupaya melakukan optimalisasi cerdas tatakelola pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan pembuatan plang berbarcode yang terkoneksi dengan website, mengembangkan dan melengkapi website desa, melakukan sosialisasi cerdas lingkungan, dan beberapa aktifitas penunjang pariwisata lainnya. Pengabdian pada masyarakat di desa Harapan telah terlaksana, mulai dari program umum sampai dengan program khusus. Multistakeholder terlibat dalam kegiatan, dan sangat mendukung tahap demi tahap kegiatan. Namun demikian upaya cerdas tatakelola pariwisata harus tetap dilakukan walaupun tanpa kelompok akademisi, karena tanpa pilar cerdas tatakelola maka pariwisata hanya akan menjadi upaya eksploitasi semata, dengan cerdas tatakelola diharapkan pembangunan sektor pariwisata tida hanya menguntungkan bagi generasi sekarang tapi tetap menghasilkan manfaat untuk generasi yang akan datang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan terkait dengan pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) tahun 2023 di Kecamatan Padang Guci Hilir tepatnya di Desa Talang Jawi I, Desa Talang Jawi II dan Desa Gunung Kaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terdapat di dalam pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa Kecamatan Padang Guci Hilir tepatnya di Desa Talang Jawi I, Desa Talang Jawi II dan Desa Gunung Kaya sehingga masalah mengenai pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa dapat membuktikan dan menjelaskan rencana-rencana strategik dan tujuan-tujuan yang telah direncanakan dan di tetapkan oleh organisasi pemerintahan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan atau tujuan awal dengan efektif dan efisien.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 3 Desa dari 9 Desa di wilayah Kecamatan Padang Guci Hilir. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung di lapangan dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan proses tranformasi data penelitian dalam bentuk tabulasi.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem akuntabilitas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan telah menerapkan prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas
