Abstract

Islamic work ethic and productivity in the Islamic world play a crucial role in shaping individual character in the context of the world of work. The concept of Islamic work ethic is based on moral and ethical principles embodied in Islam, while productivity is an important factor in achieving individual and organizational goals., The research technique used is quantitative, with data collection using questionnaire methods, and the number of samples in this study is 110 employees. The analysis in this study was assisted using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that Islamic work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, productivity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Islamic work ethic has a positive and significant effect on work quality, productivity has a positive and significant effect on work quality, Islamic work ethic has a positive but not significant influence on work quality mediated by employee performance, Productivity has an effect on work quality mediated by employee performance, and employee performance has a positive and significant effect on work quality

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attitude and perceived risk on intention to adopt based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) in Generation Z. This study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a purposive sampling technique. The data utilized in this study is primary data, which was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The study has a sample size of 210 respondents. The data was evaluated using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the use of AMOS 24 Graphics software. The findings of this study indicate that attitude is significantly influenced by perceived utility, perceived trust, and subjective norm. Furthermore, attitude significantly impacts the intention to adopt. The study's recent discoveries indicate that perceived danger exerts a detrimental and noteworthy impact on attitude, while perceived ease of use exerts a detrimental but inconsequential impact on attitude. The findings of this study emphasize the significance of comprehending customer risk perceptions in relation to service utilization. Companies should take into account the factors that impact consumer opinions. This can be accomplished by implementing effective marketing techniques, enhancing customer service, or providing an optimal user experience. This study provides an update on the variables by including the perceived risk variable to assess the perceived risk experienced by consumers.

Abstract

Abstrak Bisnis kuliner merupakan salah satu sektor industri yang memiliki tingkat persaingan yang cukup besar yang muncul seiring dengan adanya ide yang kreatif dan inovatif yang membuat konsep pemasaran lebih berkembang dan tepat sasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan kuallitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Ayam Geprek Dower Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen Ayam Geprek Dower yang berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis linier beganda. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan dan variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan konsumen pada Ayam Geprek Dower Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen secara simultan. Pengujian secara parsial menghasilkan: harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 1990 dan ttabel 1.985. kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 2.306 dan ttabel 1.985. kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 3.452 dan ttabel1.985 Kata Kunci : Harga, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all nurses at the As-Syifa Hospital in Manna City with a total sample of 52 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 11.200 + 0.244 X1 - 0.201 X2+ 0.230 X3. The results of the analysis show that partially role conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (tcount = 3.963 and Sig = 0.000), job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = -3.582 and Sig = 0.001) and work stress has a positive and significant effect on significant to turnover intention (tcount = 3.959 and Sig = 0.000). Simultaneously there is the effect of role conflict, job satisfaction and work stress on turnover intention (Fcount = 142.118 and Sig = 0.000).

Abstract

The rise and evolution of Cryptocurrency has been continuous since the launch of Bitcoin in 2009. However, Cryptocurrency as an investment instrument has not been able to attract the attention of young people. Moreover, the legal basis of trading involving Cryptocurrencies still has the potential to change, thus there could be concerns over the legality of Crypto assets as an investment medium. This research seeks to prove the effectiveness of several predictors such as trust, product knowledge and reference groups in shaping the intention to invest in Cryptocurrency. The result is that among the 3 constructs used in the measurement, only the Product Knowledge construct has a significant impact on the formation of intention to invest in Cryptocurrency

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and explain the influence of product quality and brand image on Indosat card users' purchase decisions with customer trust as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on students at the Faculty of Economics, Bachelorwiyata Tamansiswa University using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 100 respondents who used statements each variable via Google from to share with students. The research results show that product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer trust, the influence of brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer trust, product quality has no significant influence on purchase decisions, brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, and customer trust has a positive and significant influence. significant impact on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of promotion, web quality, and ease of electronic payments (E-Wallets) moderated by positive emotions on impulse skincare purchases. Impulse buying is often associated with making relatively faster and instant decisions without requiring a long time to think. Differences of Individual personality can give rise to a wide variety of experiences when making purchases, Lack of control from consumers signifies their inability to delay gratification thus leading to impulse purchases. This study is quantitative research focusing on survey through distributiong questones. This study employes the PLS 4.0 program to examine the data. The population of this study are People at the productive age of work, the age of 17-50 years. This research shows that Promotions and E-Wallets have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying and Web Quality does not have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying. Positive Emotions have a positive and significant effect in mediating Promotions and E-Wallets with Impulsive Buying, and Positive Emotions do not have a positive and significant effect in moderating Web Quality with Impulsive Buying.

Sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling with a total of 100 employees as respondents, who were then analyzed using SPSS version 25. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze company characteristics and IFSR reporting on company performance. Company characteristics are measured using the board of commissioners, audit committee, industry type and company size, internet financial sustainability reporting (IFSR) is a type of voluntary expression, while company performance is measured using net profit margin (NPM). The research sample was 35 companies during 3 years of observation selected using purposive sampling, and the analysis technique used linear regression. The research results show that the board of commissioners and audit committee influence the company's performance, while the type of industry, internet financial and sustainability reporting and company size do not influence the company's performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of recruitment policy, psychological support factors, and job satisfaction on the retention of civil servants (ASN) at the Attorney General's Office. The research employs an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach, and the population includes all ASN employees at the Attorney General's Office, with a sample size of 100 employees. Data collection utilizes a survey method, and questionnaires are distributed to ASN employees at the Attorney General's Office. Multivariate statistical methods are employed for data analysis, revealing that transparent and competence-oriented recruitment policies have a positive impact on ASN retention. Additionally, psychological support provided by superiors and colleagues proves to significantly enhance ASN retention. On the other hand, job satisfaction among ASN employees plays a crucial role in influencing decisions to remain in the institution. This research provides a deeper understanding of the factors affecting ASN retention at the Attorney General's Office. The findings contribute to the development of more effective human resources policies and assist the institution in retaining and enhancing the potential of qualified ASN. These results are expected to serve as a reference for the Attorney General's Office and other researchers interested in the field of human resource management in the government sector.
