Abstract

The tourism sector is one important sector that can contribute to improving the regional economy. However, the implementation of product and tariff strategies that are not optimal can have an impact on the low sales value and profits, and in turn affect regional revenues. This study aims to analyze the effect of product strategy performance, tariff strategy and sales value on profits. Using a quantitative approach, the population in this study is 20 tourist destinations in DKI Jakarta Province. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data were obtained through documents and related literature. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate product strategy, tariff strategy, and sales value have a partial and simultaneous effect both on profit. The dominant variables in this study are (1) the application of the tariff strategy as a determinant of sales value and (2) the application of the product strategy as a determinant of profit.Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor penting yang bisa berkontribusi bagi peningkatan perekonomian daerah. Namun demikian, penerapan strategi produk dan tarif yang tak maksimal dapat berdampak pada rendahnya nilai penjualan serta laba yang diperoleh, dan pada gilirannya memengaruhi penerimaan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja strategi produk, strategi tarif dan nilai penjualan terhadap laba usaha. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 destinasi wisata di Propinsi DKI Jakarta. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumen dan literatur-literatur terkait. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi produk, strategi tarif, dan nilai penjualan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap laba. Variabel dominan dalam penelitian ini ialah (1) penerapan strategi tarif sebagai determinan penjualan dan (2) penerapan strategi produk sebagai determinan laba.

Abstract

Kinerja yang ada pada sebuah perusahaan akan menjadi nilai utama dalam menilai perusahaan. Dalam hal kepemimpinan dan konflik kerja dapat mempengaruhi bagaimana kinerja yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian sampel PT Vidiaelok Lestari Garmindo. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 50 responden dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitaif. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder diperoleh dari perusahaan. Teknik analisis menggunakan software SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa secara parsial variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berkontribusi secara positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Sampel (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung > ttabel yakni 6,706 > 1,671, dan Konflik Kerja (X2) berkontribusi secara positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Sampel (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung > ttabel yakni 5,263 > 1,671. Dan secara simultan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Konflik Kerja (X2) berkontribusi secara positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Sampel (Y) yakni Fhitung > Ftabel sebesar 33,85 > 3,16. Dengan nilai persamaan regresi berganda Y = 53,702 + 0,445 X1 + 0,339 X2 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 54,1% yang sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

 Penilaian kinerja merupakan suatu hal yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam menentukan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan tersebut. Motivasi dalam bekerja merupakan hal yang penting agar tujuan perusahaan tercapai. Kinerja karyawan yang baik dapat diketahui dari hasil penilaian kinerja yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kinerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan daerah air minum tirta kerta raharja kabupaten Tangerang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan penelitian survei. Pupulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan daerah air minum tirta kerta raharaja kabupaten tangerang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 30 (tiga puluh) karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh hasil thitung>ttabel sebesar 29,842>2,048 dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh hasil sebesar thitung > ttabel 11,776>2,048 yang artinya memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan untuk penilaian kinerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh hasil Fhitung>Ftabel sebesar 695,789>3,35 yang artinya secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahan daerah air minum tirta kerta raharja kabupaten tangerang. Penilaian kinerja merupakan suatu hal yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam menentukan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan tersebut. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the influence of the leadership and HR ability upon the service effectiveness of the land property rights at the Agrarian Office of Tangerang City. The result of the research has indicated that the leadership and HR ability are simultaneously having a significant effect upon the service effectiveness. The result also has indicated that the leadership is having more dominant and significant effect rather than HR ability towards the service effectiveness of the land property rights at the Agrarian Office of Tangerang City.Keywords: the leadership, HR ability, service effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Global International Industries Tangerang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are employees at PT. Global International Industries Tangerang with a sample of 65 respondents. Sampling technique by method on probability sampling, with the determination of the sample purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used are t test, f test and regression.The results of this study indicate that partially work motivation positive and significant effect on performance indicated by the value of tcount> ttable(8,879 > 1.674) and a significant of 0.000. For the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on performance indicated by tcount> ttable (15,128 > 1.674) and a significant value of 0.000. Simultaneously work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance indicated by the value of Fcount> Ftable(131,237 > 3.15) and a significant value of 0.000. The ability of the independent variables of work motivation and work environment to explain the contribution to performance is 80.9% as shown by the R square of 0.809 while the remaining 19.1% is influenced by other factors. With the value of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.255 + 0.231X1+0,729X2.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the influence of the human resource competensy and service quality to the customer satisfaction of the Bank Mega Tangerang. The result of the research indicate that the human resources competency and service quality are together have significant effect toward the customer satisfaction. The result also indicates that the human resources competency have more dominant and significant effect than service quality towards the customer satisfaction of Bank Mega Tangerang.Keywords: human resources competency, service quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study provides insights into determining the influence of Job Involvement, workplace facilities, and work environment on the Turnover Intention of outsourcing employees at PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi Integra (Soekarno Hatta International Airport). The research employed a quantitative approach with a total of 327 respondents from a population of 1801, which included outsourcing employees such as Avsec, Cleaning Service, Security PMAD, Trolley Collectors, Basket Collectors, and others. Simple random sampling was utilized as the sampling method. The primary data collected in this study involved questionnaires and direct observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques. Based on the research findings, both partially and simultaneously, it can be concluded that there is a significant negative influence of Job Involvement, Workplace Facilities, and Work Environment on the Turnover Intention of outsourcing employees.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of recruitment policy, psychological support factors, and job satisfaction on the retention of civil servants (ASN) at the Attorney General's Office. The research employs an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach, and the population includes all ASN employees at the Attorney General's Office, with a sample size of 100 employees. Data collection utilizes a survey method, and questionnaires are distributed to ASN employees at the Attorney General's Office. Multivariate statistical methods are employed for data analysis, revealing that transparent and competence-oriented recruitment policies have a positive impact on ASN retention. Additionally, psychological support provided by superiors and colleagues proves to significantly enhance ASN retention. On the other hand, job satisfaction among ASN employees plays a crucial role in influencing decisions to remain in the institution. This research provides a deeper understanding of the factors affecting ASN retention at the Attorney General's Office. The findings contribute to the development of more effective human resources policies and assist the institution in retaining and enhancing the potential of qualified ASN. These results are expected to serve as a reference for the Attorney General's Office and other researchers interested in the field of human resource management in the government sector.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and training on productivity, with competence as a mediating variable. The research type employed is explanatory research, using the survey explanatory method with a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 99 respondents, namely sales representatives at PT. Arista Mitra Lestari, Region 3 Cirebon, West Java. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis method employed Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), and the software used is SmartPLS 3.00. The research results indicate that motivation significantly influences competence. Training significantly influences competence. Motivation significantly influences productivity. Training significantly influences productivity. Competence significantly influences productivity. Motivation significantly influences productivity mediated by competence. Training significantly influences productivity mediated by competence. The conclusion of this research has implications for PT. Arista Mitra Lestari, Region 3 Cirebon, West Java, in improving the performance of its sales representatives. PT. Arista Mitra Lestari is encouraged to enhance motivation and training to boost the productivity of sales representatives, with competence playing a crucial role in increasing the sales of products in PT. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study how work discipline, trust factors, and work quality impact employee performance in Paku Haji District, Tangerang Regency. This research used quantitative methods and involved all employees of Paku Haji District, Tangerang Regency, with a sample of 35 people. To collect data, observation and questionnaires were used. This research uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with the t test and F test to analyze the data. The results show that work quality, trust, and work discipline influence employee performance both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, to improve performance, these three components must be managed well.
