Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership style, interpersonal communication to employee job satisfaction and its effect on employee performance. The method used in this study is path analysis with SPSS application version 21. These results indicate that the relationship of leadership style on employee job satisfaction has a contribution of 0.24, while the relationship between leadership style on the performance of employees have a contribution of 0.279. In addition, the relationship between interpersonal communication on employee job satisfaction has a contribution of 0.131, whilst the relationship of interpersonal communication on the employee's performance has contributed of 0.448. The employee satisfaction relationship to employee performance has a contribution of 0.185. As for the total effect of leadership style through employee satisfaction on the performance of employees have a contribution of 0.323 and the total effect of interpersonal communication through employee satisfaction to employee performance has contributed 0.472.

Abstract

This research aims to develop instructional media which is tested its feasibility and piloted in learning activities. The instructional media is developed using online builder Appypie with DCE developed-model. The product assessment is conducted by material expert, media expert and testing in a small and big group.The instrument of collected data is conducted by interviewing, questionnaire and test. The results of this research are: The instructional media product, mobile learning based android, has been using online builde Appypie, instructional media is feasible to apply after obtaining assessment result from material and media expert and users, The  learning outcomes increases significantly between students with and without using instructional media. In summary, developed instructional media is feasible  to app;y in a learning activity.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to produce, to know the validation, and effectiveness of e-module based flipbook with Discovery Learning Model that is produced by researcher. The product resulted from this research and development is e-module based flipbook with Discovery Learning Model in archival with basic competencies Applying Archive Maintenance Procedures.  This research and development uses Lee & Owens consisting of 4 steps: (1) Assessment/Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Development and Implementation; (4) Evaluation. Subjects of this research and development are product technology experts, material experts, and learners. The average product technology expert validation is 95.4 percent, material expert validation is 97 percent, and student validation is 91.6 percent. The e-module is effective to be used in learning activities in the classroom as indicated by the normalized gain test > 0.7 of 0.75.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and explain the role of self-efficacy in improving student's metacognitive skills. The population of this study is the total number of students in class XI IPS in Bandung State High School 2017/2018 academic year. Instruments used (1) the scale of self-efficacy (2) the scale of metacognitive. This study uses an exploratory study type with a combination of surveys and literature reviews. The results showed that self-efficacy has an important role to show the confidence or confidence in the ability possessed by students in regulating the process of thinking and knowledge in using appropriate learning strategies related to metacognitive learning. Students who have a high level of self-efficacy will be followed by a high level of metacognitive skills.

Abstract

This study aims to know the influence of entrepreneurship education and self efficacy toward student’s  intention of entrepreneurial. The population in this study was 140 students of grade XII marketing and accounting for Islamic Vocational High School with a sample of 104 students. The method of data collection in this study used questionnaires and documentation. This research is a quantitative study, using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and classic assumption tests which include normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Based on the result, entrepreneurship education and self efficacy show a significant influence on student’s  intention of entrepreneurial at SMK Islam Batu.
