Abstract

Abstract The research aims to find out and analyze the influence of motivation, leadership, work discipline, and infrastructure on the performance of Bappeda employees in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province. The research was conducted for 3 (three) months at the Bappeda Office of Manokwari Regency of West Papua Province The population of the study was all civil servants (civil servants) in Bappeda Manokwari Regency of West Papua Province as many as 40 people considering the small population then the sampling technique using saturated sampling (census) that is the entire population of 40 people assuming all employees have the same opportunity. To find out the influence of free or independent variables (motivation, leadership, work discipline, and infrastructure) on bound or dependent variables (employee performance), multiple regression analysis is used. The results showed that work motivation, leadership, work discipline, and infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on the level of performance of Bappeda employees in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province.  Keywords: motivation, leadership, discipline, means and performance  ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan di Kantor Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat Populasi dari penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang ada di Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat sebanyak 40 orang mengingat jumlah populasi yang sedikit maka teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu seluruh populasi yaitu sebanyak 40 orang dengan asumsi semua pegawai memiliki kesempatan yang sama. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas atau independent (motivasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan sarana prasarana) terhadap variabel terikat atau dependen (kinerja pegawai), digunakan analisa regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kinerja pegawai Bappeda Kabupaten Manokwari Provinsi Papua Barat.  Kata kunci: motivasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin, sarana dan kinerja

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to know the Implementation of Social Program of Bank Indonesia representative office of South Sulawesi region in order to improve the welfare of the people of South Sulawesi Case Study development of Rammang-Rammang Tourism Village Maros regency. The type of research used in this study used qualitative deskriftif research, with the research subjects were two employees of Bank Indonesia KPW South Sulawesi, one Volunter driver of rammang-rammang tourism village, one head of tourism awareness group, four people of Rammang-Rammang village community, two boat owners, one Salenrang village head, with data analysis techniques used is data reduction, data presentation, and decision making. The results showed that after the assistance of Bank Indonesia's social programs, the representative office of South Sulawesi, the welfare condition of the community has improved, especially in terms of public income, tourism infrastructure, community assistance regarding the development of rammangrammang tourism village in Maros regency.  Keywords: Prosperity, Community Income, Corporate Social Responsibility.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui Implementasi Program Sosial Bank Indonesia kantor perwakilan wilayah Sulawesi Selatan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Sulawesi Selatan Studi Kasus Pengembangan Desa Wisata Binaan Rammang-Rammang kabupaten Maros. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriftif kualitatif, dengan subyek penelitian adalah dua orang pegawai Bank Indonesia KPW Sulawesi Selatan, satu orang Volunter penggerak desa wisata Rammang-Rammang, satu orang ketua kelompok sadar wisata, empat orang masyarakat desa Rammang-Rammang, dua orang pemilik perahu, satu orang kepala desa Salenrang, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah adanya bantuan program sosial Bank Indonesia kantor perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan maka kondisi kesejahteraan masyarakat mengalami peningkatan terutama dalam hal pendapatan masyarakat, infrastruktur daerah wisata, pendampingan masyarakat mengenai pengembangan desa wisata Rammang-Rammang kabupaten Maros.  Kata Kunci: Kesejahteraan, Pendapatan Masyarakat, Corporate Social Responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance and dominant variables affecting the performance of employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operatian Region VII. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study was 359 employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region VII. Samples in this study as many as 78 people with sampling techniques based on the formula slovin. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the coefficient of motivational influence on employee performance was 0.014 with a tttabel < value (0.093 < 1.99) or a pvalue value = 0.926 > 0.05 which means that motivation has an insignificant positive influence on employee performance; coefficient of the influence of work discipline on employee performance of 0.344 with a tttabel > thitung value (2.704 > 1.99) or pvalue value = 0.009 < 0.05 which means that the discipline of work has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; coefficient of organizational culture influence on employee performance of 0.596 with a total value of > ttabel (4.028 > 1.99) or pvalue value = 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; and the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at PT Pertamina (Persero) is the organization culture with the highest beta value, which is 0.482. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out and analyze the influence of competence and motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province and to know and analyze the variables that predominantly affect the performance of employees of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province. The research has been conducted at the Office of Manpower and Transmiggration of South Sulawesi Province with an implementation time of 1 month, namely from January to February of 2018 with a sample of 71 people. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, through regression testing by conducting validity and reliability test of question items of each variable as well as assumption test. The results showed that Competency has a significant influence on performance with P = 0.021< 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.179, this coefficient shows that the better the competence of employees, the performance of employees in the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of South Sulawesi Province will increase; Motivation has a significant influence on performance with P = 0.000< 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.509, this coefficient shows that the better the employee's work motivation, the better the performance will be and the variable that has the dominant effect on performance is motivation, this can be seen from the beta value of 0.406 greater than other variables.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of export plantation commodities on economic growth in South Sulawesi. To know and analyze the export volume of plantation commodities, especially cocoa beans, coffee beans, cashew seeds, and rubber that affect the economic growth in South Sulawesi. And to know and analyze the effect of export trend of plantation commodities on economic growth in South Sulawesi. This research was conducted with the design of quantitative research method using time series data in the last 12 years.This results of the research shown 1) Export of plantation commodities such as cocoa beans, coffee beans, cashew seeds, and rubber had a mutual influence on economic growth in South Sulawesi in 2006 to 2017, 2) total exports of rubber commodities had a significant effect on economic growth in South Sulawesi, while cocoa beans, coffee beans, and cashew seeds had no significant effect, 3) trend analysis on total exports of plantation commodities such as exports of cocoa beans, coffee beans, cashew seeds, and rubber shown different trends. Commodities of cocoa beans, coffee beans, and rubber shows a negative trend while the commodity of cashew seeds had a positive trend and line. Keywords : Exports, Plantatioan Commodities, Economic Growth.

Abstract

ABSTRACK                 This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, work environment on motivation and performance of employees of the Gowa Agricultural Extension College (STPP) in Gowa, South Sulawesi Province as well as to identify and analyze variables that have direct and indirect influence on employee performance.                This research was conducted at the College of Agricultural Extension (STPP) Gowadi Gowa, South Sulawesi Province with a sample of 98 people. The method of analysis used in this research is quantitative method, through path analysis testing.                The results show that competence has a significant effect on motivation; The work environment has a significant positive effect on motivation; Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance; The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on performance; Motivation has a significant effect on performance; Competence has a significant influence on employee performance through motivation, this shows that the more appropriate the competence of employees with their work will increase work motivation and ultimately have an impact on employee performance that is getting better; The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance through motivation, this shows that the conditions of the work environment can increase employee motivation so that it has an impact on improving employee performance. Keywords: Competence, work environment, motivation and performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance in the Office of agriculture of Sulawesi Province.The design used in this study is adescriptive method of survey with regression techniques. The population in this study was all employees in the Agriculture Office of West Sulawesi Province which amounted to 46 employees. Sampling techniques used in this study is saturated sampling techniques or census, namely the determination of the number of samples from all members of the population of 46 people. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation and questionnaires. Documentation is used to collect information about the overview (profile, vision, mission,). Questionnaires are used to obtain data on Employee Performance, compensation, and Work Discipline. The results showed that. Compensation has a significant positive influence on the performance of employees of the Agriculture Office of West Sulawesi Province with P= 0.009<0.05 with a cofisien value of 0.272. This indicates that the better the compensation owned by employees, the better the performance, while the Motivation variable has an insignificant influence on employee performance. With P=0.139>0.05 with a coeffiien value of 0.127. this indicates that employee work motivation does not affect employee performance. And the next variable discipline has a significant positive influence on employee performance with P=0.001<0.05 with a coeffiien value of 0.403. This shows that the discipline of work at the Agriculture Office of West Sulawesi Province is getting bailk. It can be concluded that compensation and discipline of work is very influential oada pegwai performance, because the success of an organization and achieving the objectives of oraganizationKeywords: Compensation, Motivation, Discipline and Performance.

Abstract

To know and analyze the influence of organization, leadership, ability and skills as well as appreciation and recognition of the quality of public services in the Hingk District Office of Arfak Mountain District, West Papua Province. This research uses the form of survey research. In this study, the population is a community that takes care of a type of service at the Hingk District Office of Arfak Mountain District of West Papua Province and government employees as service providers at the Hingk District Office of Arfak Mountain District of West Papua Province. Samples are determined by saturated sampling techniques (census), i.e. all populations are sampled at the Hingk District Office of Arfak Mountain District of West Papua Province. So that the total sample as many as 48 people. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between the organization, leadership, ability and skills as well as appreciation and recognition of the quality of public services in the Hingk District Office of Arfak Mountain District of West Papua Province. Keywords: Organization, leadership, ability, skills, appreciation, recognition, quality of service

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out and analyze the influence of motivation of achievement and competence on the performance of employees of the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Gowa Regency of South Sulawesi Province and know and analyze the variables that predominantly affect employee performance. The research has been conducted at the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Gowa Regency with an implementation time of 1 month, namely from April to May of 2018 with a sample of 30 people. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative method, through regression testing by conducting validity and reliability test of the statement items of each variable as well as assumption test. The results showed that The motivation of achievement has a significant positive influence on performance with P = 0.000< 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.298, this coefficient shows that the better the motivation of achievements owned by employees, the performance of employees in the office of the Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Gowa Povinsi Sulawes Selatan district will increase. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Kantor Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Kabupaten Gowa dengan waktu pelaksanaan selama 1 bulan yaitu mulai bulan April sampai Mei Tahun 2018 dengan sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, melalui pengujian regresi dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dari item-item pernyataan setiap variabel serta uji asumsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwaMotivasi berprestasi mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan P = 0.000< 0.05  dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,298, koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik Motivasi berprestasi yang dimiliki pegawai maka kinerja pegawai pada kantorDinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah(UKM) Kabupaten Gowa Povinsi Sulawes Selatan akan semakin meningkat. Abstract

Abstract                    The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the influence of competence, leadership, and school climate on teacher performance.                    The population in this study were 842 non civil servant elementary school teachers at Makassar City. A sample of 89 respondents based on the Slovin formula with a confidence level of 10%. Data were analyzed using SPPS 18 with multiple linear regression analysis method.                    The results of the study found that competence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with a coefficient value of 0.371. This shows that the better the competence will increase the performance of elementary school teachers at Makassar City. Leadership has a significant influence on teacher performance of 0.177. This shows that the better a person is in carrying out his role, the better the teacher's performance will be. School climate has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with a coefficient value of 0.121. This shows that the better the school climate, the better the teacher's performance. The performance of teachers towards education the better the quantity, quality, efficiency and effectiveness of teacher work, the better the quality of education produced. Keywords: Competence, Leadership, and School Climate AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru.                Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru non PNS Sekolah Dasar di Kota Makassar berjumlah 842 orang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik seorang dalam menjalankan perannya maka kinerja guru akan semakin baik. Iklim sekolah mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,121. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik iklim sekolah maka kinerja guru akan semakin baik. Kinerja guru terhadap pendidikan yang semakin baik kuantitas, kualitas, efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja guru, semakin baik kualitas pendidikan yang dihasilkan. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Kepemimpinan, dan Iklim Sekolah
