Harmoni: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Penelitian Seni Budaya. Diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Seni Rupa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Jurnal Harmoni menerbitkan karya ilmiah hasil penelitian dibidang pendidikan seni rupa, ilmu seni, dan budaya yang meliputi Jurnal pendidikan seni rupa dan Penelitian ilmu-ilmu seni dan budaya. Mempublikasi hasil-hasil kajian dan penelitian orisinil dengan perspektif multidisipliner dan transdisipliner khususnya ilmu-ilmu pendidikan, seni dan kebudayaan. Jurnal ini bertujuan memperluas khasanah pemikiran dan penelitian yang memiliki konsep, teori dan paradigma yang progresif serta menghasilkan metodologi penelitian seni yang holistik. Jurnal ini terbit dua kali dalam setahun, pada bulan April dan Oktober.

Abstract

Economic developments in various countries in the world, including Indonesia, have encouraged the arts sector as a field capable of producing tertiary commodities with great potential for optimization. Painting works of art in particular are present and able to become a basic need for the wealthy who are prestigiously involved in collector activities with high-value painting collection commodities. With professional management in the form of artistic activity organizing units developed by balancing supporting infrastructure, the sustainability of the painting business in the fine arts industry becomes a very interesting activity to be taken seriously.The resulting profitability is able to make painting commodities the only product with high margins. Although to achieve this requires a process that is not easy. An art businessman must be able to carefully read the market, integrate artists, curators, works of art, galleries, art events, collectors, and the media as a networking unit capable of building the reputation of works of art into high-value commodities.The mechanism of the painting business is certainly different from dealing with merchandise, because of the unique characteristics where price fluctuations can occur easily, and the artist's reputation is one of the factors determining price. How the role of a brand in a marketing context works, the risks that can occur and how a painting businessman carries out his function is an interesting analysis to study.

Abstract

This research discusses the visual communication design contained in product advertisements from the Nucifera cafe by focusing on the shape, weight and presentation. The purpose of this research is to obtain information regarding Visual Communication Design in Nucifera Café Makassar Advertisements on Instagram Social Media. The object of this research is the advertising design at the Nucifera cafe which is handled by the marketing agency, Creanov. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive. The results of this research have four stages in the data collection process. The first stage is that the researcher collects data through observation, then interviews parties related to the research object and then documents the research object. The second stage is data reduction. After carrying out the first stage, data reduction is carried out and then supported by data collection, simplification and sorting. The third stage is data display, this data presentation is prepared after carrying out a series of stages, the form of data presentation is in the form of narrative text. The fourth stage is data conclusion, the final conclusion in the qualitative analysis process is carried out after the data has gone through several stages and then conclusions will be drawn.
