Abstract

Shariâ??a Supervisory board (DPS) is basically the extension of National Shariâ??a Board (DSN) in realizing the religious advices instructed by National Shariâ??a Board (DSN). Shariâ??a Supervisory Board (DSN) plays as the supervisor of Shariâ??a financial institutions like Shariâ??a Bank, Shariâ??a insurance, Shariâ??a money market, etc ini order that such all institutions run in accordance with the demand of Islamic Shariâ??a. Supervision is either on the basis of Shariâ??a financial products or the management and the administration of Shariâ??a financial institutions, which matches with the Shariâ??a. DPS isnâ??t involved directly in the managerial practice of Shariâ??a financial institutions because it has been the responsibility, directly, under the directorateâ??s authority of a Shariâ??a financial institutions, but DPS has the right to give input toward the managers of the institutions. There are still more Shariâ??a financial institutions such as Shariâ??a bank, which hasnâ??t yet benefit maximally the rule and the function of DPS in its institution. More over, the improvement of professionalism for DPSâ??s members in performing the community mandate is not maximal yet. Requested on the future, DPS does become an institution, which is able to empower its rule and function for the development of Shariâ??a banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang studi eksperimen terbaru menunjukkan bahwa, bahasa umum dapat meningkatkan kapasitas mental atau kecerdasan pada manusia, sehingga semakin dapat meningkatkan bagaimana berbahasa dengan bukti bahwa ia telah menemukan persentase tuli cerdas dan bodoh lebih rendah dari pada manusia normal, pendidikan awal pertama dan ketergantungannya pada perolehan pengetahuan dan pengalaman melalui gesekan linguistik yang selalu meningkat dapat diterima oleh IQ seperti mental anak normal.

Abstract

In the legal engagements within the Unitary Republic of Indonesia emerged two rules governing the engagement according to Islamic law and agreements according to national law. The problem that arises is the enactment of these laws, both engagements according to Islamic law or the law of the engagement according to the National. Analysis study in the discussion that includes the enactment of these laws, namely the engagement according to Islam and agreements according to national law. Islamic law is part of the national legal sources whose role is crucial in shaping national law in Indonesia. Applicability of engagement according to Islamic law, as positive law that is used in making the agreement in line with the rule of law as set out in the agreement of national law. Based on the principle of freedom of contract enunciated in the book III of the Code of Civil Code, then the principle of providing the broadest possible authority to the parties to the agreement in accordance with their wishes and can override the rule of law that serves as a complement.

Abstract

This article compares the concept of basic thought of Fiqh Muâ??amalat by two contemporary religious organization in Indonesia, Nahdlatul â??Ulama and Persatuan Islam. Both organizations have some disagreement in some issues such as the use of reason in religious interpretations. As a traditionalist movement, the NU holds that the four Madzhab (Sunni school of Islamic law and jurisprudence) provided a reliable and systematic framework therefore no further amendment, and as such Muslims should simply follow and adhere to the ruling of the Madhhab. On the other hand, PERSIS being modernist movement holds that the al-Qurâ??ān and the al-Sunnah are the only fundamental truths for Muslims and that adherence to Madzhab is not necessary. Therefore, those disagreement has caused a keen debate in their concept of Fiqh Muâ??amalat. Despite some those debates, both have some similar thought mainly in concept of usury. To get some understanding about both organizations, the overview of their intellectual development will be elaborated.

Abstract

In carrying out entrepreneurial importance of the master plan for mental shape the creative and innovative early. All levels and education levels also have to accept entrepreneurial learning entrepreneurship education and training. Because entrepreneurship is about independence. Entrepreneurship can be defined as soul, spirit, attitude, behavior, and the potential of a person's ability to handle a business or activity that leads to the search for, create, implement ways of working, technologies, and new products to improve efficiency in order to provide better service. Competitiveness, innovation and economic growth depends on the ability to produce future leaders with the skills, attitudes and behaviors to become entrepreneurs and at the same time socially responsible. Entrepreneurship is not just about creating a business plan and business. It's also about creativity, innovation and growth, ways of thinking and acting that are relevant to all parts of the economy and society as well as the entire surrounding ecosystem. In developing entrepreneurship, graduates of higher education has an important role to play. This can be understood as a lifelong process that develop individual skills, attitudes and behaviors. It is important to start as early as possible at all levels of formal and informal education. It must be integrated into the education system of primary and secondary schools and higher education.
