This study aims to determine how to manage your Amil Zakat in Bima, knowing the role as manager Amil Zakat in the welfare of the people in the town of Bima. This study uses qualitative descriptive type of field research (field research). Basically, business cooperation in Islam is in order to help each other between pihakyang have the business skills to the owners of capital, either individually or institutionally. This is done in binbgkai to make ends meet. The purpose of this research is to investigate the application of Musharaka contract-muhdarabah in economic activities, application know-muhdarabah contract Musharaka Islamic financial institutions in Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative analysis. Sources of data in this research is secondary data, ie data derived from source documents and writings are closely related to the discussion of the study, both in the form of books, articles, and others related to the discussion of the author. His research results show that 1) the application of the concept of Musharaka-mudharabah have done and are well known by the public in the context of economic activities and a thriving business community with the aim to help each other mutually beneficial business activity and berkeadilan.2) penerapankonsep musyarakah-mudharabah institutions Islamic finance is done in the form of grant funding and financing schemes using musharaka-mudharabah contract based on a fatwa of the National Sharia god.

Marketing is not only known as a practical element but marketing is also known as one of the disciplines. The fact that it continues to play an important role in corporate strategy in some companies indicate that there is an opportunity and took a real approach to building marketing competence as a source of competitive advantage. business practices and marketing is currently experiencing a shift or transformation of the intellectual level (rational), the emotional, spiritual, and finally to the spiritual. The difference between the paradigm in the conventional marketing activities with Islam is very clear, which is based on the conventional marketing behaviors that occur in economic units is not the limitation of the Shari'a. Conversely in Islamic marketing behaviors in economic activity is limited by the provisions of Shari'ah that its implementation is guided by morals. The purpose of this study to know to know marketing in an economic paradigm of Islam as well as to determine the application of marketing concepts in the view of Islamic economics. This study uses a qualitative method while the data used are secondary data obtained with books, journals, and other of scientific works. This research uses the study of literature and using descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis explains that the marketing paradigm in Islamic economics promoting the common good and mutually beneficial (symbiotic motualisme) certainly adhering to the teachings of Shariah. And the fundamental difference between conventional marketing syar'iah marketing lies in the values espoused by the marketer (the marketer).

Prayer is a pillar of religion, one part of the pillars of Islam. Good and bad human status in the world or in akherat sourced from good and bad prayer. Therefore learning habituation to worship worship should be inculcated early on. One indicator of the lack of prayer habituation especially in the third grade students in SDI Science and Tahfizh Imam Syafi'i Tulungagun today is less active students in following the learning activities. This is coupled with the fact that the learning process applied still apply the old paradigm. Namely lectures, frequently asked questions and assignments. To enable students in the learning process, the use of practice method is very appropriate, because this method can encourage cooperation and activeness of students to improve the obligatory prayers 5 times. The implementation process itself includes: (1) Planning (planning), (2) Implementing action (acting), (3) Observation (observing) and (4) Reflection (reflection).

The Sharia supervisory board is a Shariah expert appointed by the General Meeting of shareholders on the recommendation of the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI), with the task of providing advice and advice to the board of directors and supervising the company's activities in accordance with Sharia principles.This research serves to determine the role of Sharia supervisory board on sharia financial institutions in Indonesia. The method of research used is the library research method by studying the reference book and previous research results.The results showed that the role of the Sharia supervisory board was to ensure and supervise the suitability of the bank's operational activities against the fatwa issued by the National Sharia Council.
