Abstract

National economic problem is the scope of the macro economy. A country in order to develop their economy will surely meet some obstacles. Barriers it was an internal matter to be resolved by the state government of the country. Barriers that such uncontrolled inflation and unemployment problems that can not be separated from issues of quality and quantity of the population in Indonesia is very diverse. In resolving the problem, surely a country to apply its policy as the holder of autonomy. The policy was successful or not is an end that should be fought.

Abstract

Setiap manusia diatas permukaan bumi ini pada umumnya selalu menginginkan bahagia dan berusaha agar kebahagiaan itu tetap menjadi miliknya. Sesuatu kebahagiaan itu tidak akan tercapai dengan mudah tanpa mematuhi segala peraturan yang telah digariskan oleh agama. Salah satu wujud kebesaran Allah SWT bagi manusia ciptaannya adalah diciptakannya manusia terdiri dari laki â?? laki dan perempuan dengan berpasangan â?? pasangan. Abstract

Application of penalty charges made if the tenant negligent and less cautious in keeping the rented goods, for the negligence of the tenant in the return ofthe rented goods in terapakan charge a fine per-hour delay, the calculation of 10% of the price in your rental price, while for severe damage to the rentedgoods rental apply in the calculation of the cost of repairs to both parties to the rental agreement. Meanwhile, according to Islamic law are allowed toapply the cost of fines provided that the parties of charge fines actually afford to pay, and if not then it should not be of charge fines because reviling one of the parties.

Abstract

Islam has taught its followers to try to get a good life in this world and in the hereafter in order to achieve well-being both physically and spiritually. Therefore no exaggeration to Islam as a religion can also be said of empowerment, which seeks to empower believers to live a well-balanced between the needs of the duniawi and ukhrawi. So far the Indonesian Islamic community, especially as the majority of people, is still too far away from all the advantages when compared with people in other countries, especially countries which are some of the western Christian, especially the economy. Even very unfortunate, in Islamic societies has occurred which led to economic inequality of wealth circulation only rotates in a group of bourgeois alone. This fact calls for economic empowerment efforts are systematic and continuous to deliver economically egalitarian society and circulation of wealth can be enjoyed by society equally. Therefore, the necessary breakthroughs or empowerment methods that hit. This paper will explain how the efforts and strategies of community economic empowerment in the Islamic perspective.

Abstract

This study aimed to verify the impact of macroeconomic variables on Islamic commercial bank profitability in Indonesia. Applying the error correction models (ECM), this study involved a sample of 3 Islamic banks which are banks operating throughout the study period and the bank that issued the financial statements during the first quarter of 2006 until the third quarter of 2011. The results showed only a variable interest rate which affects the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Using the Dickey-Fuller (DF) and Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test, it is proven that there exists a dynamic relationship (long term cointegration) between gross domestic product, inflation, interest rate, market share, money supply and profitability Islamic commercial banks.

Abstract

This article was aimed to explain the nature of market mechanism in Islamic economic thought as well as its practice in current days. Historical dan philosophical approach were used in the analysis to oversee Islamic basic teaching on market and to explore ideas and insights of muslim scholars regarding the subject. The article concluded that within Islamic framework, market mechanism has been regarded as important part of economic activities so that its existence has been main concern of many scholars. Market mechanism that protect people of the right and just price has also been considered as important and neccesary for better life. This then implied the need to keep market mechanism work which was part of government duties.

Abstract
