Abstract

Teknik steganografi memiliki peranan penting menyangkut hal yang berkaitan dengan pesan rahasia. Steganografi merupakan teknik penyisipan pesan yang telah digunakan oleh orang-orang jaman dulu untuk menjaga kerahasiaan pesan tersebut. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, teknik ini dapat diaplikasikan menggunakan komputer. Sebagai contoh, pembuatan aplikasi steganografi yang dapat dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman yang berbeda-beda. Metode least significant bit merupakan cara penyisipan yang mengambil bit rendah dari data piksel yang menyusun sebuah file citra gambar. Penggunaan metode ini memungkinkan adanya perubahan atau penambahan sejumlah besar informasi tanpa adanya perubahan tampilan dari citra itu sendiri. Citra pesan disisipkan secara berulang yang ditempatkan pada piksel citra tujuan mulai dari piksel pertama sampai piksel yang terakhir. Secara garis besar, hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu: Pertama, cara menyisipkan citra pesan secara berulang ke dalam citra berwarna yang menjadi citra tujuan penyisipan. Ke-dua, cara meng-ekstrak citra hasil penyisipan tersebut sehingga citra pesan yang telah disisipkan dapat diketahui maksudnya.

Abstract

Woven fabric cual Bangka currently used as one of the identity of community pride in Bangka Belitung Islands. The specificity of this fart cual fabric interesting to study because of the motives that have similarities with songket palembang. Woven fabric cual Bangka and Palembang songket cloth looks similar because the same cloth-making techniques - both using techniques sungkit. The purpose of this research is how to recognize a particular motif woven fabric cual fart. This research using Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) to classify some specific motifs that exist in woven fabric cual fart. Experts in the field of woven fabric cual is to inform you that the woven fabric cual farts have tabled motif, motifs or patterns, motifs fabric edge, motif gold thread, fabric base material, as well as the specific color. The research involved four experts that the results of the questionnaires is processed by software Expert Choice 2000. The results showed that the main peculiarity of the woven fabric cual fart is in a pattern or motif with a percentage of 31.5, and is the chosen alternative product is songket with a percentage of 25.4.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease with characteristics of hyperglycemia that occurs due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action or both. The detection of diabetes mellitus disease  using the dataset Pima Indians had been done by various methods, one of which implementation methods is K-Neaarest Neighbor (KNN). One drawback of the KNN method is the determination of the optimal parameters k. Value of k that are too high will reduce the effect of noise on the classification, but makes the boundaries between each classification is becoming increasingly blurred, while the value of k that is too low will result in sample taking values ​​for the less and lead to reduced accuracy. For this study proposes the use of Support Vector Machine (SVM) as the optimal solution of k determination. In this study, we will implement the hybrid SVM-KNN method to be used as a method of classification of people with diabetes using the dataset "Pima indian". Experiments done by varying the parameter values ​​and the kernel used to see the value of the accuracy of the hybrid SVM-KNN method. Parameters that influence the value of C, tolerance, sigma, bias and the value of k on KNN. The highest average value of the accuracy obtained by using SVM-KNN is 92.00% and proved to be better than traditional SVM method average of the accuracy only 77.60% and KNN is 91%.

Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam XYZ merupakan salah satu Koperasi Simpan Pinjam yang sedang berkembang saat ini. Sejalan dengan perkembangannya saat ini, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam XYZ harus bisa melihat pesaing dan dunia teknologi modern mengingat Teknologi Informasi menjadi salah satu nilai jual pasar yang tidak kalah pentingnya dengan produk dan pelayanan. Perkembangan dunia Teknologi Informasi yang sangat cepat membuat perkembangan Teknologi Informasi Koperasi Simpan Pinjam XYZ masih di bawah rata-rata walaupun secara kewilayahan dan operasional Koperasi Simpan Pinjam XYZ masih lebih baik dari Koperasi Simpan Pinjam lainnya. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi yang disusun dengan baik dan mengadopsi Teknologi Informasi modern yang di dukung dengan SDM yang handal sehingga akan membantu proses bisnis Koperasi Simpan Pinjam XYZ kedepan. Untuk dapat mengembangkan Teknologi Informasi yang ada pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam XYZ diperlukan evaluasi untuk berbenah dalam membangun sistem yang handal dan terpadu salah satunya dengan menggunakan analisa SWOT. Ada empat aspek yang akan ditinjau, yaitu: kekuatan (strength), kelemahan (weakness), peluang (opportunities) dan ancaman (threats). Pada setiap aspek tersebut di buat 4 indikator utama yaitu Sistem, Infrastruktur, Aplikasi dan SDM. Dari hasil analisa SWOT yang dilakukan, didapatkan 16 startegi S-O, 8 strategi S-T, 5 strategi W-O, dan 6 strategi W-T. XYZ Credit Union is one of the Credit Union that are developing at this time. In line with the current development, XYZ Credit Union should be able to see the competitors and modern technology which is the information technology became one of the selling points of the market besides products and service. The development of the Information Technology rapidly made the development of Information Technology and XYZ Credit Union is still below average although in terms of areal better. Therefore required the utilization of information technology are arranged well andadopt modern information Technologies are supported with reliable human resources so that will help the process of business lending XYZ Credit Union. To be able to develop the existing Information Technology at XYZ Credit Unions, evaluation is needed to improve in building a reliable and integrated system one of which uses SWOT analysis. There are four aspects will be reviewed, including: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. In each of these aspects made four main indicators: Systems, Infrastructure, Applications and HR. SWOT analysis of the results, obtained 16 S-O strategies, 8 S-T strategies, 5 W-O strategies and 6 W-T strategies.

Abstract

In the era of globalization this has much to do application of information technology in various fields. Now with increasingly sophisticated technology (hardware) such that the greater memory, faster processor, and hard disk capacity is greater and is followed by the development of software technology. software) is increasingly diverse as multimedia applications and others to make the needed information will be quickly met. But besides those two factors there are some important components that must be considered is the human (brain-ware) and the database (database). Use of the database is intended as a means of data storage or computerized information. It can reduce errors during the operation which is still done manually. Therefore, to support effective civil information systems need to be designed a database system more comprehensive staffing so that it will facilitate the processing of data - the data required. Based on the above scope, need to be seen as the existence of a database application to store all data in a controlled and relatively secure from viruses and other damage to both. This database whenever possible should be easily accessible by employees of high school computer science "MNO" which typically have permissions to display the data on applications based intranet is necessary server database, should also be able to interact or relate to software infrastructure of this campus so easy to implement. For writing PHP coding (For this application builder script), MySQL (a database server or storage of the data base), Apache (as a web server because these applications based intranet, or local). All this software can relate and interact with software infrastructure on this campus, sehigga easier for employees as users.

Abstract

The need for vigilance against the disease is an effort to reduce morbidity and prevalence of complications in diseases. Medical records of hospitalized patients in the many and varied Puskesmas can then be processed to analyze the pattern of disease that often affects people in the area around Puskesmas. Implementation of association rule method is expected to generate linkages between the rule of item combinations of diseaseThe data used in this research is an inpatient medical records of patients Brang Rea Puskesmas from January to June 2015. The system was developed using the programming language Visual Basic and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as the database. Tests on the analysis modules generate output system of rules "if" "then" or "if" "it", rule or rule illness taken from the rules that exceed the value or the minimum support and minimum confidence. From the results of system testing conducted seen that the rules that can be used by the health center for analysis Brang Rea inpatients disease is a rule that has a value of minimum support and minimum confidence-value equals or exceeds the value specified by the administrator.

Unit Sales VII of  PT. Pertamina (Persero) in Bitung Area is one of the Area which place for giving service for the North Sulawesi, the Gorontalo and the Middle Sulawesi (Except Palu). In addition to the fuel distributor, the company also markets products of non-fuel such as lubricants, LPG​​, Chemical Agriculture and so on. However, in the process of storage of non-fuel products, there are several problems such as the data collection process takes a long time because it is done manually which is written on the card type 50, the reporting process becomes cumbersome and often inaccurate because the product data to be reported should be included one by one in a spreadsheet. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design information systems Inventory Products Non-fuel that can help PT. Pertamina (Persero) UPMS VII Depot Bitung in controlling inventory goods and preparation of non-fuel products to improve the performance of the company. By using SDLC systems development methodologies and data modeling tools ERD and DFD Inventory Information System can then be analyzed and designed.
