Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of the implementation of literacy culture on improving the character of elementary school students. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The research design used in this study is quasi-experimental design with the design of one group Pretest-Posttest. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. Data analysis in this study used pair sample t-test with the help of SPSS 25.0. Based on the results of different tests using the Wilcoxon formula shows that the significance value is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Implementation of Literacy Culture on Improving Character of Elementary School Student.

Abstract

Creativity is one of the necessary skills in problem solving. One method in problem problem is What other way. The study was conducted to find out information about other way about the ability and problems in the students in the field of Advanced Mathematics Education of integer material. The study involved 76 students from University in Yogyakarta. This research method is quasi experiment. Instrument of creativity problem solving of pre test and post test conducted in experiment class and control class. The results of that test include creativity in the problem that includes three indicators, fluency, flexibility, and novelty. Then, the data were analyzed by comparing the results of pre test and post test in the control and experimental class. Data analysis is also reinforced by gain score. The results of this study is being the response of students towards learning by using the "what's another way" is positive

Abstract

This study aims to determine conceptual skills, human relationship skills and technical skills of female school principals in improving the performance of Muhammadiyah elementary school teachers throughout Sleman Regency. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The determination of the research subject was done by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the conceptual skills of female principals in Muhammadiyah Elementary School, Sleman Regency included in very good categories (87%). Similarly humanitarian skills are in the very good category (84%). While technical skills are in good category (77%). This means that the technical skills of female principals in Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Sleman Regency are lower than the conceptual skills and humanitarian skills.

Abstract

This research aims to describe (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controllings process in the implementation of management coaching and training. The research method in this study used qualitative descriptive method. The techniques used unstructured interview and documentation. The validity of the data was used credibility test with triangulation of technique, source, and time. Data analysis techniques used the interactive analysis model Miles and Huberman include the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. The results of the study show that: (1) planning was carried out in coordination with all management to establish the program. (2) Organizing was carried out in collaboration with between th teacher and students in practicing. (3) Actuating was carried out with students following a number of exercises based on the time schedule. (4) Supervision was carried out to evaluate all programs that have been implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of wonosobo district sports which is seen from the role of elementary school. This research is included in the type of public policy analysis research with a qualitative research approach. Where data collection techniques use observation, interview, document study and policy analysis techniques using the exercise development program implementation index. The results showed that the index value was not so high, it showed that the role of physical education at the elementary school level in Wonososbo Regency had not been implemented well, of course because of the lack of active role of schools in increasing the hobby of exercising from an early age, this had an impact on the lack of sports human resources in the long run. The conclusion of this study is that Wonosobo Regency is still in the low category because the total human resource index of Wosnosobo Regency is still below the national index number.
