Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran bola basket bagi anak SD kelas atas. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi, (2) analisis hasil informasi, (3) mengembangkan produk awal, (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba skala kecil, (6) revisi, (7) uji coba skala besar, (8) revisi akhir, (9) pembuatan produk final, dan (10) diseminasi dan implementasi produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas V dari SD Panembahan yang berjumlah 15 anak. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap SD Pokoh 2 Sleman kelas V yang berjumlah 20 anak dan SD Gedongkiwo Yogyakarta  kelas V yang berjumlah 25 anak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model pembelajaran, yaitu: (1) kejar-kejaran dribbling, (2) dribbling dalam lingkaran, (3) dribbling ular cepat, (4) passing melewati tali, (5) perang passing, (6) loncatan dan shooting, (7) passing, dribbling dan shooting, (8) permainan bola basket modifikasi alat dan lapangan, dan (9) permainan bola basket modifikasi alat dan lapangan tanpa dribbling.Dari hasil analisis data penilaian para ahli materi dan guru SD, ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran ini sangat baik dan efektif.  DEVELOPING A BASKET BALL MODEL FOR HIGHER PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN Abstract This research aims to produce a basket ball model for higher primary school age children. This developmental research was done following developmental research steps as follows: (1) collecting information, (2) analysing information, (3) developing initial product, (4) experts validation and revision, (5) preliminary field testing, (6) revision, (7) main field testing, (8) final revision, (9) making the final product, and (10) dissemination and implementation the final product. The small-scale trials were done among 15 students from 5th grade in SD Panembahan. The large-scale trials were done among 20 students from 5th grade in SD Pokoh 2 Sleman and 25 students from the 5th grade in SD Gedongkiwo Yogyakarta. The data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. This study resulted in a model a teaching that is: (1) dribbling runs, (2) dribbling incircle, (3) dribbling snake quickly, (4) passing the rope, (5) war passing, (6) jump and shooting, (7) passing, dribbling  and shooting, (8) playing basket ball with the instruments and field modified, and  (9) playingbasket ballwith the instruments and field modified without dribbling. Based on the data analysis derived from teachers and expert assessment, it is concluded that the model is considered as very satisfactory and effective. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sequential and crossed step shadow exercises, as well as the differences between the two on improving footwork agility badminton athlete  PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. This research is a quasi-experimental study, with a two group pre-test post-test design. The sample in this study amounted to 22 male athletes. The instrument in this study used a series of foot exercises proposed by Tohar. Data analysis techniques on hypothesis testing using the t test. The results showed: first, there was an effect of sequential step shadow training on the agility of the athlete's footwork PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta with a t value of -4.5 and a calculated significance of 0.001. Second, there is an effect of cross-step shadow training on the agility of the athlete's PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta footwork with a t value of -4.667 and a calculated significance of 0.001. and third, there is no significant difference between sequential step shadow training and cross step shadow training in increasing the agility of the footwork athlete PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. This is based on data obtained from the t value of -1.353 with a significance of 0.191.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen program latihan bulu tangkis di masa pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus, pelatih, dan atlet yang masih aktif pada dua klub bulu tangkis yang berada di kabupaten Bantul yaitu PB Manunggal dan Bantul Badminton Club diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen program latihan atlet bulu tangkis dalam masa pandemi covid-19 pada dua klub bulu tangkis di Kabupaten Bantul yaitu, PB Manunggal dan Bantul Badminton Club berdasarkan faktor perencanaan dengan persentase sebesar 82,41% masuk kategori baik, organisasi pesentase sebesar 80,85% masuk kategori baik, pelaksanaan persentase sebesar 87,28% masuk kategori baik, dan pengawasan persentase sebesar 84,42% masuk kategori baik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan medicine ball 1 kg dan latihan medicine ball 3 kg terhadap kemampuan passing peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA, (2) perbedaan pengaruh koordinasi mata tangan tinggi dan koordinasi mata tangan rendah terhadap kemampuan passing peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA, dan (3) interaksi antara latihan medicine ball (1 kg dan 3 kg) dan koordinasi mata tangan (tinggi dan rendah)terhadap kemampuan passing peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah ANOVA dua jalur pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan medicine ball 1 kg dan latihan medicine ball 3 kg terhadap kemampuan passing peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,041< 0,05, (2) ada perbedaan kemampuan passing antara siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata tangan tinggi dan koordinasi mata tangan rendah bagi peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,000 < 0.05, dan (3) ada interaksi antara latihan (1 kg dan 3 kg) dan koordinasi mata tangan (rendah dan tinggi) terhadap kemampuan passing peserta ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMA, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,000< 0,05.

Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional sebagian guru pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan (PJOK) ditengarai lemah, terutama pada guru berusia lanjut. Hal ini ditandai dengan adanya data guru PJOK berusia lanjut kesulitan mengikuti perubahan kurikulum, menyusun RPP dengan sistematika lama, melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan cara lama, dan tetap mengajarkan teknik-teknik dasar kecabangan olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi pedagogi dan kompetensi professional guru PJOK dengan usia, serta jenis sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, data diperoleh dengan menggunakan data sekunder, yaitu terkait kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi professional, yang diperoleh dari Dinas Pendidikan kota Yogyakarta. Data dianalisis dengan teknik statistic Anova untuk komparasi atau uji beda kompetensi guru berdasarkan usia, dan dengan Uji t untuk uji beda antara kompetensi guru sekolah negeri dan yang sekolah swasta. Hasil Uji korelasi, baik kompetensi total dengan usia, kompetensi pedagogik dengan usia, maupun kompetensi professional dengan usia guru, menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan. Berturut-turut nilai r = -0,143, r = -0,05, r = -0,173. Sedangkan hasil uji-t menunjukkan p value untuk nilai profesional, pedagogik, dan total kurang dari 0,05, maka terdapat perbedaan mean atau rerata yang signifikan (untuk ketiga nilai tersebut) antara sekolah negeri dan swasta. Sekolah negeri memiliki rerata skor hasil uji kompetensi guru pendidikan jasmani yang lebih tinggi dari sekolah swasta. Physical Education Teacher Competencies Base On Age and Type of School AbstractThe pedagogical and professional competence of some physical education, sports, and health (PE) teachers is suspected to be weak, especially in older teachers. This is indicated by the data of elderly PE teachers having difficulty following curriculum changes, compiling lesson plan with old systematics, implementing learning the old fashioned way, and still teaching basic techniques of sports branching. This study aims to determine the relationship between pedagogical competence and professional competence of PE teachers based on the teacher’s age and type of school. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method, the data were obtained using secondary data, namely related to pedagogical competencies, professional competencies, obtained from the Yogyakarta City Education Office. Data were analyzed using ANOVA statistical technique for the comparison or differences in teacher’s competency tests based on age, and with T test for differences in tests between competencies of public and private school teachers. Correlation test results, both total competence with teacher’s age, pedagogical competence with teacher’s age, and professional competency with teacher’s age, showed significant differences. Consecutive values r = -0,143, r = -0.05, r = -0,173. While the results of the t-test showed p values for professional, pedagogical, and total values of less than 0.05, there were significant mean or mean differences (for all three grades) between public and private schools. Public schools have a higher average score of physical education teacher competency scores than private schools.

Abstract

This research aims to describe (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controllings process in the implementation of management coaching and training. The research method in this study used qualitative descriptive method. The techniques used unstructured interview and documentation. The validity of the data was used credibility test with triangulation of technique, source, and time. Data analysis techniques used the interactive analysis model Miles and Huberman include the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. The results of the study show that: (1) planning was carried out in coordination with all management to establish the program. (2) Organizing was carried out in collaboration with between th teacher and students in practicing. (3) Actuating was carried out with students following a number of exercises based on the time schedule. (4) Supervision was carried out to evaluate all programs that have been implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manajemen program latihan sekolah sepakbola (SSB) Gajah Mada (GAMA) Yogyakarta. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, pengambilan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi: anggota siswa SSB (3 orang), pelatih (1 orang), pengurus (1 orang) dan orang tua atlet (3 orang) SSB GAMA Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah sepakbola GAMA yang dijadikan tempat pengambilan data manajemen pengelolaan program latihan sudah dilakukan dengan optimal. Sekolah sepakbola yang dijadikan tempat pengambilan data telah menerapkan lima fungsi manajemen. Lima fungsi manajemen itu meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, aktuating, pengendalian dan budgeting. Pelatih di sekolah sepakbola memiliki tugas untuk membuat program latihan berdasarkan kalender kompetisi yang dikeluarkan PSSI DIY. Pelatih, orangtua dan atlet bekerjasama untuk membuat program latihan itu dimaksudkan agar pelatih mengetahui kemampuan atlet dengan mengadakan pengukuran awal, dan atlet menyetujui beban latihan dari program latihan yang disusun. Mekanisme pembuatan program latihan adalah sebuah cara kerjasama pelatih, atlet dan orang tua membuat dan menentukan program latihan yang disesuaikan dengan kalender pertandingan.Kata Kunci: manajemen olahraga, program latihan, sekolah sepakbola Program management school of football (SSB) GAMA Yogyakarta AbstractThis study aims to identify school football workout program management (SSB) Gadjah Mada (GAMA) Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, data collection by interview, observation and documentation studies. Subjects in this study includes: SSB student member (3), trainers (1 person), board (1 person) and parents of athletes (3) GAMA SSB Yogyakarta. The results showed that the school is used as a football GAMA data retrieval program management training has been carried out with the optimum. Used as a football school data retrieval has implemented five management functions. The five functions of management include planning, organizing, aktuating, control and budgeting. School football coach has a duty to make an exercise program based on the competition calendar issued PSSI DIY. Coaches, parents and athletes collaborated to create an exercise program that is intended to determine the ability of the athlete to the coach holding the initial measurement, and athlete approved training load of structured exercise program. Mechanisms of making exercise program is a way of cooperation coaches, athletes and parents to create and determine an exercise program that is tailored to match the calendar.Keywords: sport management, exercise programs, school football

Abstract

Problem-based learning is a method used to solve a problem in learning. This study aimed to determine whether learning badminton service skills by applying a problem-based learning approach can improve badminton service hit skills. The research method uses the classroom action research (CAR) method by interpreting the data and comparing each cycle's results with a percentage approach to measure the achievements of the actions taken. The results obtained from the data taken before the action were 23.68% of students who mastered basic movement skills hitting badminton service. After the first cycle, 34.21% of the students mastered the material, and, at the end of the second cycle, 52.63% of the students mastered the basic movement skills of hitting badminton service. From the preliminary data, there was a significant increase in cycle I and cycle II, the conclusion is that there increased the skill of hitting badminton service through the problem based learning approach (PBL) in students of third-grade of Pagergunung elementary school 1 in 2018/2019. Increased mastery of hitting service skills badminton, which was improved through applying the problem-based approach, was 28.94%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan program pembinaan atletik di Pengcab PASI Kabupaten Kuningan dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). Metode yang digunakan adalah mix method terdiri dari kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Alat Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pengurus, pelatih dan atlet di Pengcab PASI Kabupaten Kuningan yang jumlah seluruhnya 36 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pengcab PASI Kabupaten Kuningan. Data dikumpulkan melalui, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi program pembinaan atletik di Pengcab PASI Kabupaten Kuningan sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi konteks sudah berjalan dengan baik, dan telah sesuai dengan tujuan program yang disusun. Sedangkan ditinjau dari segi input, masih belum berjalan sesuai dengan harapan, ini dikarenakan program pembinaan masih terkendala masalah pendanaan, begitu juga keberadaan sarana dan prasarana yang masih belum sesuai dengan standar lomba. Ditinjau dari segi proses, pelaksanaan program pembinaan sudah berjalan baik, monitoring yang rutin dilaksanakan oleh KONI dan pengurus Pengcab PASI cukup membantu meningkatkan motivasi para atlet, sedangkan ditinjau dari segi product, berjalan baik dan sesuai dengan harapan.

Abstract

Increased age resulted in a decline in the ability of a person physically and physiologically . Someone quickly look old or younger seem fast or slow depending on the physical condition and mental deterioration . The decrease in the ability to take place sooner or later all influenced by physical activity performed.The decrease in functional capacity of the human body organs one due to declining cardiorespiratory endurance as a result of reduced cardiac function and lung is a vital organ to drive the entire system is contained within the human body .Physical activity ( exercise ) greatly affect the maintenance of the capacity of the organs physiology (function ) of the body . By doing regular exercise will result in (1). Increasing the size of the heart , (2)  The reduced pulse rate, (3) . Increased stroke volume ( stroke volume ), (4) . Increased blood volume and hemoglobin , (5) . Changes in capillary density and muscle hypertrophy . While changes in the reputation system are: ( 1 ) .
