Abstract

Belief is a main thing as a basis of Muslim’s life. Without having belief, how good of Muslim’s attitude will not mean anything. As also in the opposite, a belief without manifestation in good behavior will decrease the belief meaning. In belief discussion, it can be categorized into two types, namely traditional thinking method and rational thinking method. The first paradigm is built by Ash’ariyah; meanwhile, the second is built by Mu’tazilah. In classic era, the debatable between the both approaches in solving religious problems is really sharp. The openness issues in globalization, knowledge and technology that cannot be stopped anymore, pushes people to find new alternative by using a more nuance approach. Socio-philosophy-Qur’anis approach becomes new normative basis in this article to discuss the matter of belief so that it can be found the belief model that integrates the belief and the action based on philosophy principles.Keywords; Normative basis, Philosophy reasoning, Belief.

Abstract

AbstractOne of the key terms employed in showing the connection between jarh wa ta’dīl discourse and Islamic sectarianism issues is bid’ah “heresy” and al-mubtadi’ “heretic transmitter”. Start on preliminary introduction to bid’ah conception in the context of jarḥ wa ta’dīl, this article discusses Ibn Ḥajar al-‘Asqalāni’s notions about the concept of heresy (bid’ah) and validity of heretic transmitter (riwāyat al-mubtadi’). Ibṇ Hajar was choosed here as the exponent of culmination in “ulūm al-hadītḣ” discourse in which the bid’ah notion was arguably reconsidered along with the still-functioning Islamic sectarianism polemic. Abstract

This study aimed to improve early childhood numeracy skills through the game of “Bowling Kaleng”. Numeracy is the ability of every child in terms of mathematics such as sort of numbers or counting and know the number. Development of children’s numeracy skills can do through the game. This would be more effective because the children’s world is playing world, one of which is the game of “Bowling Kaleng”. Research was conducted on 30 children in Group B TK Dharma Wanita Gogorante Kediri. Those aged 5 to 6 years old, consists of 16 boys and 14 girls. The method used in this study is classroom action research using two cycles. Each cycle consists of four phases: planning, action, observation and reflection. The study was conducted at the beginning of January 2016. The results of this study indicate that learning through the “Bowling Kaleng” game can improve children’s numeracy skills. The average of child’s ability to counting, add up dan reduce numbers increased to the last cycle. Through this game, children learn to count concrete objects they like in a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere.Keywords; Numeracy skills, early childhood, Bowling Kaleng game

Abstract

The patron-client relationships were based on unequal exchange, reflecting differences in status. A client (santri), receiving many services from patrons (kiai) so that the client is bound and dependent on patrons. The patron-client relationship is personal. The pattern of the personal reciprocity between kiai and santri create a sense of trust and reliance on the mechanism of the relationship. It can be seen from a culture of respect santri to kiai who tend to be cult. Patron spread thorough, flexible and limitless time frame. The patron-client relationship is put kiai at a high position, influential and authoritative in front of santri. Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan pengembangan kurikulum di konteks Indonesia. Salah satu aspek penting yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pendidikan adalah pengembangan kurikulum. Kurikulum sebagai perangkat perencanaan dan sistem tentang tujuan, isi, materi dan metode yang digunakan pada proses belajar dan mengajar untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan mempunyai peran penting dalam pendidikan nasional. Kurikulum sebagai komponen pendidikan bersifat dinamis, selalu berubah seiring dengan waktu. Perubahan itu sangat penting seiring dengan perubahan masyarakat, kebutuhan siswa, dan perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi. Perkembangan kurikulum pendidikan pada suatu negara termasuk Indonesia dapat mencerminkan perkembangan negara tersebut. Di Indonesia, kurikulum nasional telah berubah berkali-kali. Abstract

Nationalism and democracy as a political thought brought by the West raises various intellectual responses in the world of Islam, created the idea of pros and cons that have no end to be discussed. The pro assume that the idea of nationalism and democracy even if brought by the West turns its values can be adjusted to Islam, otherwise the opponent assumes ism brought by the West is aiming to dominate the Islamic world, various of arguments they put forward to respond to the two political thought. There is some debate over the relationship between Islam and democracy, appeared three different camps among Muslims. The first stronghold represented by those who explicitly reject the concept of democracy in any form. The second camp is represented by those who accept democracy based approach Normative that Islam contains elements of a democratic ideal. The most popular argument is the doctrine of shura baseline drawn from several passages in the Qur’an. Abstract

This article makes a map of education management in school by looking at the developed potentials in every school elements, starting from the headmaster, teachers, education staffs and students. The potential contributed is the expectation of school. It is not only as a known list, but also to be implemented through good and correct map. Through school based management certainly it gives authority to head master to develop the school along the vision-mission and work-program which have been planned. Through descriptive analysis approach, this article conclude that school based management is a management paradigm which put forward an autonomy and involvement of community. Education autonomy means an effort to give a large space for the head master to develop and manage the institution. Abstract

Islam freed adherents make a selection from the church in the search for his true identity in this world. The phenomenon of the excitement of urban and rural communities to the Islamic religion more real . Sufism or dhikr (Dzikir, wirid) is done in the form of doctrine, understanding and spiritual practices by individuals for the purpose of self-purification, in order to achieve the approach to the God (Kholiq). Sufism of urban intends to bring peace of mind, happiness, relief and satisfaction. Sufism of urban known modern times, it founded the middle of business meetings with a suit and tie of neatly. Abstract

The muslim are in happiness with the development of Islamic bank. If Islamic bank in Indonesia compared with Islamic bank all part of the world, Indonesia is the biggest one, biggest in totality of Islamic bank, biggest in totality of Customer, DPS, banker and biggest in totality of university which offers Islamic bank program. However it is very ironic lot of muslim respond it negatively. The fact shows us that muslim customers are lower than non muslim customers of Islamic bank. Really Islamic bank is a bank based on shariate principles in operationalization and has different characteristics and principles it compared with conventional bank. Principles of Islamic bank are 1. Opposed to usury, 2. Sell and by priority, 3. Mutual helping and corporation, 4. Justice and, 5. Corporation increasing achievement. In legality perspective Islamic bank clearly based on low, in operational activities, those are 1. Constitution and regulation of Indonesia bank, 2. Fatwa of DSN (Dewan Syari’ah Nasional) 3. Other conventional constitutional regulation, so Islamic bank is permitted in Islamic low, otherwise Islamic bank permitted in Islamic low, Islamic bank has many opportunities and some challenges and need best solution. Those challenges are 1. Limitation in human recourses, 2. Limitation in capital, 3. Limitation in socialization and education to community, 4. Limitation in loyalty of customer, 5. Abstract

Communication becomes a system in a process of character education. It means that character education is influenced by the quality of built communication. An effective communication has rules, requirements, principles and universal strategies so that now the existence is significant enough to be implemented in character education. Various model of communication which come from either Al-Qur’an and Hadist or from thought of communication experts, depend on the educators’ quality in putting their function and responsibility. This article discusses that problem by analyzing model and form of modern communication, combining with the communication principles in Al-Qur’an and Hadits, and its relation with character education. The result shows that educator factor becomes the dominant factor in character education.Keywords; Modern communication, Islamic concept, Character education, Educator.
