Abstract

Belief is a main thing as a basis of Muslim’s life. Without having belief, how good of Muslim’s attitude will not mean anything. As also in the opposite, a belief without manifestation in good behavior will decrease the belief meaning. In belief discussion, it can be categorized into two types, namely traditional thinking method and rational thinking method. The first paradigm is built by Ash’ariyah; meanwhile, the second is built by Mu’tazilah. In classic era, the debatable between the both approaches in solving religious problems is really sharp. The openness issues in globalization, knowledge and technology that cannot be stopped anymore, pushes people to find new alternative by using a more nuance approach. Socio-philosophy-Qur’anis approach becomes new normative basis in this article to discuss the matter of belief so that it can be found the belief model that integrates the belief and the action based on philosophy principles.Keywords; Normative basis, Philosophy reasoning, Belief.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to provide insight into the meaning and perception of leadership in the family business at PT Mandiri Sukses Utrama. More specifically, this research tries to understand the family business culture context and its importance in developing leadership. We share the view that organizational realities are negotiated and built on the awareness of collective participants. This study uses interpretative case studies. Interviews, observations and documentary analysis are used to collect data. Family business leadership is embedded in the culture of the community. A leader-owner is not the creator but only the manager of organizational culture because he is also a product of the culture of society. Owners and their inner circle (family and not family members) can collectively play an important role in producing and reproducing legitimate MCS based on the extended family concept. In this case, cultural controls based on shared family norms are the most dominant and simplify process and outcome controls. However, business pragmatism can go hand in hand with culture in providing space for MCS transformation. The family business studied is still run by the first generation of families, does not have a subsidiary. The sample size of this study is limited. This study encourages family business owners to consider the use of strong cultural controls along with bureaucratic control to create sustainable organizations.Keywords: Leadrship Style, Management Control System

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pembelajaran disekolah sangat tergantung dari beberapa faktor. Faktor yang sangat penting antara lain adalah penerapan budaya sekolah ke arah peningkatan mutu. Budaya sekolah merupakan hal yang positif yang harus dipertahankan dan dilaksanakan oleh semua warga sekolah tanpa merasa terpaksa. Budaya sekolah yang harus dipertahankan salah satunya adalah masalah kedisiplinan, termasuk disiplin para guru dalam kehadiran dikelas pada proses belajar mengajar. Untuk meningkatkan disiplin para guru dapat diupayakan melalui bermacam-macam cara. Dalam Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini, peneliti menerapkan Reward and Punishment untuk para guru di SMA Muhammadiyah Gunung Meriah, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru yang berjumlah 24 Orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, karena dari hasil penelitian dan analisa data, ternyata pada siklus kedua, kedisiplinan guru dalam kehadiran dikelas pada proses belajar mengajar meningkat dan memenuhi indikator yang telah ditetapkan sebesar 75%. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan disiplin guru dalam kehadiran dikelas pada kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat dilakukan dengan penerapan Reward and Punishment kepada guru.

Abstract

AbstractThere are many juvenile sex offender cases in Indonesia. This study aimed to reveal how the psychodynamics of moral disengagement on juvenile sex offenders. Through moral disengagement, juvenile sex offenders commit various rationalizations to negate the feelings of guilt. This research used the qualitative method of an instrumental case study. The participants were seven juvenile sex offenders. The collecting data through semi-structured interviews and analyzed through the stages of categorization and direct interpretation, correspondence and patterns, and naturalistic generalization. The credibility used data triangulation and asked the participants to read the interview transcript. The results showed the psychodynamic of juvenile sex offenders began by forming moral disengagement before the occurrence of sexual abuse or initiation phase.  After committing fornication, adolescents could feel guilty or not feel guilty due to moral disengagement. This study showed that participants frequently used the attribution of blame, dehumanization, distortion of consequences. The theoretical implications were that moral disengagement also functions to overcome fear after moral violation and different forms of moral disengagement from theory, namely active avoidance.Keywords: Instrumental case study; Juvenile sex perpetrators; Moral disengagement AbstrakPencabulan oleh remaja masih banyak terjadi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap bagaimana psikodinamika moral disengagement remaja pelaku pencabulan. Melalui moral disengagement, remaja pelaku pencabulan melakukan berbagai bentuk rasionalisasi untuk meniadakan perasaan bersalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus instrumental. Partisipan penelitian adalah tujuh remaja pelaku pencabulan. Pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur. Analisa data melalui tahapan kategorisasi dan interpretasi langsung, korespondensi dan pola, serta generalisasi naturalistik. Kredibilitas penelitian menggunakan triangulasi data dan meminta informan membaca transkrip wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan psikodinamika remaja pelaku pencabulan diawali dengan membentuk moral disengagement sebelum terjadinya pencabulan, yaitu pada fase inisiasi.  Setelah pencabulan atau fase pasca pencabulan, remaja dapat merasa bersalah namun dapat pula tetap tidak merasa bersalah karena moral disengagement. Bentuk moral disengagement yang banyak digunakan partisipan adalah atribusi menyalahkan, dehumanisasi, distorsi konsekuensi. Implikasi teoritis adalah moral disengagement juga berfungsi mengatasi perasaan takut setelah pelanggaran moral dan bentuk moral disengagement yang berbeda dengan teori yaitu penghindaran aktif.Keywords: Moral disengagement; Remaja pelaku pencabulan; Studi kasus Instrumental
