Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Normative Commitment on employee performance, the influence of Normative Commitment on self-efficacy, the influence of self-efficacy on employee performance, and the role of self-efficacy in mediating the influence of normative commitment on employee performance. This research uses SEM-PLS to analyze 95 employees in the private sector service area of Sorong City. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between Normative Commitment on employee performance, a positive and significant influence between normative commitment and self-efficacy, a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and employee performance, the relationship between normative commitment and employee performance has a full mediating effect between the variables mentioned. checked. This research provides evidence that self-efficacy is the main factor that plays a mediating role in this research

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of both simultaneously and partially the variables of perceived quality, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction in Surabaya City. This research is an associative research using a quantitative approach. The sampling techniques used in this study were purposive sampling techniques and quota sampling with a total sample of 100 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 29. The results of this study show that perceived quality, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction in Surabaya City. Abstract

This research delves into the examination of how financial literacy and financial socialization impact the financial behavior of students at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNVY). This research was conducted involving 207 UPNVY students to gain knowledge of the extent and experience of financial socialization that influences individual financial behaviors. This research method uses surveys and statistical analysis with Smart-PLS. The research outcomes indicate a noteworthy impact of financial literacy and financial socialization on the financial behavior of UPNVY students. Those respondents who exhibit a high level of financial literacy and benefit from effective financial socialization tend to make more informed and responsible financial choices. These findings underscore the significance of enhancing financial knowledge and acquiring experience in dealing with financial matters to cultivate sound and sustainable financial behaviors among students. This research makes a valuable contribution to our understanding of the interplay between financial literacy, financial socialization, and the financial behavior of students.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of financial literacy on investment interest in individuals. Investment interest is critical as it serves as the foundation for financial growth and future sustainability. The primary focus is on Generation Z, a group often perceived to lack sufficient financial awareness, prompting the need to understand how financial literacy can shape their preferences towards investments. This research method involves an online survey of a sample of Generation Z individuals who are still active students from the 2019-2022 cohorts and are typically aged between 18 and 22 years. Respondents are asked to fill out a questionnaire that includes questions about their level of financial literacy and their interest in engaging in investments. The data obtained is analyzed using statistical regression techniques to identify correlations between financial literacy and investment interest. In this study, the focus is to analyze the impact of financial literacy on investment interest among Generation Z students in the Yogyakarta region. Based on the research findings using Partial Least Square analysis, the conclusion drawn is that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on investment interest.
