Abstract

Efffect of cow manure dosage on the growth of mustard plants (Brassica juncea L.). This study aims to determine the effect of cow manure doses on the growth of mustard greens. This research was conducted from 15 December 2018 to 26 January 2019,in the Kalpataru garden. SedapMalam, East Denpasar. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment of cow manure dosage consists of D1 (20g), D2 (40g), D3 (60g), D4 (80g), D5 (100g) and D0 (control). Each treatment was repeated 4 times so that there were 24 experimental units. Observations made were plant height, leaf number, leaf area, stem circumference, fresh weight and oven dry weight. The results showed that the doses of cow manure had a very significant effect on all parameters. From the manure doses studied, it was found that the growth of mustard plants was best found at doses of cow manure with a dose of 100 gr / polybag.

Abstract

Caisim mustard vegetable (Brassica juncea L.) is a commodity that has commercial value and is popular with the people of Indonesia. Caisim mustard plants have several nutritional contents, namely protein, fat, carbohydrates, Ca, P, Fe, Vitamin A, Vitamin B and Vitamin C (Cahyono, 2003). Organic fertilizer can supply NPK nutrients, also can provide micro nutrients so as to prevent micro element deficiency in marginal soils. The researcher intends to conduct research on mustard plants by administering liquid organic fertilizer PUIRYA combining the concentration and time of application of PUIRYA fertilizer to mustard plants. To determine the effect of several concentrations, time of administration and the combination of PUIRYA liquid organic fertilizer concentration and time on the growth and yield of mustard plants (Brassica juncea L.). This research was conducted in Celuk Village, Sukawati Subdistrict, Gianyar Regency. The study used a factorial design with the basic design of a randomized block design with 3 replications. The treatments applied were 5 different PUIRYA fertilizer concentrations. The observational data were analyzed statistically by the variance analysis method, in accordance with the design used, namely Factorial RAK. In the 9-week-old plant Puriya liquid fertilizer at 14 days after planting gave a plant height of 46.57 cm and a number of leaves of 12.33 strands, and the administration of a Puriya liquid fertilizer concentration of 5% gave a plant height of 51.19 cm and a number of leaves of 13, 11 strands. Puriya's liquid fertilizer concentration of 5% gives the highest fresh weight of plant parts above the soil 78.78 grams which is not significantly different than the administration of liquid fertilizer's concentration of 7%. The 5% Puriya liquid fertilizer concentration gives the highest dry weight of the plant part on the real soil which is 7.90 grams.

Abstract

This study entitled Analysis of the Advantages of sweet corn in Subak Mambal, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. Which aims to: 1) Know the benefits of sweet corn in Subak Mambal, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. 2) To find out the marketing channel of sweet corn in Subak Mambal, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. Population was determined by purposive sampling with a number of 150 farmers. Samples were determined using a random sampling method (random). The results of the study showed that the average profit gained by farmers sweet corn in Subak Mambal Rp. 5.606.645/growing season, and found the first marketing channel, namely Farmer-Trader Emperator-Consumer. and the second marketing channel, namely Farmer-Trader-Trader-RetailerConsumer. The first margin received was Rp. 2.570 and on the second marketing channel the margin received was Rp. 3.091.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the factors of production that affect the production of Ciherang rice in Sempidi Village. To find out the efficient use of production factors in the Ciherang rice farming in Sempidi Village. The research was carried out in Subak Petang, Sempidi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. And carried out in November 2019. Determination of the location of research carried out deliberately. The results of this study indicate that production factors are affected by the production of Ciherang Rice Farming in Sempidi Village, namely: Planting area has a significant effect on production elasticity of 0.180, Ciherang Rice Seed has a significant effect on production elasticity of 0.167, Ponska Fertilizer has no significant effect with production elasticity of - 0.067, Liquid pesticides have no significant effect on production elasticity of -0.014, and Labor has a significant effect on production elasticity of 0.206. The level of efficiency of the use of production factors in Ciherang Rice Farming in Sempidi Village, namely: Efficient planting land area, Ciherang Rice Seed has not efficient, Ponska Fertilizers, Liquid pesticides, and Labor is not efficient.

Abstract

Eco-Agro-tourism in Subak Sembung is one of Subak's cultural landscapes in the middle of Denpasar and which has unique characteristics with an environmentally friendly system and a rice mina system as well as security, beauty so that it can be made one of the identities of the city of Denpasar. the purpose of this research is to find out: 1) The extent of farmers' participation in the development of Eco-Agro Tourism and to find out 2). What factors are related to Participation This study was conducted for 3 months from October to December 2019. This location was chosen deliberately (purposive sampling). The data used are qualitative and quantitative data. The population is 132 farmers. By using Slovin and a sample of 57 people. Participatory data analysis methods with a Likert scale. To find out the factors, a Chi-square analysis was performed. The area of arable land and the factor of the number of family members have a significant relationship to the participation of farmers. The degree of relationship measured by the correlation coefficient of each of the arable land area factors is equal to Ï’ = + 0.422 and the factor of the number of family members is equal to Ï’ = + 0.402. This means that the direction of the relationship is positive and strong enough.

Abstract

Chemical pakcoy cultivation on agricultural land has a negative impact on the health of the human body, one of the solutions to overcome this is to use cow biourine organic material in the hydroponic system. Furthermore, a study was held entitled "The effect of Concentration of Cow BioUrine on the Hydroponic System on the Growth and Yield of Mustard Pakcoy (Brassica Rapa L.)". This study aims to determine the effect of giving bio-concentration of cow urine on the hydroponic system on the growth and yield of Pakcoy mustard plants. until January 2, 2020. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 6 treatments namely K1: cow Biournine concentration of 100 ml / 1 liter K2 raw water: cow Biournine concentration 200 ml / 1 liter K3 raw water: cow Biournine concentration 300 ml / 1 liter K4 raw water: cow Biournine concentration 400 ml / 1 liter K5 raw water: cow Biournine concentration 500 ml / 1 liter K6 raw water: cow biournine concentration 600 ml / 1 liter raw water and repeated 4 times so that 24 treatments were obtained. The results of this study indicate that the administration of cow urine bio concentration has a significant effect on all parameters except the parameters of the oven dry weight of the plant root and the highest growth and yield of plants is obtained at the administration of 500 ml of cow urine / 1 liter of raw water (K5). total fresh plant is 63.51 g and total oven dry weight is 3.17 g.

Abstract

The place of the research is the cultural village of Kertalangu, east Denpasar subdistrick, this research lasted for 3 months from November 2019 to Januari 2020. This study aims to determine the effect of the development of the Kertalangu culture village on the income of farmers in the village of kesert Keralangu east Denpasar District. sub-ditrict, the determination of respondents using the census sampling medhod with 57 respondents. The data analysis method used is the F test and T test methods. The results showed that the influence of the development of the Kertalangu culture village on farmer’s income partially agriculture (X1) had a positive and significant effect on farmers income (Y) that partirially jogging track (X2) had positive ad significant effect on farmers income (Y), culinary testing (X3) positive effect on farmers income (Y), testing of creative space in the economy (X4) have a positive effect on farmer income (Y). The influence of the development of Kertalangu culture village on farmers income simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on farmers income.

Abstract

Research entitled the effect of cow biourine concentration treatment on yield and growth of ground kale plants (Ipomea reptans poir) Determine the effect of beef biourine concentration treatment on growth and yield of ground kale plants (Ipomoea reptans Poir), Biourine concentration treatment what is the best cow for the growth and yield of ground water spinach plants (Ipomoea reptans Poir) .This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD), if the treatment had a significant effect with the LSD level of 5% to find out the best effect of each treatment. that the effect of cow biourine treatment has a very significant effect on all observed water spinach parameters. The effect of 500 ml / 1 liter water biourine concentration treatment results in other observed parameter values such as highest plant height (B5 = 46.75 cm), highest number of leaves ( B5 = 45.00 cm) The highest leaf area (B5 = 991.92 cm2), total fresh weight 16.57 g).

Abstract

This study entitled The effect of time of decomposition of yuyu rice fields (Parathelphusa convexa) on the interest of pest (Leptocorisa oratorius) on rice plants. This research was conducted for two months, starting from November until December 2019. This study aimed to determine the effect of the time of yuyu rice field carcass decay on the interest of pest pest control. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) with eight treatments and one control that was repeated three times, using traps that were designed specifically and in each trap put in the form of bait yuyu carcasses. the results of research on the fifth treatment (yuyu carcasses of rice fields that were decomposed for five days) had the most attractive results of pest pest pest which is with an average number of horned puppet trap which was trapped at 13.33 tails.

Abstract

Paper flowers are an important element in landscaps used to provide beauty and for other functions. This study aims to: 1). Determine the effect of the use of different Indole Butyric Acid Growth Stiments on the growth of paper flower buds. 2). find out the best concentration of soaking time by using growthinducing substances Indole Butyric Acid which can provide growth for paper flowers. This study used a randomized block design with 6 treatments and could be repeated 4 times so that 24 treatments were obtained. Based on the research results of paper flowers using indole butyric acid growth stimulants can be concluded as follows: with a long immersion study ranging from L1 to L6 ie 2cc / 1lt of water gives a significantly different effect on all treatments. Indole Butyric Acid growth stimulant with 16 hours of immersion (L6) gives very good results on all treatments observed, namely: shoot growth speed (HST), number of shoots (fruit), plant height (cm) number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm), plant fresh weight (g), root fresh weight (g), oven dry weight of the plant (g), root oven dry weight (g).
