AbstractThe aim of this research was to determine the needs of development e-content based the Problem Base Learning (PBL) in Basic Electronics Course ofphysics Education Study Program. Subjects in this research were experts PBL and e-content, lecturers of Physics education, students physics education consisting of 2 experts, 3 lecturers and 35 students.While the object of research is the requirements of development e-content based PBL in Basic Electronics course ofPhysics Education Study Program. In collecting data using questionnaires and data analysis using descriptive analysis.The findings show that the necessary development of e-contentbased PBL in Basic Electronics Course ofPhysics Education Study Program. This is evidenced through the feedback of students, lecturers, and experts from the questionnaire beginning with the high category.Key words: E-content, Problem Base Learning, needs analysis

Abstract This research is aim to know the influence applying model in learning inkuiry laboratory toward concept mastery of students the candidate of teacher elementary school. The subject of this research is the students of program teacher learning of elementary school (PGSD) who take this subject basic concept sains 2 (IPA 2) with the total students that become sample a lot of fourty seven 47 person (in one class), with used purposive sampling. The concept of mastery students is selected by instrument test. The result of this research show that happen significant improvement with the total N-gain is 0,68 (in the middle category). All of the whole students very happy and like in model applying in learning inkuiry laboratory, because they can to help in get knowledge about concepts sains.Key Words: model learning inkuiry laboratory,students concept mastery.

Abstract Education is a part of conscious and organized effort to form learning atmosphere amd learning process in order to make students develop their potential actively and have spiritual spirit, self control, personality, intelligent, noble attitude, and skills that are needed for themselves, society, and nation. The positive situation at school has a role to successful achievement of national education with the awareness of the importance of education to develop human resource and nation character. Metta maitreya school is the only school which has motto âA World As One Familyâ by practicing love value moral and ethic in daily life to make the students act wisely. This research was conducted to know and analize the school climate to the studentsâ character.This research used qualitative approach. The sample of this research was students of SMP Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used was strata sampling, in which there was sample in each strata. The subject was 60 students. Data collection techniques were quetionnaire, interview, and observation. From the data analysis, it was found that school climate influences the form of SMP Metta Maitreya studentâs character.The result of the research showed that the positive school environment was useful in solving problems at school. The positive climates at school such as the teachersâ willingness to greet students, the awareness of students to ask permission if they want to drink in the class, and respect between teachers and students at school can decrease behavior problems at school, increase students motivation to study, give more attention to the students, and improve students academic achievement.Keywords: School Climate, Studentsâ Character

Iksan Fakulti Pendidikan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, 43600 UKM Bangi, Selangor, MALAYSIA. Abstrak Refleksi guru merupakan salah satu langkah yang penting dalam pelaksanaan Lesson Study. Bagi meningkatkan professionalisma guru, Lesson Study telah menjadi amalan penting dalam pelaksanaan Program Professional Learning Community (PLC) di Malaysia. âVideo Critiqueâ dan âLesson Studyâ adalah di antara alat dalam pelaksanaan PLC.Oleh kerana Lesson Study baru diperkenalkan pada tahun 2011, maka amalan guru dalam melaksanakan Lesson Study masih di peringkat pembelajaran. Antara perkara yang menjadi masalah kepada guru ialah cara membuat refleksi yang baik semasa membuat pemerhatian di dalam kelas. Justeru, kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk meneroka cara guru cemerlang membuat refleksi serta tahap refleksi mereka terhadap video pengajaran guru di sebuah sekolah di Negeri Sembilan.Kajian ini telah dijalankan secara kualitatif. Peserta kajian adalah seramai 17 orang guru cemerlang termasuk dua orang pensyarah. Data telah dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan dokumen pemerhatian refleksi peserta kajian dan video sesi video critiquetersebut telah dirakam. Data telah dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis dokumen video sesi dialog refleksi yang telah ditranskripkan. Hasil dapatan mendapatiterdapat empat tahap reflektif iaitu Deskriptif, Reflektif Dialog, Reflektif Deskriptif dan Reflektif Kritikal. Majoriti guru cemerlang membuat refleksi pada tahap Reflektif Dialog. Terdapat sebahagian guru cemerlang membuat refleksi pada tahap Reflektif Deskriptif dan hanya sedikit guru cemerlang berjaya membuat Reflektif Kritikal. Kajian ini memberi implikasi bahawa perlunya pendedahan terhadap amalan reflektif semasa proses pemerhatian agar guru mendapat maklum balas yang mendalam dan bermakna hasil daripada amalan dalam Pembelajaran Komuniti.Kata Kunci: Pemikiran Reflektif, guru cemerlang, Video Critique, Lesson Study, Professional Learning Community (PLC) 1.

abstractEffective instructional leader was identified as a key factor for school effectiveness.School leaders should pay full commitment to improve the quality of teaching and learning in the classroom. This study was conducted to identify the effect of virtual instructional leadership practices toward teaching competency among school teachers. Data were collected through questionnaires from 352 respondents and analyzed using SEM. The result shown all the three dimensions that was suggested for the virtual instructional leadership were significant with the loading factor in range 0.41 and 0.98, while all dimensions that was suggested for teaching competency also significant with loading factor between 0.40 and 0.84. Beside that, the finding also shown that virtual instructional leadership contributed significantly toward teaching competency guru (β= 0.427, C.R = 6.758, P = .000). Finally, the study was successfull developed an interactional model between virtual instructional leadership and teaching (Ï2=1928.732, dk=926, P= <0.05)..Keywords: instructional leadership, teaching competency, mobile technology.

Abstrak Perisian Web 2.0 merupakan medium terkini dalam proses menghasilkan bahan kuliah interaktif dan inovatif oleh para pensyarah kepada para pelajar. Aplikasi web 2.0 menyediakan platform kepada pengguna untuk berkomunikasi dan berkolaborasi diantara satu sama lain serta penekanan terhadap penciptaan dan penerokaan ilmu secara aktif yang mana ianya dapat menjana kemahiran berfikir secara kritis dan kreatif pelajar. Tujuan kajian ini adalah mengenalpasti tahap pengetahuan, penggunaan, kemahiran dan faktor-faktor penggunaan integrasi Web 2.0 dalam kalangan pelajar siswazah fakulti pendidikan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia dan mengkaji hubungan di antara pengetahuan, kemahiran dan faktor penggunaan terhadap tahap penggunaan integrasi Web 2.0. Kajian ini adalah kajian kuantitatif berbentuk tinjauan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah berbentuk soal selidik mengikut skala Likert. Responden melibatkan 30 orang pelajar siswazah Fakulti Pendidikan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia yang dipilih secara rawak. Hasil kajian menunjukkan tahap pengintegrasian perisian web 2.0 dalam kalangan pelajar fakulti pendidikan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia adalah pada tahap tinggi. Bagi aspek pengetahuan, kemahiran dan faktor penggunaan mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap tahap penggunaan aplikasi web 2.0. Ini menunjukkan bahawa walaupun tahap penggunaan perisian adalah pada tahap yang tinggi, tetapi pelajar lebih menggunakan perisian untuk interaksi sosial dengan rakan-rakan berbanding menggunakan dalam pembelajaran.Kata Kunci : integrasi web 2.0, kolaboratif dalam pembelajaran dan pengajaran

Abstrak Kajian-kajian tentang sekolah berkesan telah menunjukkan bahawa sekolah yang berjaya biasanya dipimpin oleh pemimpin yang berkesan. Untuk menjadi pemimpin sekolah yang hebat, pengetua seharusnya memiliki pelbagai kemahiran kepimpinan, antaranya kebolehan berkomunikasi dengan baik. Artikel ini akan membincangkan konsep komunikasi kepimpinan bagi seorang pengetua. Sebagai pemimpin sekolah, pengetua perlu berkomunikasi dengan pihak atasan, dalam organisasi sekolah, serta dengan pelanggan mereka iaitu murid dan ibu bapa. Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk Membangun pembelajaran fisika di SMA yang menarik dan menyenangkan serta interaktif berbasis teknologi informasi. Pembelajaran fisika yang menarik karena dibangun media yang menarik dan terkini serta ada disekitar dunia siswa berbasiskan teknolgi informasi dan komunikasi (ICT), Intetaktif karena dapat berinteraksi dengan sipembelajar dan komunikatif karena dapat menyampaikan pesan pembelajaran secara jelas kepada si pembelajar. Dirancang dan dibangun suatu media yang dapat mengintegrasikan media dan perangkat pembelajaran fisika SMA berbasis Teknologi Informasi (ICT). Media ini dibangun dengan menggunakan Model EDDIE dengan memperhatikan aspek Pedagogi, aspek conten Pembelajaran Fiska Aspek Teknikal serta konsep fisika itu sendiri. Setelah selesai dirancang dan dibangun media lalu di tentukan validitas dan realibiltas dengan menggunakan konsep validitas dan uji coba. Dari Hasil ujicoba diperoleh bahwa media ini adalah valid dan reliable tingkat dengan Alpha Cronbach (α) adalah 7,2 dengan pengguna media yakni guru-guru Fika SMA dan 7,8 untuk kelas uji coba empiris. Dengan demikian media pengmbangan dan Pengemasan Pembelajaran Fisika yang diangun telah valid dan realiabel. kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Fisika menarik, Komunikatif dan Interaktif

Abstract Partly teachers believe that application of project based learning was hard to be done because of sosio economic factors, which is during the application of it, need equipment and material which hard to be obtained by student, whereas project based learning was suggested by Kurikulum Pendidikan Indonesia 2013. Therisetobjective is getting the declaration about necessity project based learning to be implemented by teachers in pekanbaru. Survey have been done for 32 teachers from various school around pekanbaru. The result was 56.25% teachers agree using project based learning in science study if the materials and tools available. 50% of them said too difficult getting equipment from environment around, 56,25% said difficult to prepare media for the project, and 75% said project based learning have been done before. In other side, 50% teachers earned that project based learning relatively made the student more creative and innovative and 75% believe that using project based learning made student easier to understanding the study. Based on information above can be concluded that most teachers believe project based learning is necessary to be implemented, but it need sufficient tools and materials, idea of project, the cheap cost, and the avaibility of project based learning moduleâs for teachers and teaching moduleâs for student to optimize it.Key words :science study, project based learning, science project.

AbstractThe aim of this study was to describe (1) the management of multimedia spectra (2) Utilization of multimedia spectra. (3) Maintenance multimedia spectra. This research is a qualitative study research approach phenomenological perspective. The study was conducted in SMP Negeri 1 Bagansinembah. Data collection technique used observation or documentation and interview. Data analysis with qualitative description of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. The results are expected (1) the management of multimedia spectra into: needs, efficiency, excellence. In the process of multimedia learning spectra have been prepared by a team of creative multimedia spectra were acquired by the Education Department in Rokan Hilir and given to public schools after being given the training a few days, further developed by the Multimedia spectrayag school to be used by all the school teachers. With the help of multimedia spectra teachers are expected to improve the quality of uru creativity in the use of instructional media. (2) The use of multimedia spectra in the learning process has been adapted to the needs of learning. Making it easier for teachers to deliver learning in class, but if all teachers have a good understanding of the use of multimedia spectra. Is the number of multimedia spectra used in the implementation of learning sufficient. (3) Maintenance multimedia spectra carried out by teachers, laboratory assistants, and students continuously. Every minor damage to the multimedia spectra, carried out by the teacher. As for multimedia spectra with severe damage done by outsiders.
