Abstract

Higher education is an educational provider that plays a role in producing quality graduates, tracking the absorption of graduates that are relevant to their scientific fields is needed in collecting graduate data. However, Tracer Study management still has problems, especially when searching for data from its alumni so that in this study, an Android-based Tracer Study application design was carried out with the application of Rapid Application Development (RAD) which aims to provide convenience in tracing and managing alumni data at a college. This study uses the RAD software development method, the purpose of this research is to design the Tracer Study application which aims to make it easier for universities to trace alumni data and to get feedback from alumni which can be used as information for universities in making decisions and evaluating in improving education delivery that can produce graduates with the appropriate competencies. with the needs of the industrial world.Keywords: Tracer Study, android, Rapid Application Development, application, Unified                         Modeling Language

Abstract

SMA Negeri 2 is Tarusan a secondary school in the Pesisir Selatan regency. Every new beginning academic year in the school, will be held the selection of new admissions. In the execution of these activities often face problems because the system used is still manual. With the New Student Reception Information System at SMAN 2 Online Tarusan expected to help deliver information and facilitate the execution of the processing and management of data for new students. The method uses in this research is interviewing, observation, literature study, analysis, system design, testing, and implementation. This research is expected of information systems created to provide the ease of implementation of a new student at SMAN 2 Tarusan.Keywords : Information Systems, Information Systems Admission.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (i) to determine the system design for determining the recipient of house renovation (case study in North Bonde village) using AHP and TOPSIS, (ii) to determine the results of implementation using the AHP and TOPSIS methods in the decision support system for determining recipients of the house renovation program in Bonde village. north. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE model. The test subjects in this study were North Bonde village officials. Bonde village apparatus response data regarding the implementation of the AHP and TOPSIS methods in the Decision Support System for Prospective Recipients of Home Surgery is collected through a questionnaire. The data collected in the trial were then analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The results show that (i) the results of the application of the AHP and TOPSIS methods have succeeded in providing recommendations for determining prospective home renovation recipients, (ii) the results of testing the system with a blackbox show that the SPK has no defects or errors, which means that the system has fulfilled the functional requirements (iii) Accuracy testing was carried out using 105 data from North Bonde village families, which were used as testing data having an accuracy rate of 88% with a comparison of 12 invalid data and 93 valid data, (iv) in UAT testing (User Acceptance Test) resulted in 82% of users who stated that they strongly agreed with the existence of this system which can help determine prospective recipients of house renovations according to the criteria used

Abstract

Padang City, West Sumatra Province, is one of the regions in Indonesia that has a good tourism and cultural sector. However, in the dissemination of information about tourism in the city of Padang has not been fully optimal carried out by the City Government of Padang. The community is not fully aware of tourist attractions in the city of Padang. Based on this reason the author designed an E-Tourism Application to Support Padang City Tourism Based on Android. The author analyzes and designs applications that are built using the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method with the stages of system requirements analysis and system modeling design using the UML method. For programming languages the author uses PHP, Java on Android Studio and MySQL Database.From this study produced an Android-based E-Tourism application that is integrated with the display of tourist locations on google maps as well as features adding tourist rating.

Abstract

Permasalahan forecasting dengan menggunakan data runtun waktu sangat sulit untuk dilakukan dikarenakan fluktuasi data yang sangat besar. Dilain sisi ada banyak data runtun waktu yang kita jumpai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Misalnya data runtun harga emas, harga saham, jumlah penumpang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja forecasting jumlah penumpang pesawat udara dengan memadukan dua metode. Data yang digunakan yaitu data runtun waktu jumlah kedatangan penumpang pesawat udara selama 14 tahun. Data data tersebut akan dibentuk pola data dengan dua belas variable input dan satu target. Dua belas bulan tahun pertama data sebagai inputan dan bulan pertama untuk tahun berikutnya sebagai target. Pola data yang terbentuk 156, selanjutnya akan dibagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu pola data latih dan pola data uji. Untuk mendapatkan proporsi persentasi pembagainnya maka dilakukan 7 skenario, dan scenario kedua terpilih dengan proporsi 62 dan 94. Metode yang digunakan yaitu FCM untuk mengkluster data dan ANFIS untuk membentuk mesin inferensi untuk mengenali pola data latih dan pola data uji yang sudah dibentuk. Dari 62 pola data yang digunakan untuk melatih mesin inferensi dilakukan optimasi pola data kesepuluh dan kedua puluh enam dikarenakan memiliki error terbesar. Hasil optimasi pola data latih signifikan pada hasil Mape dari 6.9% menjadi 6.3%. Hasil pengujian mesin inferensi menggunakan pola data uji menghasilkan MAPE 7.4%. Kesimpulannya mesin inferensi yang dibangun dengan metode hybrid fuzzy yaitu kombinasi FCM dan ANFIS mampu mengenali pola data uji yang dirancang dengan akurasi 92,6% serta optimasi pola data latih sangat signifikan dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja mesin inferensi.

Abstract

Sistem informasi rumah sakit adalah suatu sistem yang memproses dan mengintegrasikan seluruh alur proses pelayanan Rumah Sakit dalam bentuk jaringan koordinasi, pelaporan dan prosedur administrasi untuk memperoleh informasi secara tepat dan akurat, salah satu bagian dalam sistem informasi rumah sakit adalah sistem informasi pelaporan rumah sakit, yang dapat digunakan dalam mengolah data pelaporan rumah sakit. Indikator pelayanan rawat inap digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemanfaatan, mutu, dan efisiensi pelayanan rawat inap di rumah sakit. Untuk Menghitung indicator palayanan di Rumah Sakit Rafflesia Bengkulu masih menggunakan sistem manual, sehingga pengolahan data laporan kurang optimal dan sering terjadi kesalahan penginputan, ketidaktepatan data, dan kurang efisien dalam segi waktu dan tenaga, sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam penyampaian laporan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengembangan sistem dalam mengolah data indicator pelayanan rumah sakit, yang nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai penunjang dalam pengambilan keputusan dan meningkatkan mutu rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membuat suatu sistem informasi pelaporan indicator pelayanan rumah sakit guna mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada saat ini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk merancang dan membuat sistem informasi yang berbasis computer. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari observasi dan wawancara kepada pelaku sistem. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode waterfall. yang meliputi identifikasi permasalahan pada pelaporan indicator pelayanan rumah sakit,  kemudian melakukan analisis terhadap permasalahan dan mencari solusi agar permasalahan tersebut dapat teratasi, setelah dianalisis kemudian melakukan desain atau perancangan sistem, dan uji coba implementasi dalam pelayanan rumah sakit, setelah di evaluasi dari hasil implementasi maka perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan sistem. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif yaitu  dengan mengumpulkan data dari form sensus harian rawat inap dan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung terhadap alur dan prosedur untuk mengolah data pelaporan.Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa sistem saat ini banyak menemui kendala sehingga informasi yang dibutuhkan tidak dapat diberikan secara baik dan tepat waktu, dari hasil analisis dapat dikembangkan sebuah sistem informasi indicator pelayanan rumah sakit yang berbasis jaringan komputer di Rumah sakit Rafflesia. dan perlu dilakukan  penelitian dan pengembangan  lebih lanjut secara berkala terhadap sistem informasi ini. Pada penelitian ini masih mempunyai keterbatasan, yaitu informasi yang dihasilkan hanya terbatas pada data sensus harian rawat inap

Abstract

In this fast-paced and instant era, everyone needs information in a fast and accurate time, therefore we need a means that can support this, that is to have a fast and stable Internet connection. However, this cannot guarantee data security, safety factor is a very important factor to consider. To resolve the security problem of data communication on public networks, with implementing the network interconnection by the Tunnel/VPN (Virtual Private Network). Yayasan Pendidikan Bina Putera Indonesia is an agency engaged in the field of education, based in Jakarta and has branches in Bekasi. This agency has best internet connection but has not implemented the interconnection network by Tunnel/VPN. Therefore, exchanging data and information among these agencies is still less efficient and effective because it still has to go through public channels using third-party application like Email and WhatsApp. This research aims to design the application of network interconnection by Tunnel/VPN using PPTP method (Point to Point Tunneling Protocol) and connecting computer networks between agencies in Yayasan Pendidikan Bina Putera Indonesia which is expected to optimize the performance of all staff at the agency.

Abstract

Queuing Manual System at the STKIP PGRI West Sumatera General and Financial Administration Board (BAUK) needs to be upprove  for employees to facilitate employees in carrying out service. The design of information system is carried out by the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method which consists of planning, analysis, design an implementation. The analytical aid used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in the form of Use Case Diagram., Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagram. Data in this design is the number of queues, types of services. The design of this information system uses testing using Black Box Testing which will be tasted for each module using data that has been prepared. The final result is an application information system than helping BAUK STKIP PGRI West Sumatera in managing queue and improving student serevice and convenience in administrasi.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) applications that use 3D object tracking are still rarely used. This is because the appearance of information expected from a real object that is used as a marker is often slow and difficult to detect by the camera. The taking angle and lighting are part of many factors that influence marker detection. This study applies an experimental method by building an AR application using 3D object tracking by testing 2 variables, namely the angle and light intensity. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of light angles and intensity on the reading of 3D objects. The results obtained show that the effect of angle is inversely proportional to the magnitude of the light intensity. In other words, the appearance of 3D objects from the AR application is greatly influenced by conditions with bright light at a small angle. The level of light intensity is very influential on object detection. This can be seen from the average light flux (lumen) obtained, which is at an angle of 90° with lumen 205Cd. 3D object tracking applications can be used by the wider community in studying and getting to know building spatial plans.

Abstract

Batam City is a city that is growing rapidly, in terms of development, it is getting more and more, Everyone is competing to make an attractive Interior Design so that many visitors. Interior design can be seen in terms of aspects such as price, interior design and shape. The purpose of this study is to help users choose interior designs according to their needs. This Design Selection Case uses Fuzzy Logic by using Sugeno method to determine the input and output variables which are company associations, then converting the input variables into fuzzy sets with the fuzzification process, then fuzzy processing controls the data with the minimum method. The final step is to convert the output into a set of deficits with a defuzzification process using the centroid method, so that the desired results will be obtained in the output variable. This study uses education, age, opportunity and company variables using mathematical constants or input variable functions, and in the defuzzification process using the centralized mean method. The result of this research is that using the Sugeno method in fuzzy logic can be a Decision Making System in the selection of Interior Design in Batam City.
