Abstract

SMA Negeri 2 is Tarusan a secondary school in the Pesisir Selatan regency. Every new beginning academic year in the school, will be held the selection of new admissions. In the execution of these activities often face problems because the system used is still manual. With the New Student Reception Information System at SMAN 2 Online Tarusan expected to help deliver information and facilitate the execution of the processing and management of data for new students. The method uses in this research is interviewing, observation, literature study, analysis, system design, testing, and implementation. This research is expected of information systems created to provide the ease of implementation of a new student at SMAN 2 Tarusan.Keywords : Information Systems, Information Systems Admission.

Abstract

Penjadwalan perkuliahan merupakan masalah mengalokasikan waktu, mata kuliah, dosen dan ruangan. Di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi penjadwalan perkuliahan masih dikelola dengan cara konvensional dan belum terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi dengan menggunakan draft penjadwalan untuk diisi secara manual dan kemudian menggunakan komputer untuk kerapian hasilnya namun penyusunan jadwal dengan cara ini membutuhkan banyak waktu, tenaga, dan biaya serta akan mengalami banyak hambatan terutama dalam hal ketelitiannya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Menghasilkan suatu analisis terhadap sistem jadwal perkuliahan yang berlangsung di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi saat ini, Menghasilkan rancangan prototype Sistem Informasi Manajemen Jadwal Perkuliahan pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi yang berbasis web sehingga meningkatkan efektfitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan jadwal perkuliahan, Mempercepat dalam proses pemberitahuan jadwal perkulihan sehingga kebutuhan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa, karyawan, dosen bisa terlayani dengan mudah. Rancangan ini dibuat dengan menggunakan visual paradigm dan menggunakan teknik pemodelan berbasis objek untuk menggambarkan analisis dan desain sistem, yaitu dalam bentuk diagram use case, diagram class, dan diagram activity. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah rancangan prototype sistem informasi Manajemen Jadwal Perkuliahan Pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi. Harapannya bahwa sistem tersebut dapat diimplementasikan secara langsung untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan sistem jadwal perkuliahan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek peranan komputer adalah untuk mengelola sistem informasi dalam mendukung pelaksanaankegiatan suatu organisasi, terutama pada Rumah Sakit Islam Arafah Jambi yang mempunyai tugas danfungsi dalam pelaksanaan sebagai instansi penyedia layanan kesehatan. Salah satu tugas yang harus dilaksanakanadalah melaksanakan pengelolaan data karyawan dari proses karyawan tersebut masuk sampai dengan pegawairesign atau pensiun. Dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan data karyawan pada saat ini Rumah Sakit Islam ArafahJambi masih menggunakan Microsoft Office, penggunaan Microsoft office seperti Microsoft excel sangat penyulitkandalam mengolah data karyawan mengingat dengan banyaknya karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Arafah Jambi. Belum adasistem informasi yang mengelola data karyawan, pendidikan dan pelatihan dan pengangkatan status karyawanserta pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga dari kesulitan pengelolaan data karyawan menjadi salah satukendala bagian HRD, maka peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian di Rumah Sakit Islam Arafah Jambi membantumerancanga sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan dan mengimplementasikannya menggunakan metodeperancangan berorientasi obejek atau UML. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi karyawan Rumah SakitIslam Arafah Jambi.

Abstract

At this time the development of technology is increasingly advanced, and everything cannot be separated from technology, the need for fast, precise and accurate information is very important in the era of globalization, and from the research conducted several weaknesses were found, among others, product sales are still carried out conventionally, namely by coming to the place, thus narrowing the range of sales and resulting in less than maximum profit. The purpose of this research is to identify problems in the current system and design a android system at Koppi Jambi. When conducting research, the author uses qualitative methods that collect data through interviews, research, and observation based on field events. The analysis method in this study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method . The design design is only limited to a prototype. The results of this research. The final result of the design produces a android e-commerce Information System at Koppi Jambi. With this e-commerce system, it is hoped that it can increase their promotion and sales. help in increasing the number of customers.

Abstract

Seeing the importance of measuring the level of student satisfaction with the service implementation of the education and learning system, a container for measuring the level of student satisfaction is needed. Student satisfaction and a good experience received by each student is one of the priorities prioritized by the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi in shaping the image or good name of the university. But unfortunately, so far, to measure the level of student satisfaction in having the experience of feeling the service of implementing the education and learning system and using existing facilities at the University, it is still in the form of a questionnaire in the form of paper which is distributed directly to students when students are going for the final semester exams with a fairly time-consuming process. time in procedures and calculations. so that there is no transparency in data collection that is accumulated directly through the system and does not become a waste of time, energy and paper. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design an Information System for Measuring Student Satisfaction on Web-Based Services for the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi Campus so that it can improve the services of the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi Campus. This design is made using the visual paradigm and using object-based modeling techniques to describe the analysis and design of the system, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This study resulted in a prototype design of an Information System for Measuring Student Satisfaction on Web-Based Services for the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi Campus. On this basis, an integrated system is needed, it is hoped that the system can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of implementation for the university in handling and implementing faster solutions related to services on the University campus of Muhammadiyah Jambi University.

Abstract

Computer-based information systems are needed, especially in the development of an organization, in this case is the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi. Where the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi pays less attention to incoming and outgoing letters because currently the mail scheduling information system has not been fully integrated with the system where for mail scheduling still uses the conventional system. Where the process is still carried out by separating incoming and outgoing letters and then writing or recording several parts of the letter, namely: letter number, letter description, letter origin, incoming letter date, outgoing letter date, agenda date, document. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a prototype letter scheduling system so as to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in scheduling letters and speed up the process of searching for letters so as to make it easier for mail managers to find letters according to their needs. This design was made using the visual paradigm and using object-based modeling techniques to describe the analysis and design of the system, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This research resulted in a prototype design of an analysis system and design of a letter scheduling information system at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi. On this basis, an integrated system is needed, it is hoped that the system can be implemented directly to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the letter logging information system at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, excellent service is the main element in hospitals and health units, including health services provided by clinics. Likewise in the health service industry, such as the Nyai Walidah clinic. Almost all health units are required to provide health services that meet optimal service standards. To be able to gain an advantage in the competition, every company must be able to meet customer satisfaction, with a strategy that is in accordance with the services it offers. As for customer satisfaction, the company can fulfill one of them through the quality of its service. Patients will feel satisfied if the performance of the health services obtained equals or exceeds their expectations. The level of patient satisfaction is very important and is closely related to the level of patient return so that this can be used as an indicator of the quality of health services. Therefore, this study aims to measure patient satisfaction with Nyai Walidah's clinical services using the waterfall method. Which produces a satisfaction measurement system to assess the level of satisfaction of visiting patients and as an evaluation material for the performance of health services so that components can be identified that must be maintained and improved by the Nyai Walidah clinic.

Abstract

At the Bappeda Office (Regional Development Planning Agency) Jambi City has 75 ASN (State Civil Apparatus) employees. So far, in the process of processing employee data, it is still in the conventional way with Microsoft Excel office applications and the data is not yet centralized, it is still scattered in each field, to obtain information or edit employee data, especially the focus of this research is on rank data information which is constantly available. changes, to obtain this information, it must take 2 to 3 days because they have to collect data from their respective fields, then the data is submitted to the Head of the Sub-Division of Personnel and Households, this makes the author think of creating an information system that is realtime and efficient in order to facilitate the performance of a Head of Sub-Division of Personnel and Household. System design is done by using DFD and ERD to model data and processes. With this system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for all ASN employees within the Jambi City Bappeda and related and interested agencies who have access to get the latest information.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi marketplace berbasis web guna membantu UMKM mengurangi volatilitas pasar dan bersaing di era digital. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan teknologi XAMPP, PHP, MySQL, dan Bootstrap untuk menyediakan platform multi-penjual yang mudah dinavigasi. Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur untuk manajemen produk, klasifikasi kategori, dan pemrosesan pesanan yang memfasilitasi proses transaksi antara pembeli dan penjual. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini berhasil memfasilitasi interaksi jual-beli dengan cara yang efisien dan spesifik untuk UMKM, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akses pelanggan dan mempermudah transaksi. Dengan bantuan aplikasi ini, UMKM dapat memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan jam bisnis online

Abstract

PT Iko Minang Ritel is a company that focuses on selling market products, to MSME products. In an ever-changing and competitive market industry, companies must innovate and understand market trends to remain relevant and competitive. One of the keys to their marketing strategy is social media. Currently the social media used by PT. Ikomart are Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp. In today's rapidly developing digital era, the role of social media in the business world is very important in all aspects of the business sector, especially in the context of retail product marketing, has become increasingly significant. The influence of technology has become so dependent on the presence of the internet that it is easy to get information and also makes it easier to market a product. Brainstoring ideas is a discussion process to put forward ideas. Editorial planting is an activity where we put ideas that have been discussed into written form. Content production is an activity where we create content. Evaluation is measuring or assessing the quality, features, and also how the purpose for which the content was created. This evaluation will later be used to make decisions. With the social media Instagram, it can help companies promote more easily to many people because the majority of social media users currently are very large, especially Instagram users. So that the role of Instagram social media in carrying out promotions can increase sales and increase income for the company (9 pt).
