Abstract

Degree of N, P, K, Ca Mustard Green Network In Tune That Given Water Bm Cow And Bokashi With Add Several Ingredients To Increase Hara. Organic farming use organic fertilizer such as compost, bokashi, and cattle BM fertilizer. Input of  organic fertilizer can decrease by increae the quality of bokashi by apply ash, eggshell powder, and cow crine. Ash to increase potassium, eggshell powder is source of  calcium, and cow crine source of  nitrogen. The research used Completely Randomized Block Design consisting of seven treatments were bokashi without cattle BM fertilizer  and bokashi (SBo), cattle BM fertilizer and bokashi added ash (SB1), cattle BM fertilizer  and bokashi added cowurine (SB2), cattle BM fertilizer and bokashi added eggshell powder (SB3), cattle BM fertilizer   and bokashi added ash and cow urine (SB4), cattle BM fertilizer   and bokashi added ash and eggshell powder (SB5), cattle BM fertilizer   and bokashiadded ash and, eggshell powder and  cow urine (SB6). The data was anayzed byusing Analysis of Variance and Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) at 5%. The result showed that cattle BM fertilizer and bokashi added ash, cattle BM fertilizer  and bokashi added cow urine, and cattle BM fertilizer and bokashi added eggshell powder, each increasing potassium, nitrogen and calcium nutrient of soil,so that impact to potassium, nitrogen dan calcium   of  plant tissue.  Cattle BM fertilizer   and bokashi added cow urine significant to increasing dry plant weigh amount 28,57%. Abstract

Composite Flour Characteristics At Suplementasi Sea Grass Upon Which Standard Kuliner Product. The experiment was conducted at Food Technology Laboratory Politani Negeri Kupang lasted on April  to November 2008. The objectiveresearch  to  produced good  quality  composite flours  to    prepare  data  base  for produce excellent quality culinary product. The experiment used RCBD and 3 replications. The treatments were six  flour formulas base on wheat and indigenous flour  (K1 up to K6 added by  indigenous flours 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, 75% and 90% respectively). The indigenous flours were combination from waxy corn, sorghum,sweet potatoes, and seaweed. The variables observed were water absorption, gelatination, liquid viscosity, pulp  thickness,   expansion of  dough. Data    were analised using Anova and DMRT.The gelatination temperature and water absorption were increased at composite flours with  high indigenous flour contents. Viscocity and the dough expansion of composite flour decreased with high indigenous  flour contents. The pulp thickness of composite flours as same as character with liquid viscosity.Keywords: composite flours, supplementation, seaweed, culinar

Abstract

Combination Gift Several Medicine Plants Kinds As Chicken Productivity Enhanced Efforts. A research to study layer productivity given traditional herbs with differences given frequency. Ras layer on after peak of production at 36-40weeks were used in this research. The research was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design with four treatments and five replications. The treatments were P0 = without traditional herbs as a control; P1 = one traditional herbs capsule everyday; P2 = one traditional herbs capsule every two days; and P3 = one traditional herbs  capsule  every four  days.  Data  were  analyzed  using  Proc.  ANOVA  (SAS institute, 2000) and further tested using Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT).Results  showed  that  the  treatments  affected  significantly  (P<0,01)  the  egg production and (P<0,05) the measurement of  eggs, but not significantly for egg weight. It is concluded that the traditional herbs will optimize the layer productionon after peak of production. Keywords: traditional herbs, egg production, egg weight, measurement of egg

Abstract

Performans Production and Local Pig Livestock Reproduction At Kodya Kupang. This  study  was  conducted  to  asses  database  about  production  and reproduction performance of local pig at Kota Kupang (Kelapa Lima and Alak Sub Districs). The method used in this study was survey with direct interview to 60 respondents and direct field observation. Thirty respondents each representing of the District. The variable being measured were production   and reproduction performance of local pig. The results showed that production and reproduction performance of local pig at Kodya Kupang  still low.  The production performance were average birth weight 0,65 kg; average weaning weight 12,5 kg; average dailygain unknown and the reproduction performance were sex ratio 58,35%  unknown and 1:1 41,65%;  litter index 1-2 times of year, farrowing interval 6-12 months or average 9 months, average litter size 6 head, castration 63,35%, weaning ages 3-7 months or average 5 months, number of weaning unknown, and mortaliy 62,07% in pre weaning periods. Abstract

Model Plan Usahatani Conservation As Dry Farming ProductivityEnhanced Efforts. In the effort erosion trouble-shooting and the low of dry farming productivity, has been executed serangkian research which in focussed in area of Praktek Politani Kupang having location in Oesao Kabupaten Kupang. Research aim to study specific usahatani model of dry farming. Three kinds of model usahatani conservation has been checked, yakti bench terrace, terrace;core gulud and without terrace;core. Measurement of level of erosion is done in emperis with method USLE. To evaluate farm productivity also is done cultivation of green peanut crop Result of research indicates that technically, model usahatani conservation of bench terrace and terrace;core gulud gives repair impact to degradation of erosion speed and improvement of farm productivity. Bench terrace earns effectively lessens erosion until under admissible erosion boundary, however memerlukn technical clauses in its(the making in order not to harm plant growth. Terrace;core gulud is one of alternative of conservation that need to be considered, especially at soil;land;grounds having [shallow/ superficial] solum, because cost in its(the making is cheap and doesn't require many labours, and top layer soil is not annoyed. Abstract

Bacteria Identification Salmonella Sp And Full Scale Kontaminan Bacteria Coliform In Puffed Up Fish (Scomber Sp) That Sold At Inpres And Oeba Market. This study was about identification of salmonella bacteria and the total contaminant of colliform bacteria in kembung fish/ scomber sp that was sold in Inpres and Oeba Traditional Market. This study had been conducted for about 7 month in Kesmavet Laboratory, UPTD P2H Oesapa. Fifteen samples were taken randomly in each market, so that the total of  the sample were 30. The variables, which observed, were salmonella bacteria contaminant and the counting of colliform in kembung fish and physical observationof the fish. The data, which was collected from the results of examination and observation, were then analyzed descriptively. The result of the study showed that the total contaminant of colliform bacteria was 36 X 105 sel gram -1 in Inpres Market and 72 X 105 sel gram in Oeba Market, while there was no sign of Salmonella sp presents. This character was observed onmedia of XLD Agar, TSI Agar and LIA Agar so that the growth of bacteria colonizes in Inpres Market as well as in Oeba Market were prohibited. Abstract

Nutrient Contents in Sapihan Baby Food From Jalar Sweet Potato With Green Peanut Combination and Ambon Banana. This research aims to detect nutrient composition of sapihan food shaped jalar sweet potato cracker with green peanut treatment and Ambon Bananathat allocated for children under five with make use food source exist in Nusa Tenggara Timur. This research is supposed can increase product added value, power saves,  and nutrient value in order to increase family  nutrient  fulfillment  especially  in  children  under  five,  increase  economy welfare and family social and society.Research method that used complete random plan (RAL) factorial pattern with 2 factors. First factor that is green peanut that consist of 3 level that is: 25%,50%, and 75%. second factor Ambon banana consists of 3 level that is: 12,5%, 25% and 37,5%. Effort is repeated as much as 3 times. Research result data is cultivated, then analyzed to use unity test (anova). Furthermore treatment difference at test with difference smallest real (BNT) in standard 0,05.To detect influence from each treatment, so observation towards cracker characteristics is done to pass objective test that is calorie, protein, vitamin A and vitamin C with water contents.Green peanut treatment and Ambon banana towards baby cracker from jalar sweet potato flour in best objective analysis that is: 1)Sum of calorie in green peanut treatment 25% and Ambon banana 12,5% (K1P1) is 531,862 cal/100 gr, 2)Protein contents  in  treatment green  peanut  75%  and  Ambon  banana  37,5%  (K3P1)  is 11,627%, 3)Vitamin A contents in green peanut treatment 25% and Ambon banana 12,5% (K1P3) is 2505,99 micro gr/100 gr, 4)Vitamin C contents in green peanut treatment 25% and Ambon banana 12,5% (K3P1) is 126,258 micro gr/100 gr and 5)Water contents in green peanut treatment 25% and Ambon banana 12,5% (K1P1) is 5,81087%.Keywords: nutrient, sapihan food, jalar sweet potato

Abstract

valuative Response Farmer Towards Group Farmer In Perspective Condition Social Economy. The aim of this research of answering the problem as follows: 1) how the farmer's attitude towards the farmer's group? And 2) Whether the social factor economics had relations that were real with the farmer's attitude towards the farmer's group? This research was carried out in the Maulafa Subdistrict, Kupang, NTT for eight months, beginning with March 2008 up to October 2008.This research used the descriptive and technical method the data collection used the technique survey. The taking method of the sample was carried out in stages: 1) the determination of the example district deliberately (Purposive Sampling) that is the Kolhua District, Fatukoa District and Sikumana District and 2) the determination of the example farmer (the respondent) that  was carried out Reasonably Random Sampling totalling 15% from all the members of the farmer's group in all the example districts. The total respondent who was used in the research was 36 farmers.The data that was received was tabulated in accordance with the need of the analysis.  To  know the  attitude  and  the  perception of  the  farmer  towards  the farmer's group, the data was analysed by using descriptive statistics, whereas to know whether social factors economics had real relations with the farmer's attitude towards the group of the data farmer was analysed by using the Rank Spearman correlation.Results of the research showed that: 1) generally the member of the farmer's group in the Maulafa Subdistrict had a hesitant attitude about the farmer's group with the score of the attitude in general 35.56; and 2) the social factor economics that had real relations with the farmer's attitude towards the farmer's group was the number of securities of the family. Therefore, the social factor economics that could be used to forecast the farmer's attitude towards the farmer's group was the factor of the number of securities of the family.Keywords:.
