Abstract

AbstractAn organization certainly has goals and characteristics that differentiate it from other organizations. To achieve these objectives, organizations need well-planned and correct communication strategies. In this study, researchers take a religious social organization, namely Pondok Pesantren Salafi. With religious values ??and salafi system is a boarding school admitted salafi community and has its own characteristics. In this case, researchers raised about Communication Strategy of Human Resource Development Salafi Pesantren Miftahul Huda Tasikmalaya.This study aims to determine the communication strategy conducted by boarding school Miftahul Huda in the development of human resources. The research method used is case study method. In this case, the data collection technique is done by in-depth interview, observation, and documentation study. The theory of communication suitable for use in this research is the theory of symbolic interaction.The results of this study indicate that communication strategy of Miftahul Huda Pondok Pesantren in the development of its human resources include: audience, message source, media, message content, promotion, result, and interruption related to communication management strategy applied in human resource development is command management imama jamaah which in its application use the doctrine of tawhid ideology as philosophy and ta'at and obedient to imam as operational doctrine.Keywords: Communication Strategy, Development, Human Resources, Salafi Pesantren DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/nomosleca.v3i1.1476

Abstract

AbstraksiCover novel memiliki peran penting dalam menarik perhatian calon pembaca, oleh Karena itu ilustrasi pada novel dibuat semenarik mungkin karena pembaca cenderung beranggapan bahwa cover novel memiliki pesan yang mewakili isi novel, sehingga semakin menarik ilustrasi pada cover novel maka semakin menarik pula lah isi novel tersebut. Novel trilogi karya Vira Safitri, merupakan novel remaja dewasa yang masuk ke dalam genre amore, atau terdapat unsur percintaan. Ketiga novel tersebut memiliki kekhasan dalam ilustrasi covernya yang dapat dikatakan cukup berhasil mewakili isi novelnya tersebut. Berdasarkan pemikiran tersebut, maka tulisan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai simbol, makna simbol, serta bagaimana simbol dalam ilustrasi cover novel karya Vira Safitri mampu membangun kesan yang terbentuk di benak pembaca novelnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah semiotik dari Charles S. Peirce, dengan unit yang dianalisis berupa obyek gambar dan warna. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh antara lain: simbol yang dianggap memiliki makna yang disengaja adalah obyek gambar bunga, gambar alat/property, dan warna. Adapun makna yang diwakili oleh gambar bunga yaitu perwakilan negara yang menjadi lokasi utama dalam novel, sedangkan gambar alat/properti mewakili makna profesi salah satu tokoh utama, dan warna pastel yang dipilih mewakili aroma percintaan yang lembut namun elegan. Dengan demikian maka dapat dikatakan bahwa ilustrasi pada cover novel trilogy karya Vira Safitri ini telah mampu menggambarkan profesi sang tokoh, lokasi tempat berlangsungnya kisah, serta telah mampu untuk mendukung kesan elegan, romantic, dan happy ending yang menjadi ciri khas novel kisah cinta. DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/nomosleca.v3i1.1177

Abstract

AbstractThis article is intended to provide a description of research results on the intensity of public figure communication through the approach of familial relationships to prevent social deviation. This study is a literature review study or literature study based on some previous research results by combining factual analysis. The results of this study can reveal the intensity of communication public figures are able to prevent and cope with social impediment in a social group. Where the heaviest of deviations is labeling which is the cause and effect of the explanation itself. Social deviation is examined from two aspects namely lifestyle and culture in social groups. The intensity of communication of public figures always reflects the closeness of the relationship between the elements of the system within the society, and is able to contribute through efforts to improve the existing conditions in the normative state. The higher the intensity of communicating, the higher the togetherness is created through new forms of agreement. The main determinant is the intensity of communication by public figures and communication approaches based on kinship relationships. Abstract

AbstractThe rapid development of information and communication technology has led to the problem of journalism in Indonesia. Existing codes of ethics and rules seem to be just a scientific ornament in the practice of journalism. The appreciation for journalistic work is fading when there is a portal/web collecting other news to be aired again. Content aggregator as news gathering becomes a serious phenomenon for the continuity of journalism production. Collecting news and producing journalistic writings without media permission has been considered a custom. Yet ethically they are faced with the fact that producing credible news cant be done easily. Ethical issues in the context of Content Aggregator are divided into two sections; Presentation of news and news gathering, so it is necessary to approach ethical level for media industry as perpetrator, that is; Meta-ethics, Normative Ethics and Applied Ethics that organize media practitioners to apply journalism properly. This ethical problem can actually be anticipated through strict regulation of the opening of web/portal collecting news in vain. The logical consequence of information technology changes containing news from others is feared to undermine the grip of journalism so that the creation and enactment of media convergence legislation is a must. Abstract

This study discusses the relationship of media exposure to HIV and AIDS IEC (leafflet and stickers) to the level of knowledge of female sex workers in Malang Regency Suko localization. Media IEC is media Information, Education, Communication and leaflet and stickers that are health communication media has been running from 2006 to the present. Media leaflet and stickers is a health communications media that shape and change the knowledge of female sex workers.IEC media exposure and stickers leaflet measured from the frequency and duration of female sex workers in using the media. To measure knowledge of causes, symptoms or signs, treatments, modes of transmission and prevention of HIV and AIDS. The indicators in terms of content and the physical media IEC leaflet and stickers. This study classified as quantitative studies that measure the correlation of the independent variable exposure to media IEC (leaflet and stickers) with the independent variable is the level of knowledge. To determine the relationship between them, this study used the instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 90 female sex workers in the localization Suko. It also uses techniques of data analysis techniques Spearman Rank correlation because not distributed normally. This study proves the existence of a significant correlation between media exposure to HIV and AIDS IEC (leaflet and stickers) with the level of knowledge of female sex workers in Malang Regency Suko localization. Correlations that occur in this study is a positive correlation in which the low correlation coefficient value (p) of +0.362. The coefficient of determination (contribution) in this study is 13.7%. Abstract

AbstractTrader's business behavior in the traditional market environment is reflected in the behavior that appears in the interaction built with other parties. The uniqueness that is highlighted is the trade situation that can not be separated from face to face communication directly, began to be supported by advances in the field of communication technology. Contribution in building interaction among the parties involved is able to generate trust so that communication occurs continuously. What is in the business of the traditional market shows a recognizable and recognizable identity, by seeing the communication style of the merchant, the utilization of the communication tool, the accessories used, and the means of transportation. They are all symbols inherent in the life of the merchant, reflecting the life of the merchant. Meaning of the symbol by others is not much different, because people have the ability to give meaning and assessment of a person. This is the uniqueness of the merchant that is reflected in the daily behavior in the traditional market environment. Abstract

AbstractSeen from the internal public opinion: how do these communications Eddy, the internal public in their daily activities, the effectiveness of communication between the high officials, and how public opinion has been on the leadership style of communication Eddy Rumpoko. In this case, public opinion is presented as feedback from public officials as an internal, the communication style of leadership adopted by Eddy Rumpoko. As a simple guy, did not appear and also close to the people, how public opinion is formed, officials, during work time to accompany Eddy in Batu city government offices. Data collection techniques through the process of observation, interviews and using data documentation and publications to support data collection and analysis process. The analysis is done by emphasizing subjective and field findings. The results of this study is the leadership style of combining a top down and bottom up into a mainstay of Edy Rumpoko. Abstract

Foucault opens this book with a direct introduction to the concept of heterotopia. The term heterotopia is a neologism that Foucault deemed so frightening, for he "secretly destroys the language, for they allow it to give names on this and that, for they destroy and confound the common names, for they destroy the 'syntax' Furthermore". In the first chapter, Foucault made an introduction to what he would describe in depth in his book. He explained technically about the sign system of the Stoic period.
