Abstract

Business activity simply can not be separated from marketing activities. The importance of marketing cause businesses strive to achieve success is by doing various steps of marketing strategies. The purpose of this study to determine the marketing strategy used in the business of broiler (broilers) in District Rambah Rokan Hulu Regency. Techniques of data collection using surveys and interviews. Data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. Results of the study, the total score of the IFE Matrix is of 3.23 and the EFE Matrix has a total score of 3.05. In the IE Matrix broiler business (broiler) in the position I that grow and establish who has the opportunity and strength. Strategies that can be used is the strategy of vertical integration (Vertical Integration). Priority strategies that can be implemented based on the analysis QSPM are entrepreneurs take advantage of strategic business location for developing the existing business in order to meet the high market demand with a value TAS (Total Atractive Score) of 7.26. Keywords: Internar External factors, SWOT, QSPM

Abstract

Purpose of this research to find out the marketing channel and the role of the platform palm oil marketing in Kecamatan Rambah Hilir. Method of collecting the data was using questioner, interview, and dokumentation. Samples were sixty person taken in a random from all of smallholders to sell their crops to the platform. Questioner data got and tested with validity and reliability and very a role. The result of the research showed that the role of the platform in Kecamatan Rambah Hilir was sufficient a role. M arketing channel did by farmer in Kecamatan Rambah Hilir subdictrict was middleman, platform and palm oil mill. So that marketing channel often used by farmer to sell their income is platfoerm, then the role of platform on palm oil marketing in Kecamatan Rambah Hilir can increase the farmer income because got TBS price higher if compared with farmer sell palm iol to middleman. The existence of platform in Kecamatan Rambah Hilir may helped farmers economic and increase the welfare of farmer in the future.Keywords : Palm oil, Peron, Role

Abstract

High demand for crackers making business opportunities for cracker processing business, however, in making cracker processing business entrepreneurs typically do not conduct financial records, so it is not known how the expenditure and revenue to the business. This study aims to determine the income and financial feasibility of kerupuk jari processing business. The research was conducted from December 2015 through January 2016. Data collection methods used were interviews with respondents and observations place of business. The results showed that the kerupuk jari processing business is to earn income in year 1 of Rp.36,000,000, the 2nd year of Rp.38,400,000, the 3rd year of Rp.38,880,000, 4th year of Rp.39,600,000, years -5 for Rp.40,800,000, and the 6th year of Rp.43,200,000. Results of the calculation of financial feasibility on thekerupuk jari processing businesses declared eligible by the value of the Net Present Value of Rp.42.291.568, - that is positive (NPV> 0), Internal Rate Of Return 50.29% where the IRR is greater than the applicable ie Compound Factor 12.95% Net Benefit Cost Ratio is 1.1499 where (Net B / C> 1), Pay Back Period for 6 Months 14 Days, and Break Even Point for 5 Year 1 Day. Results of sensitivity analysis of operational cost increase of 15% fixed selling prices, business as feasible, while if the selling price fell 15% fixed production costs then this business Improper run.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe role of women farmers in rural areas is very important, in addition to taking care of the household and the children of women farmers also work to earn additional income for their families, various types of work can be done by a woman both self-employed and farming. In this study jobs occupied by women farmers are tapping rubber (cut). Techniques of data collection using surveys and interviews. Data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. Results of a study of the role of women farmers to the family income in the Pasir Utama Village In Sub District Rambah Rokan Hulu Regency contributed revenue of Rp.210.977.559/ year and accounted for 31,98% of total revenues family. The revenueis no separation with her husband acceptance. In addition to acceptance of thepeasant womans husbands income is used to meet household needs. These needsinclude basic daily needs, the needs of school children and other social needssuch as gathering and help people who have a celebration.Keywords: Role of Women, Income, Contributions

Abstract

Farm yards not only serves as an economic resource but also gives social contributions in the community and as a means of gathering among farmers in the District of Rambah Samo Rambah Rokan Hulu as well as a means of exchanging information about the farming they do. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of land use courtyard economic value tothe economy of the family. Techniques of data collection using surveys and interviews. Data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. Results of the research farm yard area contributed revenue of Rp. 306.694 / planting period and accounted for 3.45% of the total receipts of the family.

Abstract

A good marketing product requires proper marketing distribution so that business can keep going and growing. Data collection method used was survey. The results showed that there are three marketing channels tempeh chips at the study site, the channel I: employers tempeh chips - mini market - consumers; II: businessman tempeh chips - shop - consumers; III: businessman tempeh chips - retailers - consumers. The level of efficiency of distribution channels marketing channels I and II is more efficient with a marketing margin of Rp 1,000 compared with the third marketing channel marketing margin of Rp 950.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the costs and farm income as well as the level of efficiency of inorganic and organic rice farming on irrigated fields in the village of Central Rambah Rambah Rokan Hilir District of Hulu. Determination of sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique in which respondents selected 20 farmers are organic rice and 20 rice farmers in the village of inorganic Middle Rambah Rambah Rokan Hilir District of Hulu. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the total cost per hectare and per kg of output per growing season issued an organic rice farm larger than inorganic rice farming, the value of organic rice farming RC ratio greater than inorganic rice farming. This suggests that organic rice farming is more profitable than rice farming inorganic. Suggestions put forward is organic rice farming are equally worth the effort, but the rice farming fertilizer users Organic rice farming more profitable than inorganic fertilizer users.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing channels of eggs and eggs marketing strategies. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method by observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of this research note egg marketing channel is through the manufacturer to the dealer and then to the middle stalls and consumers. Based on the results of internal analysis using IFE obtained a score of 2.85 and an external analysis results using EFE obtained a score of 2.40. Thus putting the marketing of eggs are in quadrant V, a strategy that can be applied is intensive strategy, the strategy of market penetration, market development, and product development.

Abstract

The Extension program serves as a bridge of connecting the practices carried out by the farmers with agricultural knowledge and technology are constantly evolving. In evaluating extension programs, it is necessary to vote by farmers on programs that run by PPL. The purpose of this research was to determine the success of the outreach program Rambah Baru village Rambah Samo subdistrict. The data analysis was the method of CIPP Evaluation. The results showed that the evaluation of the Context with a score of 545 (72.66%) and it belongs into the category of work, in Input with a score of 361 (60.16%) and it belongs to the category of quite successful, in process with a score of 288 (64%), and it belongs into the category of quite successful

Abstract

Ranch agribisnis is all business activities related to livestock farming activities, the farm is able to improve the rural economy and increase rural incomes ( Sutawi, 2012). The aims of the study : (1) identify the system of chicken management ranch business by plasma partnership system with PT.Gemilang Unggas Prima.(2) analyze feasibility financial of chicken ranch business by plasma partnership system with PT. Gemilang Unggas Prima.(3) analyze the sensitivity of the chicken farm in the district race Rambah Hilir to the possibility of an increase in operating expenses and adecrease in selling prices together. This research was conducted from october 2015 until february 2016. Data collection methods used are surveys and direct interviews with respondents. Broiler breeding business through a partnership with the company’s core ( PT.gemilang Unggas Prima) started based on a cooperation agreement that governs all the scope of the partnership includes the benefit and risks of each party effort that must be borne. To meet the obligation of duty as the core enterprise of the plasma business, in this partnership , PT.Gemilang unggas Prima provide a means of livestock production (DOC, fodder, and medicines), equipment enclosures, technology guidance, marketing and payment of the rest of the plasma business. Based on the results of a financial analysis broiler breeding business with a partnership with the scale maintenance 20.000, 13.000, 12.000, 8.000 and 7.000, deserves to be developed , because all the qualified investment feasibility analysis of the five farmers with loan capital from Bank with interest rate of 16%. Where in the resulting NPV is greater than 0, net B/C is greater than 1, the IRR is greater than the discount factor. And the length of time needed to cover investment back relatively quickly (PP) sensitivity analysis on the  increase in operating costs together amounted to 10% and 10% decrease in selling prices. Broiler farms business is still feasible to be developed.
