Abstract

This research aims to examine the characteristics of the relationship with income level broiler farms in the District of North Tambusai. This research uses questionnaire data directly from broiler breeders. Variables include age, education and experience. Data was analyzed using SPSS 17. The results showed that the correlation analysis model the characteristics of the income level of broiler breeders in the district of North Tambusai by the following equation: Y = 0000 to 0.140 X1 + 0.420 X2 + X3 + 0.166 2810401.581 it shows that independent variables of age, education and experience have a very strong relationship with the income of farmers in the district of North Tambusai. Classical assumption test results showed that age, education and experience real effect because the level of significance above 5% (0.05).

Abstract

Potato chips is a food production process is quite simple, potato chips is also a food that is highly favored by the people ranging from children, adults and the elderly. But in running the business entrepreneur potato chips have not done an evaluation of business being run and also do not perform financial analysis on business so unknown amount of revenues and profits in each production period on business. The research objective was to analyze the financial feasibility of agro-industry enterprises potato chips. Data collection methods used were direct interviews with respondents. Results of financial analysis shows that the value of Return Cost Ratio (RCR) of 1.50 which indicates that every single rupiah spent entrepreneur will make a profit of 1.50, BEP production price of Rp. 535 / pack, BEP production volume as much as 1,003 packs / production period. From the results it can be concluded that the agro-industry effort potato chips Mrs. Sunarti feasible.Keywords: business, financial results.

Abstract

Agro-industrial development will increase demand for agricultural products so as to increase production, the price of agricultural output and farmers income. The purpose of this research to determine the magnitude of costs, revenues, profits, and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and formulating alternative development strategies that can be applied in the development of agro-industry in Desa Pasir Utama onion cake. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of business development, IFE and EFE matrix, SWOT and QSPM. The research concludes that the period 3 June to 3 July 2015 Mr Nawawi agro-business revenues of Rp 7.3152 million,-. Strategic priorities is to increase the amount of production to keep pace with growth and take a business opportunity that is wide and cooperate with the government obtained a total of 5,501 fascination.

Abstract

Bussiness feasibility study is needed to see a figure out of feasibility to run a business. Incarrying out the business of bread Hamimah agro-industry, most employers have notmade a special recording of finance for their business, so it is not known how much itsexpenses cost and revenue expenditure on its business. This research purpose to analyzethe financial feasibility of bread Hamimah agro-industry and knowing the problemsfaced.Method ofanalysis usesfeasible analysis from various aspect such as market andmarketing aspects, technical aspects, financial aspects,in addition sensitivities analysisalso used to asses input of cost increase toward business feasibility.This research wasconducted from November 2015 until February 2016. Data collection methods used weresurveys and direct interviews with respondents. The results of a financial analysis on tofuagro-indutry business as feasible with Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp.2,184,214,511,- ispositive (NPV> 0), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) IRR 15,86% which is greater discountfactor that applies, namely 12.95%, Net B / C is 1,3099 where the Net B / C> 1, Pay Backperiod (PBP) 1 months5 day, and Break Even Point (BEP) 5 years 9 months 20 days,meaning not experience gains and losses before the economic life of the equipmentexpires.The results of the sensitivity analysis declared eligible by the increase inoperating costs by 18% the selling price fixed and the selling price sensitivity analysis18% and fixed production costs feasible declared.All result were analyzed with theinvestment criteria states that enterprises in Mr.Sudarso’s bread agro-industry isfeasible.

Abstract

Integrated Crop Management Field School (FFS-ICM) is a non-formal education opportunities for farmers to increase their knowledge and skills in recognizing the potential, farm plan, solve problems, make decisions and apply the appropriate technology. SL-PTT relationship with knowledge, skills, and attitudes can be seen after the implementation of SL-PTT. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship SL-PTT with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of rice farmers in the district Fullness Rokan Hulu. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of the average score. The results showed that the respondents knowledge before attending the SL-PTT 2.33 and after following the SL-PTT 4:35. Skills before joining SL-PTT 2.25 and after following the SL-PTT 4:33. Attitude before following SL-PTT 2:30 and after following the SL-PTT 4:29. Thus there is a change in knowledge, skills, and attitudes of farmers after training towards the better.
