Abstract

This research aims to look at and determine the effect of cooperative learning talking stick method to motivate students in the material quantities and units of class VII SMP N 2 Kepenuhan.This research uses regression analysis. Based on the data analysis the researchers found that the talking stick method of teaching positive effect on students motivation. Based on calculations using the data obtained was found that correlation rhitung = 0.9915 while the value rtabel respectively by 0.413. Thus t is greater than rtabel (rhitung> rtabel), the significant level of 5%. It can be concluded that there are significant cooperative learning talking stick method to motivate students in the material quantities and units of class VII SMP N 2 Kepenuhan.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence Problem Posing learning model against the cognitive learning physics VII grade students MTs PP Raudatussalam Rambah on the concept of quantity and unit. Population in this research is class VII MTs PP Raudhatussalam Rambah Rokan Hulu, while its sample is classVII (seven) as many as 22 students of MTs PP Raudatussalam Rambah. Of the learning objectives are testedin the classical style, where over 80% mastery of the entire student learning objectives to be achieved, it can be said that the learning objective have been completed. Based on the data analys, that the test results of classical completeness gain mastery by 95%, and the results of the normalized gain, low gain value is 0.50 which is categorized as moderate and gain the highest value is 0.87 categorized as high. As well as gained an average value of 0.74 which included a gain that is considered high. Problem Posing learning model that has done a good effect on the cognitive learning physics class VII MTs PP Raudatussalam Rambah.

Abstract

This research discusses the effect of applying inquiry learning model to improve student learning outcomes cognitive physics SMA Negeri 1Tambusai. Population in this research is class XI IPA SMAN 1 Tambusai, while its sample are whole classes IX IPA as many as 50 students of SMAN 1 Tambusai. Data were analyzed using the test N-Gain. Results from termormalisasi cloth, with a value - average gain of 0.71 experimental class with high category, while the value - average gain of 0.53 with the control class medium category. Further testing the hypothesis using the t test. Before performing a hypothesis test conducted prerequisite test that uses test Liliefors normality test and homogeneity test using the F test, the result is a class of data samples have normal distribution and variance homogeneity. The next hypothesis test, the calculation results obtained by thitung = 4.05 and table = 2,021. This shows that thitung > table (α = 0.05). It’s can be conclution thus there is the influence of inquiry learning model to the cognitive learning physics students SMA Negeri 1 Tambusai.

Abstract

The purpose of this research  was to determine the effect of the use of participatory methods for students motivation SMP N 3 Rambah. This research design that uses a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques in this research using the following instruments Questionnaire and tests. Population of this research is all class VII SMP N 3 Rambah totaling 16 students. The sampling technique using saturated sampling is sampling technique when all members of the population as the sample (Sugiyono, 2009). The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive and then test Correlation and Simple Linear Regression. Besecl on data analis, Of goals learning tested Based on the calculation of correlation which has been obtained that the value rhitung = 0.992, Anchored by interpretation of the correlation coefficient are in a very strong category, as well as from the regression equation Y’= 41.28 + 0.89 X. The equation contains koefisien direction that is positive regression evidenced by high learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the psychomotor abilities of students in learning physics by doing lab-based performance assessment. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research design One-Shot Case Study. The sampling technique that is done is saturated sampling technique. The research was conducted in Bahrul Ulum MTs Rambah Downstream class VII. The first and second meetings conducted by sheet guiding practicum (LPP) assessment and observation sheet. The third meeting of assessment using performance assessment. At the first meeting of LPP lowest value for the class VII is 70 namely the LPP 5. The highest value for the class VII is 85, namely group 3. Observations on the second meeting for the seventh grade have an average activity of excellent quality. At the third meeting of psychomotor ability of students to use student performance assessment for the whole class VII effectively. So it can be concluded that the method of measurement practicum effectively used in learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated physics not only theoretical concepts but practiced, the high price and lack of funds to purchase tools practicum especially tools practicum material calor radiation, then conducted tool making practicum termoskop. The method in this research is a practical tool manufacture termoskop, test tool practicum termoskop, test  feasibility tool practicum termoskop. Results in making tool practicum termoskop in accordance with references, distinguish absorption in color body, bottles black absorbs calor 0,011x10-16J with the rate of absorption 1,6 x10-16W and a bottle of white 0,010x10-16J with the rate of absorption 1,4 x10-16W. LKP who presented the material in accordance with the theory of physics, obviously, simple sentences, easy to understand, could guide the students to dig up information, typeface is easy to read and attractive.
