Data analysed to use Wilcoxon. The results of this study indicate that most respondents had less knowledge about the early initiation of breastfeeding is 17 people (53%), most respondents being negative is 22 people (69%) and meaningful relationship / significant association between maternal knowledge of the attitude of the mother to initiate breastfeeding early in Village Mojokarang District Dlanggu Mojokerto using Wilcoxon statistical test results obtained p <α = 0.05 is 0.000 <0.05. For that health workers provide information about the initiation of early suckling and provide motivation for mothers to want to implement an early initiation of breastfeeding. Keywords: knowledge, attitudes, early initiation of breastfeeding

Population 21 people taken all with total sampling. The variable impact of giving food addition early. Data was collected using a checklist instrument. The data have been obtained and analyzed by process of editing, coding, scoring, tabulating further processed statistically with the presentation in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results showed most of the impact of giving food addition early in babies aged 0-6 months are weight gain / obesity as many as 12 respondent (37.5%). Provision of complementary foods in infants aged 0-6 months causing weight gain / obesity are not in accordance with age so that it can affect the growth and development of the babys physical and psychological. The existence of Trustees Drink Drugs (PMO) of the patients family members are expected to recover in time and proper treatment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation betweenthe active treatmenttuberculosis (TB) roleof patientsfamily with the incidence of depression. Design study using analytic correlational with cross sectional approach . The population in this study were all patients with active treatment of tuberculosis (TB) who lived with the family at the Lumbanghealth centers,Lumbangsub-district,Probolinggo are 32 respondents and 32 respondents sample was taken using a total sampling . Instrument research using questionnaires . Data collection was conducted in April 2014. Analyze data using cross-tabulations . The results showed most families are less active role in the treatment of tuberculosis as many as 20 respondents ( 62.5 % ) and the majority of people with mild depression Tuberculosis as many as 22 respondents (68.8 %) . The results of the analysis of data obtained from 32 respondents respondents most is getting a negative role and mild depression as many as 16 respondents ( 50 % ) while the least was the respondents who received a positive role and severely depressed respondents while also getting a negative role and not depressed as many as one respondent (3.1 %). families who have experienced family members Tuberculosis supervisor should be taking medication (PMO) for increasing the effectiveness of the role of the family is lacking in medical assistance due to family involvement in treatment can improve and monitor the treatment of patients with tuberculosis .Keywords : Role of Family, Tuberculosis, Depression.

Abstract

Popular types of injectable contraceptives in Indonesia is the DMPA. Working power of the old, effective and high-level reversibility make three-month injectable contraceptives become one of the options acceptor. However, each method of contraception have side effects, one of which is an increase in weight. This study aims to determine the use of a long relationship with the increase in body weight at 3-month injectable contraceptive acceptors. The type of research uses analytic research with cross sectional approach. Independent variable is the old three-month injectable contraceptive usage, and the dependent variable is the increasing weight of the injectable contraceptive acceptors three months. The study population was all of 3-month injectable contraceptive acceptors during the first year, two years, three years revisited. This research was carried out on September-November 2010, the sampling techniques used are non-probability sampling using simple random sampling to obtain a sample of 40 respondents. View of data collection techniques of secondary data and observation and statistical tests used were Spearman rank (Rho). The results from 40 respondents indicate long three-month injectable contraceptive use during the three years were 19 respondents (47.5%) and increased weight gain of 24 respondents (60%). Data analysis using Spearman Rank statistical test (Rho) showed that the level of significance ρ = 0.00 (

Research design using analytic crossectional approach. Population was all mothers who have children aged 1-2 years in the the Bugul Lor Village Bugul Kidul District Pasuruan as many as 34 mothers taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analyzed using chi-square tests. From the analysis of data obtained p = 0.006 <0.05 means there is a correlation between working mothers with early weaning in children aged 1-2 years in the Bugul Lor Village Bugul Kidul District Pasuruan. From the results of research can be concluded that the majority of respondents are working mothers and children aged 1-2 years were weaned early. Abstract

Dementia is a syndrome-syndrome what it is chronic or progressive decline in cognitive function where there is (i.e. the ability to process thoughts) beyond what can be expected from normal aging. This affects memory, thinking, orientation, comprehension, calculation, capacity for learning, language assessment, and consciousness are not affected. The purpose of this research was the relation of age to incidence of dementia based on PPSME on the elderly. The design study was analytic with cross sectional approach korelasional. Samples were taken with the cluster random sampling technique as much as 56 respondents. Data was collected by questionnaire PPSME instrument, and then processed in coding, editing, scoring, and tabulating and then tested with test spearman rho. of the 26 respondents were classified as mild dementia contained 15 respondents aged 55-62 years old and 11 year-old 63,75 respondents, while 10 of the respondents who were currently. There were 7 respondents aged 55 to 62 years of age and 3 respondents aged 63 – 75 years. Spearman rho was obtained test results data of α = 0.05 ρ = 0,017 then ρ < α so H0 was rejected then and H1 was accepted so that there was a relationship of age with incidence of dementia. This shows that the older the age someone thus respondents will do experience dementia in heavy categories. So expect for health care personnel to better enable health cadres to participate in the activities of posyandu elderly, so as to provide good service on the elderly.Key Words : Demensia, Elderly, PPSME, Age

Abstract

The prominent physical disorder for women during menstruation is dysmenorrhea. There are several methods to reduce dysmenorrhea pain; one of them is the Mozart. Mozart music can overcome the pain based on the gate control theory that explained the pain impulse can be regulated or inhibited along the central nerve system. The aim of this research is to analyzed the effect of Mozart music on reducing dysmenorrhea pain for adolescent in MAN Sooko Mojokerto. Research design that used by researcher is pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. The populations in this research were all adolescent in tenth grade students of MAN Sooko Mojokerto. The sampling used is purposive sampling with 20 respondents were found which appropriate criteria. The collecting data is using numerical pain scale and the result processed with paired sample T-Test. From the result of paired T-Test showed that p (0,000) < α (0,05), so that, Ho refused. It means there is significant effect of Mozart music on reducing dysmenorrhea pain. This is because by listening to Mozart music can stimulate the raising of endorphin hormone that would block the release of P substance from sensory neuro, so impulse pain transmission in the spinal medulla becomes blocked, so that menstrual pain sensation is reduced.Key Words: Dysmenorrhea, Mozart Music.
