Abstract

This research aims to find out: the influence of quality of service (X 1) towards consumer satisfaction (Y) services travel Hajj and umrah at PT. Sebariz Color Blessing in Surabaya, influence the perception Rates (X 2) towards consumer satisfaction (Y) and umrah travel services Haji at PT. Sebariz Color Blessing in Surabaya and the influence of trust (X 3) against the consumer satisfaction (Y) services travel Hajj and umrah at PT. Sebariz Color Blessing in Surabaya and the influence of the quality of service, price, and the Perception of trust in partial towards customer satisfaction services travel Hajj and umrah at PT. Sebariz Color Blessing in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach by using the tool calculate the SPSS version 24.0 by taking samples of as many as 60 respondents from the consumer services travel Hajj and umrah at PT. Sebariz Color Blessing in Surabaya. Data retrieval is obtained by using purposive sampling technique when the dissemination of questionnaires do. The results of this research were obtained through calculation using SPSS t test that on a free variable service quality (X 1) the magnitude of the value of significance is 0.004 0.005 <, this indicates that H0 is rejected and the H1 is accepted, so that the free variables quality of service (X 1) effect significantly partially towards customer satisfaction services travel Hajj and umrah at PT. Sebariz Color Blessing in Surabaya. The second free variables i.e. perception of price (X 2) the magnitude of the value of significance is 0.100 > 0.005, this indicates that H0 is accepted and rejected, so H1 non variable perception of price (X 2) has no effect against a partially significant satisfaction consumer services travel Hajj and umrah at PT. Sebariz Color Blessing in Surabaya. And variable trust (X 3) the magnitude of the value of significance is 0.729 > 0.005, this indicates that H0 is accepted and rejected, so H1 non variable perception of price (X 2) has no effect against a partially significant consumer satisfaction services travel Hajj and Umrah at PT. Sebariz Color Blessing in Surabaya. Based on the analysis of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.575. These values indicate that the relationship of quality of service (X 1), perceptions of price (X 2), and trust (X 3) and consumer satisfaction variable (Y) is strong. As for the coefficient of determination (R2) that shows the value of 0.331 which means that amounted to 33.1% consumer satisfaction can be explained by the variable quality of service (X 1), perceptions of price (X 2) and trust (X 3). While remaining 100% 33.1% = 66.9% influenced by variables other than the model that is examined. Keywords: quality of service, Price Perception, confidence, consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Metode Predictive Human Performance Model merupakan sebuah metode yangmemanfaatkan CogTool untuk prototyping sebuah website. CogTool sendiri merupakansebuah tool atau aplikasi yang sering digunakan untuk membuat prototyping userinterface (UI) system yang dapat dengan otomatis menghasilkan prediksi kuantitatiftentang perilaku user terhadap prototype sebuah system. Metode ini termasuk dalamkategori tidak sering digunakan khususnya dalam penelitian pengembangan sistem diIndonesia. Penelitian dengan judul pemanfaatan metode predictive humanperformance model untuk prototyping webite (studi kasus: websitewarta17agustus.com) ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perbaikan pada websitewarta17agustus.com yang dilakukan dengan melakukan pengukuran usabilitas websitedan merancang prototyping website warta17agustus.com sesuai dengan rekomendasiyang didapat serta melakukan implementasi prototyping pada websitewarta17agustus.com sehingga didapat website warta17agustus yang selaras dengankebutuhan pengguna.Kata Kunci: Metode Predictive Human Performance Model, CogTool, Usabilitas

Abstract

Cocoa is a plant with recalcitrant seed properties. The viability of recalcitrant seeds canonly be maintained for a few weeks or months, even though they are stored in optimumconditions. Cocoa seeds need to be maintained viability during storage / shipping to thedestination of planting. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sawdust andhusk storage media on the viability of cocoa seeds (Theobroma cacao L.). The results showedthat: a). Storage treatments using sawdust and husk storage media have a significant effect onthe percentage (amount) of germination seeds, speed or rate of sprouts and wet weight of cocoaseed sprouts; b). The treatment of K4 (storage with 100% husk) tends to give a better valuecompared to other treatments on all variables studied, so that cocoa seeds can be maintainedviability during storage / shipping to the destination of planting.Keywords: Viability Of Cocoa Seeds, Recalcitrant, Seed Technology, Sawdust, Huks

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial behavior,financial attitude, and demography on consumptive behavior. This study used questionnaireswith a sample of 100 students of the Faculty of Economics, University of 17 Agustus 1945Surabaya using. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Data analysis inthis research use SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with application of PLS program(Partial Least Square).The results of this study indicate that financial literacy significantlynegatively affect consumptive behavior, financial behavior has a positive effect significantlyon consumptive behavior, financial attitude has a positive effect on consumptive behavior,and demography has a positive effect on consumptive behavior on the students of the Facultyof Economics, University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya.Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Behavior, Financial Attitude, Demography,ConsumptiveBehavior

Abstract

PT. ABC is one of the manufacturing industry that produced the polyurethane panelThis company needed to concern about its operational management. From the initialidentification known that the company had a problem on production process. This companycouldn’t research their target and also production period which resulted in operationaldiscruption, this research tried to fried tofind the causes, the risk and also the solution in thisresearch are ishikawa diagram and FMEA to determine the highest risk in the productionprocees from  FMEA it can be conduded that there are 2 dominant risk needed to be handledfirst the risk are operator didn’n’t wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and lacked ofconcentration while working.Keywords: Ishikawa diagram, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis

Abstract

The use of concrete for construction materials is currently in demand because theconcrete has advantages such as high compressive strength, easy maintenance after theconcrete is crushed and easily formed to suit the needs. Among the advantages of theconcrete also has a defect that is brittle and has a tensile strength of about ten percent of thecompressive strength. Disadvantages of the concrete can be overcome by adding fiber to theconcrete mixture, can be called fiber concrete (fiber concrate). In this study the use of specialstainless steel factory-made as an additional material will be replaced with other materialsthat is nails. The results to be tested include compressive strength and tensile strength of thevariation of spikes 0%, 2% and 4% were tested for 7 days and 28 days of test subjects of 36units. The results obtained from this research process is a decrease in compressive strength asthe variation of spikes increases and vice versa increases the tensile strength as the spikesincrease.Keywords: Normal Concrete. Abstract

Penggunakan alternatif perbaikan tanah dalam mengatasi permasalahan geoteknik dimana tanah harus dapat menahan beban struktur bangunan merupakan hal yang sangat pentingdalam menanggulangi permasalahan konstruksi dalam hal penurunan tanah. Diantara alternatifperbaikan tanah adalah dengan memberikan perkuatan, stabilisasi tanah, serta penggunaanvertical drained sebagai solusi meningkatkan daya dukung tanah. Pada penelitian inimenggunakan material vertical drained sebagai bahan perbaikan tanah. Penggunaan verticaldrained digunakan pada material tanah yang berada di jalur taxiway, Bandara Juanda Surabaya.Diketahui pada lokasi taxiway di Bandara Juanda Surabaya telah terjadi penurunan pada jalurtaxiway, hal ini dikarenakan beban dari pesawat yang berada diatasnya, daya dukung tanahdasar yang rendah serta masih terjadinya proses konsolidasi ketika pembangunan jalur taxiwaytersebut berlangsung, sehingga tanah dasar belum sepenuhnya memampat. Proses konsolidasipada dasarnya membutuhkan waktu yang lama, tergantung dari jenis tanah yang ada.Penggunaan media prefabricated vertical drained dapat memperbesar permeabilitas tanah,sehingga air dapat keluar dalam waktu yang lebih singkat. Data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah data hasil pengujian tes N-SPT serta Tes Boring. Diharapkan daripenggunaan Prefabricated Vertical Drained, daya dukung tanah dapat meningkat danpenurunan konsolidasi dapat berhenti. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahuibesar pemampatan yang terjadi adalah sebesar 0,786 m dengan besarnya beban yang diterimatanah adalah sebesar 20,880 t/m2 selama 87,78 tahun. Tinggi timbunan sebagai beban yangdibutuhkan dalam penggunaan PVD adalah sebesar 1,974 m dimana dilakukan pemasanganPVD dengan pola segitigat sedalam 20 m dengan jarak pemasangan 1 m. Dari hasil pemasanganPVD tersebut, didapatkan lama pemampatan adalah selama 11,5 mingguKata Kunci : Bandara Juanda Surabaya, Konsolidasi, Tanah Lunak, Vertical Drain

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1). Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap kinerjakaryawan pada PT. United Indo Surabaya. (2). Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap kinerjakaryawan pada PT. United Indo Surabaya. (3). Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompensasi secarasimultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. United Indo Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. UnitedIndo Surabaya sebanyak 30 karyawan. Teknik pengunpulan data menggunakan data primerdengan metode survey instrumentya menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan analisis data dilakukandengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi5% menunjukan bahwa : 1). Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, yangditunjukan dari hasil regresi β sebesar 0,440 dan nilai signifikansi 0,003 ; dimana signifikasilebih kecil dari 0,05 ( p = 0,003 < 0,05 ) ; 2). Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerjakaryawan, yang ditunjukan dari hasil regresi β sebesar 0,614 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 ;dimana signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 ( p = 0,000 < 0,05 ) ; 3). Motivasi dan Kompensasiberpengaruh positif secara simultan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana signifikansilebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini menunjukan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga variabelmotivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawanpada PT. United Indo Surabaya.Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Quality of service is essential for growth and success in the banking sector, as servicebecomes an increasingly important factor in determining market share and bank profitability.Therefore, the banking sector is required to make improvements as well as improving thequality of service to regain public confidence. Both Conventional and Sharia Banks compete toprovide the best services so that the needs or expectations of customers are met. If the customeris satisfied with the services provided, then the customer will be loyal to the bank. In order forcustomer satisfaction to be realized, the bank must have the ability to provide the best service.Of course from these services will arise a variety of customer ratings. This study aimed toanalyze the comparison of customer satisfaction of Sharia Bank and common conventional bankto the quality of service provided. The analysis model used is Importance PerformanceAnalysis, whereas to know whether there is any difference of satisfaction between commonconventional bank customer with sharia bank customer, U Mann-Whitney non parametric test istwo independent samples. To facilitate the analysis, the researchers used SPSS program. Basedon the Importance Performance Analysis that has been done, it can be seen that the service ofboth banks is quite satisfactory and has met the expectations of customers. While from result ofanalysis of U Mann-Whitney non parametrik two independent samples obtained that there isdifference of satisfaction between common conventional bank customer with customer of shariabank.Keywords : Customer Satisfaction, Bank Syariah, Common Conventional Banks
