The purpose of this study to determine the effect of equalization funds, the remaining funds over budget calculations and local revenue on capital expenditure and impact on economic growth. The study was conducted by using statistics descriptive method and panel data regression method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 70 samples. The results in this study showed thatâ€™s the balancing fund had no significant effect on capital spending. The remaining budget funds significant effect on capital spending. Local Revenue (PAD) has a significant effect on the capital spending. Equalization funds, fund the remaining budget and revenue together (simultaneously) a significant effect on Capital Expenditure. Quality of service is essential for growth and success in the banking sector, as servicebecomes an increasingly important factor in determining market share and bank profitability.Therefore, the banking sector is required to make improvements as well as improving thequality of service to regain public confidence. Both Conventional and Sharia Banks compete toprovide the best services so that the needs or expectations of customers are met. If the customeris satisfied with the services provided, then the customer will be loyal to the bank. In order forcustomer satisfaction to be realized, the bank must have the ability to provide the best service.Of course from these services will arise a variety of customer ratings. This study aimed toanalyze the comparison of customer satisfaction of Sharia Bank and common conventional bankto the quality of service provided. The analysis model used is Importance PerformanceAnalysis, whereas to know whether there is any difference of satisfaction between commonconventional bank customer with sharia bank customer, U Mann-Whitney non parametric test istwo independent samples. To facilitate the analysis, the researchers used SPSS program. Basedon the Importance Performance Analysis that has been done, it can be seen that the service ofboth banks is quite satisfactory and has met the expectations of customers. While from result ofanalysis of U Mann-Whitney non parametrik two independent samples obtained that there isdifference of satisfaction between common conventional bank customer with customer of shariabank.Keywords : Customer Satisfaction, Bank Syariah, Common Conventional Banks

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap produktiivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Lion Mentari Airlines Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktiivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 37,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,184 > 1,998). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktiivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 51,6%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,199 > 1,998). Pelatihan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktiivitas kerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,954 + 0,307X1 + 0,530X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 60,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (47,275 > 2,750).

Abstract.Of the many factors that influence employee performance, this research focuses on work discipline and working environment. Lack of discipline and inadequate working environment in the company, can have an impact on the implementation of the work process becomes inefficient. This study aims to determine the influence of labor discipline and the work environment to employee performance as well as the dominant variable influence on employee performance. The population in this study is an all employees at PT Ardian Putra MandiriSidoarjo totaling 126 people. The analysis model is a linear regression. Hypothesis testing using F test and t test at 5% significance level and supported by econometric tests. The results showed that jointly or in partial, work discipline and the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. From both the independent variables studied, showed that having a dominant influence on employee performance is the work environment..

One of the essential topics in marketing management is subject to brand equity. Initially, brand equity was recognized to can be given to bring added value to a product in the means corporate brand name. It is imperative to acknowledge that brand equity is an inseparable part of marketing and essential to the organization to create and build intense brand name organization experiences that will influence the decision-making process to brand name organization choice for membership. Thus, this study aims to prove and analyze the indirect influence amongst the brand equity dimensions on brand equity. For this study's purpose, brand equity dimensions include brand awareness, brand association, brand loyalty, brand image and perceived quality. In this study, a sum of 120 usable questionnaires from cooperation enterprises active membership was gathered. The result indicates that only a mediating influence brand loyalty of brand association on brand equity, and a mediating influence the perceived quality of the brand image on brand equity.

This study aims to examine and to analyze: (1) the effect of tax on transfer pricing decisions, (2) the effect of bonus mechanism on transfer pricing decisions, (3) the effect of tunneling incentive on transfer pricing decisions in manufacturing companies in the basic industry and chemical sector listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2017-2019. The population in this study were 67 the basic industry and chemical manufacturing companies listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2017-2019. The study sample consisted of 16 companies. The sampling method in this study was a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique which resulted in 48 samples from 16 companies period 2017-2019. The data obtained were secondary data by collecting annual reports of manufacturing companies in the basic industry and chemical sector listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange.The analysis technique was logistic regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that tax and bonus mechanism have no effect on transfer pricing decisions, while tunneling incentive affects transfer pricing decisions. The implications of this research are expected to be useful for theory and knowledge developers, as well as input and consideration for the government, companies, investors, and other stakeholders.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of village financial systems, government internal control systems, and budget target clarity on the accountability of village fund management in Tapin Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used in this study are primary data obtained using data collection techniques in the form of surveys using questionnaires. The sample in this study consisted of 80 respondents from village officials considered representative using convenience sampling techniques. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using software SPSS Version 21. The results of this study indicate that the village financial system, government internal control system, and budget target clarity positively influence the accountability of village fund management in Tapin Regency. These findings can serve as a reference for the government, particularly village administrations, to improve the accountability of village fund management. Consequently, village funds will function as intended, such as developing infrastructure, fostering community development, and empowering the community

Penggunaan Game untuk Menciptakan Suasana Menyenangkan dalam Konseling Kelompok pada Siswa Kelas X MIA 2 SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep” Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas ( Classroom actioan research ) yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan dalam konseling kelompok dengan memberikan game pada siswa kelas X MIA 2 SMA Negeri 20Pangkep. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil 2020/2021 dengan lokasi penelitian yaitu SMA Negeri 20Pangkep dimana subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas X MIA 2 yang berjumlah2 34 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan 2 siklus melalui dengan masa perencanaan, observas dan penilaian hasil. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan angket dengan data pre test dan post tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan aspek afektif, baik pada siklus I maupun siklus II Konseli (siswa) memiliki perasaan yang positif terhadap pelaksanaan konseling kelompok di buktikan semua siswa merasa yakin bahwa konseling kelompok bisa membantu memecahkan masalah, di samping itu mereka juga merasakan suasana yang menyenangkan karena adanya game dalam konseling kelompok. Dari aspek kognitif, siswa memiliki pemahaman baru tentang tujuan konseling kelompok, pentingnya menciptakan dinamika kelompok, pentingnya menjaga suasana hangat. dan perlunya mengambil keputusan dan tindak lanjut. Dari aspek psikomotorik, pada siklus I tidak semua siswa bisa menjalankan keputusan konseling, masih ada yang datang terlambat, membolos. Tidak mengerjakan PR, tidak ikut try out, tidak les, sering alpa. Namun setelah siklus II semua konseli sudah bisa melaksanakan keputusan yang di simpulkan dalam konseling kelompok .

AbstrakGreen economy merupakan gagasan ekonomi bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kesetaraan sosial masyarakat sekaligus mengurangi kerusakan lingkungan. Salah satu langkah strategi yang di lakukan adalah mendorong para pelaku usaha untuk berkomitmen dan berperilaku ramah lingkungan. Program kemitraan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep green economy kepada UKM kopi rempah Al Jaidi sebagai mitra di Kecamatan Nglegok Kabupaten Blitar, agar dalam kegiatan usahanya berwawasan ramah lingkungan. Metode program ini berupa penyampaian materi dengan melakukan edukasi dan pendampingan. Hasil yang dicapai mitra telah memiliki alat perlindungan diri yang dipakai saat melakukan proses produksi sebagai syarat keamanan pangan, limbah kulit ari kopi sudah termanfaatkan menjadi pupuk kompos, kemasan produk sudah menggunakan aluminium foil, dan paper foil telah memenuhi syarat keamanan pangan, dan merekaya mesin roasting agar lebih ramah lingkungan. Program ini berpontensi menumbuhkan motivasi mitra UKM kopi rempah Al Jaidi untuk menjadi wirausaha yang mandiri dan maju berwawasan ramah lingkungan.

This research aims to determine priority strategies for developing Plaosan Temple cultural heritage tourism. The overall resources used in developing Plaosan Temple cultural heritage tourism can be optimized by determining these priority strategy choices. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collected using interviews, observation, and documentation was analyzed using the SWOT technique. The results of the calculation of Internal Factors in the form of a combination of Strength (S) and Opportunity (O) factors obtained a weighted value of 0.80, which is the highest value. The combination of Weakness (W) and Threat (T) factors has a weighted value of 0.36. The total score obtained for internal factors and strengths is 2.12, and for weaknesses is 1.16, so the point used on the horizontal axis or x-axis can be determined as 0.96. The total score obtained for external factors and opportunities is 1.82, and threats are 1.50, so the vertical or y-axis point is at 0.32. For this reason, the coordinate point is 0.96; 0.32 lies in Quadrant I as an Aggressive strategy. Alternative strategy options are: Accelerate the formation of National Strategic Areas by utilizing Presidential Regulation No. 18/2020 Strategic Priority Projects (Major Project Priority Tourism Destinations (KSPN-BYP)), and Strategy: Increase promotion by the central government, Klaten Regional Government, and related stakeholders from the community and private sector.Keywords: SWOT Analysis, EFAS, IFAS, Priority Strategy
