Abstract

Abstract : Saturation Of Oxygen, Suction, Coma Patients. Decreas consciousness and coma is very deep response. Comatose patients often experience problems mainly due to accumulation of secretions that coma patients decreased cough reflex. So that the patient needs to be done to free the airway suctioning of secretions. A phenomenon that occurs in the ICU Hospital Dr. Moewardi almost comatose patients conducted periodically suction approximately every 2 hours. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of suction on oxygen saturation in patients with coma in the ICU Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta 2015. This type of research is quasy experimental research design is a one-group pretest-posttest design and analysis using paired samples T-test.Based on the results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test can be concluded that the data tedistribusi normal. So using a paired samples T test with significance value (p) was 0.000, which is the value of p <0.05. This means that there is an average difference of oxygen saturation value before the suction action after the suction action. Oxygen saturation difference is -1.79, meaning that oxygen saturation values prior to suction smaller than the value of the oxygen saturation after the suction.

Abstract

Abstract : Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Blood Pressure, Gymnastics Diabetes. Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease or disorder with multiple etiologies is characterized by high blood sugar levels. World Health Organitation (WHO) said Indonesia ranks the seventh in the world as a country with the number of people with diabetes mellitus. More than 50% of patients with type 2 diabetes have hypertension (Sweetman, 2009). Management of diabetes disease that has been known there are three ways, namely arranging food, exercise, and medication. Exercise can cause the growth of new capillary blood vessels so as to reduce the blockage in the blood vessels which means it can lower blood pressure. The Objective of the research is to explain the influence of diabetes mellitus exercise to changes in blood pressure in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus in Persadia Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta 2015. This type of research is quasy exsperiment to design one group pre and post test design, and data analysis used is frequency distribution univariate and bivariate test with paired samples t-test. Results of this study had a effect of diabetes mellitus exercise to changes in blood pressure in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus in Persadia Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. This is evidenced by paired sample t-test which obtained p value systole 0.01 and diastole 0.018 (p <0.05).The conclusion of the research there is the influence of diabetes mellitus exercise to changes in blood pressure in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus in Persadia Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta.

Abstract

Abstract : Kind II of DM, Foot Excercise, Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) Value. Many Patients that go through complications of Type II DM. One of the complication is foot diabetik, its needed implementation to prevent of the complication. The implementation that be doing is exercise. Exercise that be doing is foot exercise that have function to increase the peripheral blood circulation. The Objective of the research is to know the effect of foot exercise to Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) value of the type II of DM patient in unit of Persadia Dr. Moewardi hospital year 2015.Kind of the research is quasy experimental research. Design of the research is one group pretest post test design. The researcher conducted measurement value Ankle brachial index (ABI) before doing foot exercise and measurement Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) value after foot exercise. The analysis by using pairet test t-test. Result of the research from paired t-test, the effect of foot exercise showed findings Sig value. (2-tailed) is 0,001 or ABI value p <0.05, with average change ABI value before and after is equal to 0.05211, So from the test result of paired t-test it can be meant that Ho is rejected and Ha be accepted. That have meaning there are effect of foot exercise to ABI value.

Abstract

Abstract : Foot Gymnastics, Diabetic Neuropathy Examination Score. Peripheral neuropathy is one of chronic complications frequently found in diabetes mellitus case. The risks of the diabetic patient with peripheral neuropathy face included repeated infection, refractory ulcer and finger and foot amputation. This condition requires an easy and cheaper primary treatment, foot gymnastic. This research aimed to find out the effect of foot gymnastic on the decreased peripheral neuropathy with diabetic neuropathy examination score in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Puskesmas (Public Health Center) Sibela in Surakarta City. The Research Methods could be used design using quasy experiment design with one group method pre test – post test. The samples are 30 participant of foot gymnastics at Puskesmas Sibela in February until April 2015. This research use paired t test in order to know risk decrease of peripheral neuropathy by diabetic neuropathy examination score. The results could from 30 respondents is obtained a mean diabetic examination neuropathy score before foot gymnastics was 7,67 with a standard deviation of 2,63 and after foot gymnastics was 5,37 with a standard deviation of 2,632. From the paired t test analysis was obtained p = 0,001 (p<0,05). Conclusion existence of influence foot gymnastic againts a decreased risk of peripheral neuropathy based on diabetic neuropathy examination scores. Suggestion for the next research measurement diabetic neuropathy examination scores for 3 to 6 months to obtain optimal result.

Abstract

Abstract: Gastric Lavage, Ulcer Stress, Hemodynamic Status. Severe injury on head with post-craniotomy in the intensive room needs tight supervisory related to the pressure of intracranial in which can produce risk of physiological stress, i.e. acute gastrointestinal bleeding (ulcer stress) which can disturb the hemodynamic status (MAP, artery). One of therapies which can be applied is gastric lavage. This pupose to know the effect of gastric lavage of NaCl 0.9% to the status of hemodynamic to the patient of ulcer stress with post-craniotomy by the indication of severe injury on head in the intensive room of Dr. Moewardi Hospital in 2015. This research is experimental research by cross sectional design for 30 patients with ulcer stress of post-craniotomy by the indication of severe injury on head and treated with gastric lavage of NaCl 0.9% in the ICU and HCU of Dr. Moewardi Hospital during March-April 2015. The statistical analysis applied is Paired Sample T-Test. According to statistical test, the result of t MAP 4,033 with the value of p 0,000 and the artery result of 4,359 with the value of p 0,000, in which t table is 2.045 and the criteria of p < 0.05. Thus, the value of th MAP > tt, th artery > tt, and the result of MAP p 0,000 (<0.05) and artery p 0,000. There is a meaningful influence to the hemodynamic status in the ulcer stress patient with with post-craniotomy by the indication of severe injury on head who is treated with gastric lavage of NaCl 0.9%.
