Abstract

Fine art learnin.g in vocational high school (SMK) 2 Batanghari has some problems, such as 1) the lack of fine art teaching materials as source of school, 2) the teachers of fine art do not use media yet, like power point in conveying massage of learning process to students, 3) teaching materials are used in learning process is less attractive, 4) the culture Jambi areas not exist in previous teaching materials before. The research of fine art power point medias development adopted of design model instructional competence approach system (DSI-PK), which consists of 3 steps, namely; 1) needs analysis, 2) development, and 3) evaluation.The purpose of fine art development of power point media are: 1) producing, how to develop teaching materials of fine art power point media X class SMK, 2) develop teaching materials of fine art power point media in accordance with requirements of development, 3) producing of fine art teaching materials power point media engaging and effective for students of class X vocational learning, 4) producing how to use teaching materials of fine art power point media, 5) developing of fine art teaching materials power point media for teachers and class X SMK students. Teaching materials of fine art vocation some expert like material expert, media expert, design expert. The three member of them giving evaluation of teaching materials with good/interest/appropriate. Peers consist of teacher have education of fine art background give it excellent/very interesting/very suitable for teaching materials with percentage value of 81,77%. The interesting of teaching materials can be seen from response and feedback provided by teachers and students to the teaching materials. The anthusiasm of the students is very good for teaching materials provided during product trials. The responseof teachers to the teaching materials is very good, because teaching materials made with attractive colour, harmonious and letters of variation. The effectivness of teaching materials seen of improving student learning outcomes seen with minimal completeness criteria obtained through the result of free test and post test. It is recommended that teachers in delivering learing materials to the students using relevant learning resources for the next teaching learning developer, to develop teaching materials accordance with requirement of development research learning more wxciting by using media than just lecturing in delivering teaching materials to the student should be use the media in order learning activities are varied and not monotonous. Abstract

Effect of Application of Creative Learning Model Against Productive Learning and Creativity Skills / Ability Poetry Writing Students. The independent variable in this study is a model of PFM. Moderator variables were studied creativity. The instrument used to measure the skills / ability to write poems that use the test, to measure creativity while learning to use a questionnaire adapted from FLS2N national assessment guidelines in 2010. This study is an experimental study with a 2 X 2 factorial design with pretest and posttes. The data were analyzed using ANOVA analysis of two lanes and Tukey Test. The data were analyzed first before the proposed test ANOVA assumptions which includes test data normality and homogeneity test data. The results showed that: (1) there is a model of the influence of PKP and creativity to learn the skills / ability to write poetry, (2) there is an influence on creativity learning skills / ability to write poetry, (3) there is the effect of using PFM model of the skill / ability to write poetry students who have studied high creativity, (4) there is an influence of the PFM modeling skills / ability to write poetry students who have studied creativity is low, and (5) there is no interaction between PKP and creativity models learn the skills / abilities of students to write poetry. Abstract

Learning approach is the starting point or point of view of the learning process, because it is necessary to design an interactive learning process, inspiring, fun, challenging, and motivating learners to actively participate and provide enough space for innovation, creativity, and independence in accordance with flair , interests, and physical and psychological development of learners. This study was a quasi-experimental study. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of variance (ANOVA) and two lanes. The purpose of research to determine: 1) The difference between the students understanding of science concepts are learned with PKP-MD with students who learned with PK-ME, 2) Differences in understanding science concepts among students who have high creativity with students who have low creativity, 3) Difference understanding of science concepts among students who choose a high creativity that learned with PKP-MD with students who have high creativity learned with PK-ME, 4) differences between students understanding of science concepts, who has a low creativity that learned with PKP-MD with students who have low creativity learned with PK-ME, 5) interaction using PKP-MD and PK-ME with creativity to the understanding of science concepts. The results showed the following findings: 1) Understanding the concept of science students who learned with PKP-MD different from the students who learned with PK-ME, 2) understanding the concept of science students who have high creativity differently than students who have low creativity, 3 ) Understanding the concept of science students who have high creativity learned with PKP-MD differ from students who have high creativity learned with PK-ME, 4) Understanding the concept of science students who have low creativity learned with PKP-MD is relatively the same as students who have low creativity learned with PK-ME, 5) There is no significant interaction between the use of PFM-MD and PK-ME with creativity to the understanding of science concepts. Abstract

This research aims to develop teaching materials economic class XII semester I in high school. Content of teaching materials designed using Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan high school. With Instructional Materials efective and interested hoped can be need of Insructionasl Materials in SMAN I Sarolangun. The development model using Dick and Carey (1994) model. The development prosedure which is conducted follows Dick and Carey design, the prosedures are: (1) determining the instruction objectives, (2) conducting instruction analysis, (3) identificating the students’ prior knowledge and characteristics, (4) formulating spesific objectives, (5) developing criteria-determined assessment item, (6) developing the formatif evalvation, and (9) revising the instruction, (10) evaluation of summative. The result overall, showed the teaching material is catagorized “well”. According to the instructional design expect, this teaching material is “well / appropriate / interesting “, so it is appropriate to be used as the teaching aterial in high school. Meanwhile, the instructional content expert gave assessment “very well” for the development of the teaching material. The teaching material is developed by concerning the available prosedures and criterion. Teacher and students gave positif assessment to this development of teaching material on the field assessment. Generaly. Based on the analysis, both the expert validity and the field assessment showed, that the quality of the teaching material economic class XII semester 1 is “verywell”. So, it is suggested, that the product of this development can be used as the teaching material at educational unit of High School. Abstract

Purpose of this research is description of the expansion pattern and quality at masterpiece writes scientific of student Master of Education Technology,Program Post Master, University of Jambi. Research method applied is quantitative descriptive. Population of research is all masterpieces writes, the numbers 25 articles. From every masterpiece writes is scientific is taken two paragraphs contents of at random as the sample, gotten 50 content paragraphs. Research data is analysed quantitatively, the step: seeking is frequency distribution by paragraph according to the expansion pattern, distribution based on quality of paragraph expansion, and percentage every expansion pattern of paragraph based on the quality. Result of research shows there are seven paragraph expansion pattern types, that is comparison and contradiction, example, process, because to effect, general to special, special to general, and definition of wide. Quality of type firstly (good: 6% and good enough: 8%), second (good:4%, good enough: 2%, and unfavourable: 2%); third (good enough: 2%); fourth (good enough: 4% and unfavourable: 2%); fifth (good: 10%, good enough: 14%, and unfavourable: 8%); sixth (good: 8% and good enough: 4%); and seventh (good: 14%, good enough: 10%, and unfavourable: 2%). Based on result of research is suggested that student to comprehend expansion patterns of paragraph that is at the same time is way of thinking, causing can communicate with pattern variatif and effective; policy taker of communications area can exploit result of this research as component of the consideration; and continuation researcher can exploit this to extend research knowledge writes. Abstract

This research is motivated persistence of low learning outcomes accounting, lack of use of computer-based instructional media that support the activity and participation of students in the learning process accounting. One way to overcome this problem is to use MYOB software as a learning medium accounting to assist the teacher in the learning condition of innovative accounting. This study aims to determine the effect of using MYOB software media on learning outcomes accounting services company, and reveal the influence of student interest to the learning outcomes of accounting and how the interaction between media use MYOB, interest in learning and learning outcomes of accounting. The method used in this study is the experimental method, the study population was all students of class XI IPS SMAN 4 Jambi. Samples were taken by random sampling technique as many as 80 students. Data collection techniques for variable interest learns using questionnaires and to learn to use the test variable results. The validity of the test was tested with ITEMAN program and for data analysis using ANOVA technique 2 Land with prerequisite distribution normality test data using Lilliefors models, and test of homogeneity of variance using Bartlett's test, with a significance level of 5% research. Results calculated with SPSS 16, shows that the distribution of the data according to the normal curve, the sample is derived from a homogeneous population. Demonstrated that: (1) the results of the study group of students who were given learning with media MYOB higher compared with a group of students who were given learning with media LKS (Fhitung 1.362> 0.05); (2) Results of study accounting services firm group of students who have a high interest in learning, better when compared with the results of studying accounting services company in the group of students who have a low interest, both of which are taught using MYOB software media and the use of media LKS because of F 0.761> 0 , 05. (3) In the group of students who have a high interest in learning, learning outcomes accounting services firms students taught using MYOB software media is higher when compared with the results of studying accounting services firms students taught using media LKS (4) In the group of students who have interest in learning low, the result of learning accounting services firms students taught using MYOB software media is higher when compared with the results of studying accounting services firms students taught using LKS media. (5) There is an interaction between media software MYOB and interest in learning on learning outcomes Fhitung services firms accounting for 0.752, for p> 0.05. Abstract

This study was motivated by the problems faced by teachers of physics are the low daily rate of students, it is characterized by  50% of students are in the range of values below 60. The purpose of this experimental study is (1) reveals the presence or absence of a firmness differences in learning outcomes between students taught using cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI) with students who are taught by using conventional learning model, (2). reveals the presence or absence of firmness is a difference of scientific attitude of students, between students taught using cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI) with students who are taught by using conventional learning model. This study was an experimental study. The first and second hypothesis can be tested using one-way ANOVA test. Differences in the use of cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI) with conventional learning model on learning outcomes and student scientific attitude among these variables will be known. Subjects of this study were taken randomly selected by lottery first is the X3 class numbered 40 students, was elected second lottery X5 is a class of 40 students, the class were tested for normality and homogeneity. Timing of treatment for 2 x 45 minutes (1 x meetings) that do as much as 8 times the meeting. At the end of the treatment in the final meeting of the subjects were given a final test consists of 23 multiple choice test items with time-90 minutes. Based on calculations using ANOVA one lane, with criteria if F count> F table, then H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a difference (not homogeneous), and if F count <F table, then H0 is accepted, meaning that there is no difference (homogeneous). Under these provisions, it can be interpreted that there is no difference in learning outcomes for 1.7731 <3.96. F count <F table or 1.773 <6.97 then H0 is accepted, meaning that there are no significant differences in the scientific attitude of students who use the model of cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI) than conventional learning model The findings of this study indicate that there are differences in learning outcomes and scientific attitude of students, between students taught using cooperative learning model Group Investigation (GI), with students taught by conventional learning model.
