Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah melihat persepsi guru terhadap model PjBL pada kurikulum prototipe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah kualitatif, peneliti akan menjabarkan data hasil kusioner dan wawancara. Pendekatan yang dilakukan peneliti fenomenologi. Data penelitia ini adalah hasil kusioner dan wawancara terhadap guru. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru di provinsi Jambi yang bersedia mengisi kusioner dan melakukan wawancara. Validitas yang dilakukan peneliti ialah menggunakan triangulasi data. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan model PjBL. Namun persepsi ini harus disesuaikan dengan karakteristik pembelajaran pada kurikulum prototipe. Oleh karena itu, peran pemerintah memberikan pelatihan dan peran guru meningkatkan kemampuannya dengan cara berpikir lebih kritis sangat dibutuhkan.

Abstract

In the era of 4.0, podcasts have become a new and interesting medium of information. For this reason, this study aims to describe (1) the types of illocutionary discourse acts, (2) the types of illocutionary discourse acts in Podcasts on the Youtube channel, and (3) their advantages as material for pragmatic shows in universities. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with the help of pragmatic analysis. The source of information in this study is the discourse expressed by speakers and presenters on podcasts on the Jk-W and Nd-M Podcast Youtube channels. Information sorting method in this research is for nothing listening procedure (SBLC) and note-taking strategy. The examination instrument used in this research is the scientist himself (human instrument). Given the information check, three ends can be drawn. First, the types of illocutionary discourse acts found are assertive, mandated, commissive, and expressive and announcements. Second, the elements of illocutionary discourse acts found are serious, beautiful, fun, and problematic. Third, the thing that arises because of this exam is through teaching materials that can be used as pragmatic learning in higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the implementation of the stages of the learning writing process and the development of character values for senior high school students. The descriptive qualitative approach was used in the present study. The process of learning to write and developing student character values was analyzed and described. Data analysis steps include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that learning to write and develop students' character values is carried out in such stages as the context development stage (introduction), model review (core), and inference learning (closing). The characters fostered in learning include religiosity, discipline, curiosity, diligence, honesty, a love for reading, creativity, friendliness or communication skills, democracy, tolerance, independence, and responsibility.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan smartphone di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran masih sangat rendah maka diperlukan rancangan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang proses pembelajaran yang inovatif dengan sistem mobile learning berbasis aplikasi android pada bidang studi Pemeliharaan kelistrikan sepeda motor. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) sedangkan model yang dipakai adalah William W. Lee dan Diana L. Owens. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran mobile learning sistem pengapian adalah sangat valid untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran, sesuai dengan hasil uji validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi sebesar 96% dan uji validasi ahli media 96% termasuk kategori sangat valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan dan ketertarikan berdasarkan respon siswa sebesar 93% yang termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Untuk uji efektifitas yang diujikan ke siswa didapatkan nilai test kompetensi sistem pengapian hasil nilai rata rata sebesar 88,88 hal ini meningkat sebesar 21 point yang semula sebesar 67,88 sebelum menggunakan mobile learning. Kesimpulanya bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran mobile laerning sistem pengapian pada mata pelajaran Pemeliharaan kelistrikan sepeda motor sangat valid, praktis dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan merubah prilaku siswa menjadi semangat, aktif dan mandiri dalam belajar.

Abstract

This article is based on a developmental research wich is aimed at constructing video learning to assist modern poetry writing. The video is developed by using the contextual approach. The model development employs the Borg and Gall’s model (2003). Based on data analysis of the development process, experts validation, and field trials of the product, it can be concluded that the quality of video learning is good in assisting writing modern poetry process. Therefore, it is suggested that the media can be used a media in teaching modern poetry for elementry school students. Kata kunci: video learning, new poetry

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the use of Instructional Media Powerpoint- Based and emotional intelligence on descriptive writing skill of Junior High School students number eight Muaro Jambi class seven. This is quantitative with quasi-experimental study which was conducted in two classes, VII D class as the experimental class (has treatment) and class VII F as a control class (has no treatment) . Overall results of the research showed that there is no effect of the use of instructional media powerpoint-based and emotional intelligence on descriptive writing skill of Junior High School students class seven at 95% level of significant. This is because of three hypotheses proposed, only one hypothesis stated that H1 received. The rest, hypothesis two and three H0 received. The results of hypotheses testing to hypotheses one, two, and three, are: (1) There is an effect of instructional media powerpoint-based on descriptive writing skill of Junior High School students, (2) There is no effect of emotional intelligence on descriptive writing skill of Junior High School students, (3) There is no interaction between instructional media powerpoint-based and emotional intelligence. It is true that the result of hypothesis testing on hypothesis one that there is an effect of instructional media powerpoint-based, but the effect is not significant. Abstract

Purpose of this research is produce "Training Material of Study System Design for Senior High School Indonesia Language Teacher" as according (1) requirement of teacher; (2) condition of expansion; (3) effectif, (4) can increase teacher interest; and (5) earns for teacher training. This research adopts expansion models Dick and Carey (2009). The sequence: determination of general purpose, study analysis, identification of initial ability, writing of purpose of special, assessment expansion of directive reference, strategy expansion, election and matter expansion, scheme and expansion of formative evaluation, revision, and scheme and expansion of evaluation sumatif. Result of this research, in general shows product " Training Material", very good. Suggestion, that product exploited by Senior High School Indonesia Language Teacher and exploited for further education expansion. Keyword: Development, training materials, design, learning systems

Abstract

Development of audio-visual media meditation training specifically designed for the needs meditation. This medium contains stages in meditation so easily understood and followed by meditation trainees. The development of audio-visual media conducted by researchers carried out by adapting the model of ( Research and Development / R & D ). The method consists of 10 ( ten ) steps , namely ( 1 ) the potential and problems , ( 2 ) collection of data , ( 3 ) product design , ( 4 ) validation of the design , ( 5 ) revision of the design , ( 6 ) test products , ( 7 ) revision of the product , ( 8 ) utility testing , ( 9 ) the revision of the product , ( 10 ) mass production, but for mass production, the researchers do not do this in accordance with the restrictions on the problem. Abstract

Purpose of this research is description of the expansion pattern and quality at masterpiece writes scientific of student Master of Education Technology,Program Post Master, University of Jambi. Research method applied is quantitative descriptive. Population of research is all masterpieces writes, the numbers 25 articles. From every masterpiece writes is scientific is taken two paragraphs contents of at random as the sample, gotten 50 content paragraphs. Research data is analysed quantitatively, the step: seeking is frequency distribution by paragraph according to the expansion pattern, distribution based on quality of paragraph expansion, and percentage every expansion pattern of paragraph based on the quality. Result of research shows there are seven paragraph expansion pattern types, that is comparison and contradiction, example, process, because to effect, general to special, special to general, and definition of wide. Quality of type firstly (good: 6% and good enough: 8%), second (good:4%, good enough: 2%, and unfavourable: 2%); third (good enough: 2%); fourth (good enough: 4% and unfavourable: 2%); fifth (good: 10%, good enough: 14%, and unfavourable: 8%); sixth (good: 8% and good enough: 4%); and seventh (good: 14%, good enough: 10%, and unfavourable: 2%). Based on result of research is suggested that student to comprehend expansion patterns of paragraph that is at the same time is way of thinking, causing can communicate with pattern variatif and effective; policy taker of communications area can exploit result of this research as component of the consideration; and continuation researcher can exploit this to extend research knowledge writes.
