Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan literatur mengenai adopsi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di hotel, menggunakan teknik studi literatur yang sudah dilakukan sebelumnya oleh peneliti lain, dihimpun 36 artikel yang berkaitan dengan adopsi teknologi di hotel. Penelitian sebelumnya sudah dilakukan dengan kajian mengenai kemajuan TIK di pariwisata dan Perhotelan. Hasilnya sejauh ini penelitian masih terbatas membahas mengenai adopsi teknologi dihotel, adopsi teknologi di hotel dalam penelitian ini dibahas dalam dua bagian, dari perspektif konsumen, serta dari perspektif hotel yang didalamnya terdapat perspektif para manajer dan karyawan. Inovasi dalam penelitian ini disinggung dan dihimpun kedalam beberapa bagian. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengkaji mengenai artikel adopsi teknologi secara luas, tidak hanya diperhotelan karena beberapa faktor sudah dihadirkan dan faktor tersebut mempengaruhi adanya adopsi teknologi pada hotel.Kata Kunci : hotel, teknologi, adopsi teknologi, inovasiAbstractThis study was conducted to find out the extent of the development of literature regarding the adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in hotels, using literature study techniques that have been carried out previously by other researchers, collected 36 articles related to the adoption of technology in hotels. Previous research has been carried out with a study on the progress of ICT in tourism and hospitality. The results so far research is still limited to discussing the adoption of technology in hotels, the adoption of technology in hotels in this study is discussed in two parts, from the perspective of consumers, and from the perspective of hotels in which there is the perspective of managers and employees. Innovations in this study are mentioned and collected into several parts. Further research is expected to examine the adoption of technology in general, not only in hotels because several factors have been presented and these factors affect the adoption of technology in hotels.Keywords: hotel, technology, technology adoption, innovation

Abstract

AbstrakDestinasi wisata yang terkait dengan kejadian kelam (dark tourism) mendapatkan banyak perhatian dalam dua puluh tahun terakhir. Pertanyaan mengenai apa motivasi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke destinasi wisata dark tourism terus dikaji. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami apa saja motivasi pengunjung yang berkunjung ke destinasi dark tourism. Studi literatur terkait kajian-kajian yang berkenaan dengan dark tourism digunakan untuk memahami motivasi pengunjung. Berdasarkan literatur, ditemukan sembilan jenis motivasi yang muncul pada aktivitas wisata dark tourism, yaitu Experience, History, Education, Culture and Identity, Remembrance, Thrill-seeking, Site, Exhibits, Death and Dying. Selain itu, ragam daya tarik yang terkait dengan dark tourism di Desa Ciburial Kabupaten Bandung juga didiskusikan. Kajian ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai ragam motivasi wisatawan dalam mengunjungi destinasi wisata dark tourism, khususnya di Indonesia.Keywords: dark tourism, motivasi, destinasi wisataAbstractTourist destinations related to dark tourism have received a lot of attention in the last twenty years. The question of what is the motivation of tourists who visit dark tourism destinations continues to be studied. This article aims to understand what are the motivations of visitors who visit dark tourism destinations. Literature studies related to studies related to dark tourism are used to understand the motivation of visitors. Based on the literature, nine types of motivation were found in dark tourism activities, namely Experience, History, Education, Culture and Identity, Remembrance, Thrill-seeking, Site, Exhibits, Death and Dying. In addition, various attractions related to dark tourism in Ciburial Village, Bandung Regency were also discussed. This study provides an understanding of the various motivations of tourists in visiting dark tourism destinations, especially in Indonesia.Keywords: dark tourism, motivation, tourist destinations
